The hotel has nice curb appeal and looks lovely from the outside, and the staff we encountered were genuinely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the interior doesn't live up to the first impression.

The property feels quite neglected and is not well-maintained, with many things either broken or very old. For instance, the terrace is a wasted space—there is no shade to shield you from the morning sun, and it completely lacks lighting at night, making it unusable. The worst part of our stay, however, was the breakfast, which was very poor in selection. It has great potential, but it needs serious updates.

Nice stay at Cappadocia View Hotel

We had a nice stay the Cappadocia View Hotel. It was located on the main road, but slightly away from the busiest section which was a nice escape from the noise and crowds. Our room are a bit dated, but tidy and comfortable (beds on the more firm side). We didn't end up getting breakfast at the hotel, but the rooftop patio is nice with great views.

The staff were very friendly.

Its doesnt look like as in the advert.
Staff are friendly however no response for the complaint raised.

Leaking bathroom roof.
Hair dryer was not working.
Fridge not working
Kettle rusty inside with lot of limescale ,requested for new and got replaced.
Tv - no international channels
One of the bulb light not working
And the last- visited during august last week, summer time.
Air condition was not working at all.no cool air was coming out.it was raised twice ,told that to leave key with reception have it checked.
No followup.
Asked for another room and was told ' sorry whole hotel rooms are full .i didnt see more than 20 people during breakfast.
Terrace has got view, however in the night it think its only hotel without any lights outside.even receptionist dont know where the light switch are.
It was horrible experience .
Will never ever recommend.
Poorly managed service.
Staffs are friendly to talk but not in resolving issue

Terrible experience, washroom lock and faucet were broken. Soon after checking in, I complained about these issues and I was told that these will be fixed, but even at the time of check out, none of these were fixed. There was no wifi signals in the room. On top of all, there was party going on the street right besides the hotel and the music was so loud that it felt like its happening within the premise. It went on until 1 am and we couldnt sleep until then.

Awesome view and value!

I cannot say enough good about this hotel. Right from the beginning the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, Ceyda and the other man we're always willing to help with any issues that we had. Friendly's staff we've seen yet in Turkey! The hotel's friendly resident Pomeranian and cat were such a joy as well. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. The view from the upstairs terrace allows you to see the hot air balloons in fairy chimneys. The location was very good and close enough to walk to the center of town and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was amazing, The price was unbeatable for what you get. The only issue we had it all was the very sketchy Wi-Fi in our room. The first couple of days it worked okay and then we couldn't get any wifi for our last two days in spite of attempts from the staff to remedy it. I think our room was too far from the modem so my recommendation for the hotel would be to get a extender so that some of the rooms farther away will still have Wi-Fi. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

We chose this property because of the great reviews, but it didn’t live up to our expectations. There was rampant black mold in the bathroom along with a persistent unpleasant odor. The shower doors had apparently fallen off and were replaced with torn makeshift shower curtains and it made for an unpleasant experience. The terrace is a great place to watch the hot air balloons, but some mornings the cushions had not been turned to keep off the morning dew so were too wet to sit on and several of the wickers chairs were damaged and would pinch your legs. The sliding door to get to the terrace was very difficult to open. For whatever reason, the main road, access road and parking area were mainly dirt and very rutted. The entrance to the hotel is on the side and not well marked. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful while others seemed lackadaisical. The breakfast buffet was limited and inconsistent in number and quality of items offered day to day. Tables were cleared but not cleaned between guests and napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. were not on each table or were not refilled as needed. I think this hotel might have once been good, but it seems that someone has given up and they don’t really care anymore.

Our experience ay Cappadocia View Hotel

We are pleased with the attention rendered since the first day we arrived to the hotel, very speedy in booking the tours and airport transfer. The breakfast very well prepared and specially the cleanliness, the food fresh and healthy.
Also, the location is strategic to watch the baloons and sorrounding areas. It was quite quiet at night.

Everything was as it is in the pictures. We should have done more research because there was no AC. Luckily I asked the front desk for a fan and they gave me this big fan from their storage. So we had that on all night long. Washrooms weren't the cleanest but thats no biggie. Seems like it was a family owned property. Everyone was very sweet.

Reception team was wonderful! Very very helpful! Although the walls you could hear everything from the other rooms which wasn’t great!
Our room didn’t have an toiletries or bath robes at the start but we asked the guys at the reception and they gave us them after an hour or so.
The wifi wasn’t that great was using our own internet.
Breakfast wasn’t to great either if you went late you basically got the left overs of what was left no refills.
Our room wasn’t cleaned although we had the sign out to clean nobody cleaned it which was really sad.
Other than that the view & location of the hotel was really good! Everything was nearby you could walk on feet to the main bit of Goreme.

