However, very hot and humid due to the Aircon being set to heat. Management informed us this could not be changed. We opened the window in the afternoon but could not do this at night due to the room being at street level directly onto a pedestrian walkway. An Uncomfortable night's sleep followed.

The hotel is located very central, which is a big plus. However, all the rooms (as far as we could see) were on the ground floor, meaning people often walk by your window and it is uncomfortable to open the windows/curtains.
The breakfast buffet was good but not too stunning, it had all the basics. Unfortunately, on our first day we almost missed the breakfast and couldn’t enjoy it at all since the opening hours of the buffet were displayed wrongly. After talking to the staff they still closed the buffet but made up their mistake to us on another day and corrected the opening hour.

I have no complaints. This boutique hotel only has 12 rooms. It’s very modern and the service is very personalized since the hotel is so small. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable with extra amenities such slippers and robes. The breakfast was very good with great variety. The hotel is walking distance to all the best spots. Be aware if you need parking you have to reserve ahead since they have only 3 spots and you pay an extra fee. I highly recommend.

Very small boutique hotel..like only 12 rooms. It is in the heart of the old city area of Zadar. Rooms were large and beautifully decorated. The morning breakfast buffet was satisfying. Recommend reserving one of three parking spots available for a nominal fee otherwise you have to hunt for public parking.

This is a very well located small hotel at the northern end of the old town and a short walk to the sea organ. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but modern and clean. All the hotel is on the ground floor, so no access problems. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The hotel is charming and comfortable. Unfortunately, it has only rooms on the ground floor with no view. The additional thing about not giving a perfect review is that we came with our dog (a 25-pound, non-allergenic, well-behaved cockapoo), and we encountered disapproval of bringing him even though the hotel is supposed to be dog-friendly. The claim was they accept only tiny dogs. Nobody would have known a dog was in the room if they didn't know that because he doesn't leave any signs he was there. They let us stay after some discussion with a manager. For us, it was an unpleasant experience.
