Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin.
Room was a little on the tired side.
Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally).
And not their fault, but the road to the hotel was blocked, so had to walk with our luggage some distance to get there. No communication to inform us of that.

Great service, perfect what we were looking for. Spent 1 nt. Quick Uber into Old town. The bar/restaurant staff were very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Only 25 mins to Zadar aiport.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, balcony overlooking the sea.

There is even a hot tub to use outside and spa facilities.

There was a bus stop opposite the hotel which was perfect to go into the town (15minutes)

The hotel was very homely and the staff were all excellent.

I would highly recommend to others to stay at this hotel!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety and the food served by the restaurant in the evening was very good. The hotel has a lovely sun deck area with a hot tub, that also has shade if needed, and provides amazing views of the sunset.

The hotel is a quiet place to stay, with an easy bus stop next the hotel to take you to Zadar. Items to note - the private paid parking also requires a 30 euro deposit for the remote and there is no coffee, coffee pot or kettle in the room if you would like to have coffee in room before going down.

We had a lovely stay. Frank the front desk was nice as was the younger woman who worked in the kitchen and managed the front desk.

The room we stayed in was a budget double bed. These are two separate beds pushed together. They were comfortable.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic. I was really impressed, and it was so good!

We had a rental car and I recommend that anyone trying to visit Zadar and stay at this hotel have one. There is a bus stop right across from the hotel (20 feet) but not sure how often it comes. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel to downtown Zadar.

There is a public beach nearby, about a 5-minute drive from the hotel. However, you can go swimming in the sea right across from the hotel. It is a skinnier beach, but it totally works.

Perfect quiet location next to sea ! Comfortable rooms beds with a balcony side view of sea . Lovely terrace on 2nd floor with hot tub loungers chairs and cover from sun on half of it . Views are amazing as there is a glass balustrade all round . We had a car but there is a regular number 8 bus takes you straight into old town Zadar . Staff were very welcoming , pleasant and helpful too .

Not our greatest stay. Our room was above the kitchen and outdoor service entrance where everyone smoked so we could not open our window and it was very noisy. As well my girlfriend (Croatia) asked the waiter about the name of the island in front of the hotel. He answered her back in Croatian and said she should go back to school if she didn’t know the name.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Delfin. Our flight arrived early and of course check-in starts at 3pm but the manager asked the house keepers to make our room priority and we were able to check in by 11am. The service was phenomenal from check-in until we checked out. We dine at the hotel Delfin's restaurant for dinner and the service as well as the food was superb. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. We had to adjust the temperature because it gets really cold, which is AWESOME! I love that the hotel is literally located across the street from the beach and have an amazing sundeck with a hot tub and loungers to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. We will definitely return to this hotel whenever will return to Zadar in the future.

Lovely views from our room. Friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was excellent. It was a bonus to have the bus stop right outside the hotel on the little quiet road that runs along the sea front, which made it easy to get into the historic city. I would give this small family hotel 10 stars if I could!

So lovely to be so close to the sea - v tranquil - wonderful staff, so helpful, friendly, warm, and keen to be of service to make your stay really good... I was very impressed! Apparently as of September there will be a rooftop terrace Jacuzzi too, overlooking the seascape - I hope to go back, and maybe take my kids next time. It's v quiet at the immediate location, but there are bus stops directly outside the hotel taking you into the city of Zardar and it's main bus station which connects to other cities in Croatia, or off in the other direction to the local village. I was only there 3 days so didn't explore so much. Initially I was there alone and felt v comfortable - it's great to find a place where they know how to treat the lone traveller as well as the groups...

Hotel delfin is located outside the old city of Zadar with easy public bus access, #8. The hotel staff are helpful and well informed. They provided us with good advice to make our visit more enjoyable. The room was comfortable. The dining room has a stunning view on the Adriatic. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is literally 10yards from the Adriatic Sea in a beautiful spot with the islands as a backdrop behind which the sun sets, stunning.
The hotel is everything you would expect, but the staff go beyond expectations, always helpful, polite and courteous.
Had a lovely stay in a beautiful country with nice people, what could be better?

Small hotel about 10 minutes by bus from the main town of Zadar. Bus stop opposite hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms modern and clean. Our room at the side of the hotel had a good sized balcony and we could see the sea! Breakfast wad help yourself buffet style and there was plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

We only stayed one night here but it was a favorite places in 2 weeks so far! It is a cute little hotel right on the pier. Parking was eight in front for free and our room was perfect for us. We had dinner at the restaurant attached and had the best service. The server was so informative and we couldn't rave enough about Ivan.

I travelled here with my 2 children (5 & 9 yrs) in late Oct the staff were friendly, the bus stopped right outside the hotel for trips into the Old town and was very clean and tidy. The only slight concern was that from the door you walked straight into the road, there is no footpath. The food in the restaurant was decent and the service good, an all round great 6 day break.

Small hotel outside Zadar with the beach/sea just across the road. Room was clean with very efficient air-con (definitely needed as it was very hot) and comfortable beds. We had a room on the side which, although it didn't overlook the sea, meant that it was probably quieter (not that there was much noise!) and also the balcony had some shade. Friendly staff and on-site bar/restaurant, children's room with toys/playstation. Excellent location if you want to spend most of your time on the beach, not much to do or places to eat in immediate area but local bus stops right outside and runs every half hour so it's easy and cheap to get into Zadar. Would have been nice to have had bigger towels (particular bugbear of mine, even expensive hotels don't provide these) and also small fridge in room.