Perfect; I would come here again

Good placement (close to the majority of touristic points of Göreme). Also, it is so close to bus stop, which can be used in order to reach other touristic towns.
Nice cosy atmosphere; staff was willing to help about any issue. Good both for romanticand family/friends trip.
Terrace zone has very nice view. It's worth to come just because of their amazing terrace :)

Хороший отель в сельской части Гереме, утром в 5 будит соседский петушок. Весь центр можно обойти пешком. Близко к местам поднятия шаров. Удобное расположение, почти все офисы по турам в пешей доступности. Мы выбрали компанию I SEE TRAVEL, так как у них была самая низкая цена на полет -порядка 180-190€, но это второй подъем. О чем они нам не сказали. Но мы остались довольны, пилот молодая девушка 28 лет профессионально справлялась с управлением. Ну а посадка выше всяких похвал! Компания GOREME BALLONS, пилота зовут Meltem. Кроме полета мы брали зеленый тур, о чем ни разу не пожалели. Если надумаете посетить Каппадакию, берите 3 или 4 дня. Во-первых, на осмотр достопримечательностей (их очень много, так как место с богатой историей), а во-вторых, полеты часто отменяют или же из-за большого количества желающих переносят. Всем хорошего отдыха. И по питанию. Недалеко от отеля находится аутентичный ресторанчик SEDEF, цены как везде, но очень вкусно+перед подачей блюд дают 2 вида закусок бесплатно, можно не брать салат, закуски сытные.

The reception of night shift was nice. Friendly and helpful. The reception of day shift should has more smelling when seeing the guests. Room was clean, breakfast must be improved as there were many flies flew everywhere on the food. My daughter and I had stomachache at our second day after breakfast. We got diarrhea after having breakfast at third day. She also got vomited and fever at third day. As the weather is so hot and flies come easily. So that food should be covered to avoid infections diseases.

Goreme is a great place to visit and Cappadocia View Hotel is the place to stay! The hotel is in a great location, on the main strip near all the essentials. The room was large and well appointed. The staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and provided useful information regarding site seeing. Gürcan was amazing about booking tours and also providing information prior to arrival. He also provided a ride to the bus station upon my departure and it was greatly appreciated as it had begun to rain. I was not expecting everything to be perfect but it really was. The little things; solid wifi, plenty of power outlets, complimentary drinks, well lit, great spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower, great breakfast and a wonderful terrace to view hot air balloons at sunrise. Thanks for the hotel for having us. If you don't need the cave experience for your entire stay this is a wonderful option for you.

Very friendly, nice and helpful staff. When we arrived on the first night the staff were able to book for us the tours that we were interested in. Daily breakfast fresh and good, room's and shower's size is very good for an economy room, no issues with water pressure or drainage, good internet's speed, hotel is only 5 minutes walks to downtown and in a very safe area. Good price rate per night. Very happy with everything.

Very comfortable and large rooms but very noisy being near the main road when the balloons are flying early in the morning. Also second floor rooms are very noisy with other guests scraping chairs in the restaurant above again very early when the balloons are flyng. This hotel charges for bottled water where other hotels in Goreme provide it free. There is a free water cooler in the lobby.

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left our two night stay could not have been better. Our room, the breakfast included and the location/view from the top terrace balcony were all great. That being said the best part was the amazing service provided by Dilber at the front desk. She was super friendly, personable and very helpful making our overall experience in Cappadocia that much more memorable.

Amazing adventure

The location was amazing. We woke up to the most beautiful sunrise and view with hot-air balloons everywhere to be seen every morning. Walking distance to everything. We were treated like VIP guests. The room and bathroom were large and the bed comfortable. Thank you Seyhmus for arranging all our tours and recommending the fantastic restaurants. We will definitely use this hotel again.

ama daha odaya girer girmez banyo&tuvalet kapısının kırık olması bize kötü bir sürpriz oldu. görevliye söyledik maalesef şu var bu var vs dedi,sonuç itibarıyla tamir edilmedi ve o şekilde kullanmak zorunda kaldık.
2-kahvaltı dahil seçeneği güzel ama kahvaltıyı pek beğenmedik biaz daha özenli, biraz daha iyi kalie ürünler kullanılabilirdi.

Manzarası var diye aldım bodrum kat verdiler. Siz böyle almışsınız dediler. Ayrıca Otel değil pansiyon. Sürekli kapılar çarpıyor. Banyo ekipmanı bile yetersiz. Kahvaltı vasat. Simit cafe ye giderseniz aynı kahvaltıyı yaparsınız. Otel mantığı kesinlikle yok. Fakat resepsiyonist hanımefendi iyi niyetli ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor.

