While the property is in a great location right at the centre of Stintino, it requires major improvements. It is listed as bed and breakfast, but it does not offer breakfast, neither does it offer a place where you can make yourself a tea or coffee, in or outside the room. You have to go the bar next door which charged different prices for the same items in different days. The room was clean, despite the smell of pipes and chemicals. It was probably cleaned with bleach, which was fine for us, but left a strong smell throughout the stay. We could not leave the window widely open to protect our privacy as it was facing the street and the room was small so air could not circulate much. The decoration of the room was basic and clearly repurposed, and lacked appropriate maintenance: old hangers, small old wall mirror, towels. There were rusty bits in many of the items, and the towels were stained and got smelly after the first use. Sound insulation internal to the property is not appropriate. We could hear everything from the corridor and nearby rooms: toilets flushing, showers, conversations etc, meaning that we felt our privacy was also affected. Overall our stay was far from being pleasant and relaxing and although we appreciated the good location, we did not feel it was good value for money.

The property is in a perfect location and easily accessible from the central bus stops. There are various shopping amenities within very easy reach and there are several excellent restaurants too. Walking distance to the harbour and sea promenade. Wifi in the room. It would have been great if the children were allowed a bit of fruit juice or a glass of milk with their breakfast. Perhaps a bottle of water in the room would help a weary traveller to refresh themselves.

Strategicamente perfetta in quanto in centro al paese. Essendo nel centro storico l'edificio non è nuovo ma comunque la camera a me riservata era sufficientemente grande, senz'altro pulita, bagno con doccia nella norma con condizionatore e terrazzo con tavolo e sedie, stendino e frigo. Non so come sia la questione in alta stagione con evidenti problemi, secondo me, di parcheggio e di silenziosità serale e notturna ma per la bassa stagione è consigliatissimo.

B&B semplice e comodo per visitare la zona e raggiungere gli imbarchi per l'Asinara. Abbiamo usufruito di un'offerta ma le stanze non erano le due standard (una matrimoniale e una doppia con letti singoli) attese. La matrimoniale aveva tutte le caratteristiche di un'economy, in una sorta di dependance con un bagno piccolo, scomodo e molto datato. Una sistemazione decisamente spartana. La doppia in realtà era una tripla (matrimoniale più un singolo), di livello decisamente superiore e con vista porto. Facendo una media delle due stanze, e considerando l'offerta, il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato buono ma tra le due sistemazioni c'era davvero molta differenza.
Colazione in una saletta accanto al bar, semplice ma con tutto il necessario e adeguata al costo della struttura.

Rates include electricity, water, gas, 1 set of bed linen per week. Reception is open from 9am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8pm.