This location is conveniently located right at bus stop, making a trip from the city bus terminal to the hotel very easy on the #8 bus. The view from just outside the hotel is amazing and makes for great panoramic pictures. The location is north of the city center in a nice, quiet neighborhood along the waterfront. The in house restaurant is very convenient, with decent prices and lemon flavored beer available. A mini fridge would have come in handy, but it's not a necessity. There are a good amount of stairs to climb for rooms on the upper floors. The door to our room was a little difficult to close, requiring a good pull from the outside or push from the inside. Overall, it was a very good stay.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a sea view. The patio was a great place to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The location is a bit outside of old town, but we were just staying one night and wanted to be close to the water. The restaurant downstairs had fantastic food and it was very reasonably priced. Parking was available. The airport was about 30 minutes away.

The staff were great, really helpful and friendly. although the hotel was way out of the centre, about 5km there is a bus stop right outside the front door and each trip is only 10kuna no matter how far you travel. The area was a bit dead because we went out of season, but we like it that way.
plenty of places to eat within a 1 mile radius.
overall a good weeks holiday

My girlfriend and I arrived here assuming it would be a privately owned house. We were quite wrong since this was essentially a small hotel. The restaurant inside the hotel is literally facing the water so we could look at the ocean while eating. The food was also very good.The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning. Not really a great view from the balcony but who cares since the beachfront was 30 sec away. The hotel even loaned us some beach cushions. Overall this was a great experience and we highly recommend this place.

Good Value Romantic Spot

The hotel is set in a beautiful location on the seafront which gets very busy during the day, as expected. Quietest times for a swim are in the morning and late evening.

For those with access to a car, the hotel is in easy reach of Zadar although parking at the back of the hotel may be a problem if you do not contact the accommodation in advance. Zadar was beautiful and worth a visit.

The rooms were clean and the air-conditioning was much appreciated. The hotel staff were courteous and pleasant. There is free wifi access throughout the hotel and in the restaurant. The breakfast was good value for money and for a couple who were driving up and down the coast, the room suited our needs for one night perfectly.

Perfect location. Adjacent to beach. Also far enough away from the old town (packed with tourists) to be peaceful and relaxing. The bus to the old town stops right outside the hotel and takes around 20 minutes or so. Very nice breakfast buffet. Free parking in front of the hotel. Free wireless internet. Overall, very good hotel in nice location.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay, very much. The staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, as was the rest of the food. There is also a bus stop outside, which takes you to the old town of Zadar which is also not far from the organ in the sea. IF there is any criticism, it would be that there is no space for soap, shampoo ect. But overall we enjoyed it very much, we did initially book for one night, but stayed for two.

This hotel has an eccellent wiew over the sea, it is cheap and it is very easy to get to the town centre - the bus stops right in front of the hotel and goes direktly to the centre. It is clean, but old and in need of renovation - and the breakfast is very poor.

Superhyggeligt boutique hotel. Beliggende på stranden ved lille havn, Fantastisk udsigt over havet og solnedgangen hvis man vælger et værelse med havudsigt.

Der sker ikke så meget i området men ligger et par restauranter og et et supermarked.

7 minutter i bil til Zadar eller med bus otte som går lige foran hotellet.

Lindo hotel, na frente do hotel, uma jacuzzi maravilhosa no terraço com uma vista incrível. Quarto muito apertado mas limpo, decoração bonita, mas bem apertado mesmo, mas acredito que foi o mosso quarto, devem ter outros maiores. Café da manhã maravilhoso, restaurante do café lindo. Para ir ao centro de carro bem rapidinho e acredito que de ônibus também e o ponto é bem em frente ao hotel.

However I suffered what I think it was a bad linen service, as sheets and pillows seemed to me rather old and dusty.

Bästa frukosten på 2 månaders rundresa! Buss direkt utanför hotellet in till Zadar. God middag! Rent och snyggt. Rummet mot havet var lagom stort. Härlig balkong!!

Sehr netters Personal immer bereit Gästen wünsche zu erfuhlen. Highlight ist sicher der Jacuzi. Im Bereich Essen gibt es noch eine Möglichkeit für die Verbesserung.

Tutto bene, magari un po' di manutenzione in più per il bagno in camera. Il resto tutto ok, dalla posizione all'accoglienza fino alla colazione...

Sehr schönes mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr schöne saubere Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal. Das Restaurant ist super, leckeres Essen.

Dit hotel heeft alles wat wij wensten, uitgebreid ontbijt ,mooie kamers (super schoon) en zelfs een dak terras waar je over zee uitkijkt met jacuzzi hoe chill kan het zijn .
Wij gaan hier zeker nog eens terug

Schönes kleines Hotel mit einem sehr guten Restaurant direkt am Meer. Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb Zadars, Zadar selbst ist mit dem direkt vor dem Hotel haltenden Linienbus Nr 8 schnell zu erreichen.

good stay good restaurant with self-service also visited Vir and Nin, Zadar and LE Kornati for Italian hood and donut excellent baked fast food near otherwise abundant international breakfast with salty and sweet in the hotel but a little more expensive, taken very comfortable apartment with kitchen and with wonderful view