Göreme milli parkına görece yakın mesfede, araba ile 5 dk'da gidiliyor. Otelin terasından balonlar izlenebiliyor. Biz Nisan ayında ziyaret ettik, klima ihtiyacımız olmadı. Daha çok ısıtma için kullandık fakat, oda büyük olduğu için biraz zayıf kaldı. Genel olarak çarşıya çok yakın, restaurantlara yakın. Yürüme mesfesinde Göreme çarşısını dolaşabilirsiniz

We had a really good stay at this hotel. Everything was comfortable and well organized, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. One of the best parts was the view—in the morning, you can see the hot air balloons right in front of the hotel, which was a beautiful experience. Passable juste pour une nuit…

Hôtel bien situé pour voir les montgolfières. La terrasse est le seul point positif ainsi que la sympathie de l’équipe. Par contre juste en face d’une route très passante et bruyante. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas réapprovisionner et assez moyen. Les chambres ne sont pas propres. Le lavabo était bouché. La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas. Certaines serviettes étaient sales, et d’autres sentaient l’humidité des serviettes, mal séchée. Tout est cassé, traîne partout et l’environnement n’est pas top. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Boa localização, quarto amplo porém mal iluminado, cama confortavel, banheiro amplo porem a bancada da pia é pequena e a cuba menor ainda. Limpeza ok. Bom café da manhã . Internet ruim precisa melhorar. Destaque para recepcionista, atenciosa, gentil e educada.

Ailenle kalınabilecek güzel bir otel

İşletmedekiler güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Aile odası temiz ve ferah bir oda. Sabah kahvaltısını beğendik açık büfe tarzı biz memnun kaldık. Göreme merkeze çok çok yakın bir yer. Bir tek beğenmediğin nokta ses yalıtımının iyi olmaması.

Féérie en Cappadoce

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité à pied des principales attractions - vallée rose, love vallée...Look sympa de la chambre avec mur en pierre et lit double gigantesque. Accueil super sympa nous expliquant les lieux à voir en Cappadoce.Petit déjeuner avec plein de choix (déconcertant pour le français habitué au pain beurre confiture :) à prendre sur la terrasse avec vue sur la rose vallée et la ville. Plein de restaurants à quelques minutes à pied et parking sur place. Seul bémol, , mauvaise insonorisation des chambres mais qui passe avec les boules quies.

직원이 도와주긴 했습니다만 참고하시고요
시설이 새 것은 아니지만 그런대로 괜찮았습니다
한가지 단점이 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 좀 납니다
화장실 문을 닫아 두어야 하더군요
화장실 환풍기를 켜면 이용할 때 별 문제는 없었습니다

Otel cok soguk klima acinca isiniyor fakat klima sesinden uyunmuyor yangin alarmi takmislar ve gece surekli mavi isigi yanip sonuyor odada isik yapiyor çalişanlar iyi niyetli ve yardimciydi fakat geldigimiz aksam 2-3 genc birden resepsiyonda oturuyordu ve bu kadin misafirler icin malesef gününüz türkiyesinde guvende hissettirmedi.

Güzel ve Merkezi Otel

Odamız gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu çok güzeldi, Göreme merkezdeki restoran ve mağazalara birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. 2,5 yaşındaki oğlumuzla çok güzel birkaç gün geçirdik ve çok memnun kaldık.

Karşılama ve oda hazırlığı oldukça hızlı gerçekleşti. Oda büyüklüğü, yatak büyüklüğü oldukça güzeldi. Genel temizlik anlamında rahatsız edici bir husus yoktu. Sadece sabah çok erken saatte üst kattaki odanın temizliğinin yapılma sesi ile uyandık. Yalıtım anlamında odalarda ses geçirgenliği biraz zayıf. Ancak tüm personelin güler yüzüne teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer.

Otel konum olarak çok güzel bir noktada. Sabah uyandığımızda pencereden dahi balonları görüyorduk ki terasa çıkınca manzara büyüledi. Çok ilgililer, her konuda destek olmaya çalışıyorlar. Lora'ya özel parantez giden herkesin sevgilisi olacağı kesin :)

Temiz bir otel kahvaltı dahil kaldık normal bir kahvaltıydı çok ekstrası olmayan sakin bir oteldi terasından balonları çok yakın ve güzel seyredebildik ekstra seyir noktasına gitmemize gerek kalmadı 🙂

Otel sakin, calisanlar güler yüzlü ve yardim sever. Muharrem Bey check in sırasında seyahat rotamızı oluşturdu, soru ve isteklerimiz için güler yüzle yardımcı oldu. Otel balonların kalkış alanına bakıyor, sabah teras veya odanızdan balonları izleyebiliyorsunuz. Seramik yapmak icin anlaşmalı oldukları yer var, ucretsiz deneme yapabiliyorsunuz. Acık hava muzeleri ve Avanos arabayla 5 - 15 dk mesafede.

Giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren güler yüz ile karşılandık. Odamızın büyüklüğü yeterliydi, jakuzimiz temizdi, kahvaltılar yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Rahatımız için her konuda yardımcı oldular. Göreme'nin merkezine (yani bu kafelerin vs. olduğu alana) yürüme mesafesinde, ayrıca tüm ören yerlerine de arabayla çok yakın. Hiç gürültü duymadık, sessiz bir otel. Dinlenerek geri döndük. Bir daha Kapadokya'ya gelecek olursak yine bu oteli tercih edebiliriz.
