The place was just as described, clean, practical, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, which was just a short walk away. The location couldn’t have been better. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient beach getaway!

Great stay! Would definitely stay here again. The extra fees (particluarly utlitity fee) at checkin were a little unexpected, but I may have missed that in the booking. We would recommend this place!
Be sure to book the beach ahead if time. We wish we would have known that. If the beach is all reserved, we found you can still rent 2 chairs for 47 euro. The beach with the shallow sandbar is not to be missed. Best beach we have ever seen.

And for beach you need reserve it

Apartment is very nice, spotlessly clean with outside space front and back. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a good mattress. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard on duty at the times specified. 5 min walk from the famous Spiaggia La Pelosa, just remember to bring Straw Mat or Microfibre Towel. Only negatives, quite noisy from adjoining apartments, no soundproofing and the area outside property is very run down, lots unfinished construction sites.

Loved every second. The photos don’t do it justice. Extremely helpful staff. The lifeguards on the pool looked after my daughter after she got stung by a jellyfish. For local food go to Lina, Regata for pizza and Ancora. The deli is Sidi Market is also excellent if you’re eating at home. Don’t forget to book your pass for La Pelosa and if not go to Ezzi Mannu which is a free beach. Excellent place. Highly recommend.

Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Parken kann man auf dem Gelände welches Nachts nur per Code zu öffnen ist.

Aber die Umgebung ist alles andere als schön! Gegenüber der Einfahrt befindet sich ein Hotel welches optisch an ein Gefängnis erinnert und am Parkplatz befindet sich (außerhalb des Geländes) ein verlassenes altes Freibad. Eine Bar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants gibt’s nicht in der Nähe, man muss also immer das Auto nehmen.

Cet hébergement est très proche de la plage la pelosa (attention de réserver à l’avance les pass dont vous avez besoin pour accéder à la plage). Bon accueil, au moins une personne parle Français. Très belle piscine. Hébergement tout confort avec climatisation. Personnel au top. Voiture indispensable pour le shopping et les excursions.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique. La résidence est très belle, très bien entretenue, les logements sont de qualité. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une vue mer. À cinq minutes à pied de la fameuse plage La Pelosa.

De accomodatie is nieuw en schoon. Het complex ziet er zeer verzorgd en netjes uit. Het personeel is erg aardig. Bij het zwembad is een poolbar waar je oa lekkere koffie en een croissantje kunt kopen.Op loopafstand ligt het prachtige Spiaggia Pelosa. Verder is de omgeving erg rustig (niet heel veel te beleven in oktober).

Excellent, from Check-In till Check-Out, all at its best. The Ladies at the reception are more than kind and willing to help at anytime. The Apartments as well as the Poll are in good condition. The beach is almost 10minutes away, depending how fast you walk :-) We will come again.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette résidence en août avec ma femme et ma fille. Globalement mon avis est mitigé car je trouve le rapport qualité/prix très moyen, en clair cela est très cher pour ce que c'est
Les plus :
- bel emplacement, proche de la fameuse plage La Pelosa (dont il faut en effet réserver l'accès sur internet, mais bonne chance car le serveur est souvent saturé et tout part en 5 min maximum)
- résidence plutôt récente et propre
- la piscine qui est vraiment l'atout de la résidence, surtout avec des enfants. Grande, chaude, propre, très peu bondée (on a toujours trouvé des transats sans problème, quelle que soit l'heure de la journée)
Les moins :
- les équipements dans l'appartement sont "cheap", qualité globale assez moyenne. Cela va des accessoires dont dispose l'appartement (vaisselle, couverts, frigo très bof) à la literie plutôt inconfortable
- peu voire pas de rangement, que ce soit sans le salon ou la chambre. On a du laisser la plupart des choses dans la valise ou des sacs...
- l'insonorisation très moyenne : les appartements sont mitoyens et vous entendez distinctement ce qui se passe à côté
Mais le pire ce sont les 80 euros de ménage + 100 euros de "forfait" payés à l'arrivée. Pour ces 100 euros on m'a répondu qu'il s'agissait de la participation à l'électricité, l'eau et la fourniture de serviettes. Ah bon ce n'était pas prévu dans le prix de la nuitée qui était déjà de base supérieur à 300 euros la nuit ? Bref beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation.

Die Waschküche kann man gratis benutzen und ist in einem guten Zustand.

Superbe residence a 5mn a pieds de la magnifique plage de la Pelosa. Logement récent et très propre. Personnel très gentil, surtout la personne qui parle un peu français. Piscine agréable et calme. Attention : accès a la plage en haute saison payant et a réserver longtemps a l'avance sinon vous risquez de ne profiter que de la piscine ! Et sinon animationClub Esse situé à côté très bruyante les soirs mais heureusement le logement est bien insonorisé.

New apartment facility with some challenges
The apartment complex is new, which has pro's and con's. The staff at the reception are super kind and try to resolve any issues that may arise.
However the overal state of the apartments was bad during our stay, we had to switch apartments because the AC didn't work properly and mold was growing in the bathroom due the high humidity.
If it wasn't for the super friendly people working there our review would be more negative.

The peaceful village centre offers several amenities: supermarkets, local craft shops and stores.
All the villas in the residence are elegantly furnished, have TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, crockery and cutlery, bathroom, hairdryer, patio or balcony, shared barbecue, parking. Some villas have access to a shared swimming pool, others have their own private swimming pool.
Rates include electricity, water, gas, 1 set of bed linen per week. Reception is open from 9am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8pm.
Wi-fi connection in the area in front of the reception, free bike rental (service based on availability, a refundable deposit of €50 is required) Café, restaurants, supermarket, shops, pharmacy, first aid service, ice-cream parlour, ATM, laundromat, and shops (the opening dates of these services are set by the owners, but normally from June to September) within the Country Village.
