If you want peace and quiet and to relax then this is for you.

20 min walk to the beach , and a really nice walk round there - and also lots of nice restaurants on that street from hotel meditaran to bar bamboo.

An amazing stay! Would definitely come again. The staff were wonderful. So kind and attentive. It was spotless and the rooms were large and cosy. The taxi service for airport transfers was so helpful and our driver was kind enough to stop for us when he passed us walking back to the hotel one evening! The outdoor space was beautiful. So many places to sit, lounge or eat, you were never fighting for space. I can't wait to stay again it was well worth it.
Definitely 5 stars, but the only things I would suggest are a sign for the door to say whether you want a turn down service or not, and maybe a separate room for the business to hold luggage in for security.

You’d be crazy not to stay here!
This is an immaculate and jaw-dropping place. The location is stupendous (if you have a car). The place entirely zen like peaceful. Staff are out of this world. Breakfast at 12 Euros is great. The coffee needs to come up to the level that Demar itself is. I’ll go there anytime.

Just back from an amazing stay at Demar. The hotel is beautiful and modern. Room is very spacious and clean. Lovely pool area. The owner is extremely friendly and there to answer any questions you have. Breakfast is a great add on. In a quiet area but taxis are readily available and cheap to get to the old town. We had a wonderful 11 night stay at Demar residence. The place is as described and the photos are a perfect representation. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the pool area is lovely. We only had breakfast a couple of times, and although fairly basic, it was lovely and fresh and plentiful. Dennis is a great host and extremely helpful with his recommendations.
The place itself is a little way out from the old town, but Bolt and Uber cabs are freely available at low prices.

This was a great find. Comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. You can get a Bolt into the old town in around 10 minutes so it isnt far away at all.

If you are considering booking this accommodation you will not be disappointed with the standard of the rooms the breakfast or the service, everything is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great beds, pillows, super cool air conditioning, toiletries, towels. 2 pools with sun loungers and towels. Old town a reasonable 30min walk which we did everyday in our 11day stay. Thanks for everything Denis including sorting our taxi shuttle issue on last day very quickly indeed. Nothing to fault. Demar Residence is new, immaculately clean and simply but stylishly decorated. We had a King Room on the first floor with a large balcony. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large with an excellent shower. Outside, the pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds, so much so that we didn’t stray far from it. It’s a 40 minute walk to the old town, failing that there are plenty of restaurants and bars within 15 minutes. Communication was excellent and airport transfers were arranged for us without issue

This place is absolutely wonderful, quiet peaceful and only a short 30mins walk or cheap £4 Uber into town. The room we had was loverly well laid out with great air con. The bed was huge and super comfortable, and a large bathroom with good shower. The owner take pride in the place and is really helpful and friendly. The stay at the Demar was the highlight of our trip.

Das gesamte Personal – vom Manager über den Fahrer bis zum Roomservice – war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top, nur 8–10 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Altstadt. Frühstück gibt es täglich zu einem fairen Preis, und auch der hoteleigene Taxiservice war super praktisch. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – sehr zu empfehlen!
