Everything was perfect. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I had left something in my hotel room in Ankara and Rabbia (sp?) called that hotel twice for me to find it, and had them courier it to me.
Breakfast was excellent. So many choices. I loved the fresh cut fruit (kiwi, oranges, grapefruit) and made-to-order cheese omelets!

Great views, staff and breakfast buffet

Excellent service (especially at the front desk), great breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, cozy room decor, perfect location, fantastic views from restaurant and rooftop, and unexpected fun with the cats that the hotel takes care of. Only negatives were that I wish the restaurant put burners under the hot food at the breakfast buffet because the food was always cold or room temperature instead of hot and they kept running out of coffee cups—we had to bring our own cups from our room most days. With that said, we still really enjoyed and looked forward to the breakfast. Finally, the airport van service the hotel uses took an especially long time to get from the airport to the hotel (including 45 minutes of sitting outside the airport waiting for all of the dozens of people in the 3 big vans to be ready to leave at once, which was unnecessary and frustrating, and then the vans stopped in several different villages ahead of our stop, all of which I wish the hotel warned us about ahead of booking the van because, although the van was cheap, we would’ve taken a private taxi instead since we were trying to get to the hotel asap—in comparison the van worked well to get from the hotel to the airport because it was just one van picking people up at predetermined times). Overall we loved our stay so my criticisms are meant to be constructive. We would gladly stay at the hotel again.

The hotel offered a quiet atmosphere with great views from their terrace. I loved how clean the facility was and the comfort of the spacious rooms and bathroom. We had a 10 minute walk to the main street which wasn't bad even under the hot summer days. Breakfast was the best we had in our 7 day stay amongst the 3 different hotels we stayed at. Try the San Sebastian Cheesecake from them better than the ones we had in Istanbul. Staff is very helpful, they demonstrated excellent service at all times. The only bummer was not having an iron in the room but they extended their laundry room for us to use and get our clothes pressed. Thank you Osmanli for an unforgettable stay. Patron the dog was just a great joy to see each time we were in the lobby.

Clean rooms and a beautiful terrace to watch the hot air balloons.

Staff are welcoming, kind, and always ready to help.
They booked all our activities and arranged transportation from and to the airport.
They also suggested great activities to do by foot without needing a tour.

We honestly had the best experience staying here. The accomodation itself is very comfortable, clean and tidy. The breakfast was very delicious and easy. The terrace on the 4th floor is a really beautiful spot to watch the balloons go up at sunrise.
We arrived quite late due to our bus being delayed, and the team here were so helpful when we got there. We had a late bus leaving around 1700, they had let us stay and use the facilities up until that time as well as holding our luggage while we spent the last day looking around Cappadocia. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and will be recommending to our friends and family to stay here.

304, I like the balcony, you can see air balloons from there. A little noisy at night if you are light sleep, you can hear everything outside and next doors, even though closing all windows. The air- condition is good but the light of numbers temperature too bright. The breakfast is not for us, but it is okay, hotel near town, we walk there to eat, a lot of food. No elevator. I like the hotel terrace. Still recommend to stay here if you don’t like to deal with all the hotel up hill.

It was a great experience staying at the Osmanli Capadoccia hotel, it is a great property in great price. The roof top breakfast is very good, the Afghan chef took great care of us and served amazing food. Highly recommend this place, we stayed in an overly expensive cave hotel for two night before moving to Osmanli, we should have moved earlier and save $$.

The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, specially a young lady, whose name I don’t remember, who helped my wife in making the right decisions. She was very knowledgeable, well mannered, pleasant, a great listener, and overall very helpful.
Breakfast was great, with many options. The terrace was a great place to have breakfast and watch balloons and sunrise. All in all a great experience!!!

You can’t go wrong with this hotel. It’s right next to a Turkish bath place where u can pamper yourself! People are friendly, helpful, and so much food for breakfast. Nice pool too if the weather is warm. About 15 minutes walk to the city center.

We loved this hotel and its amenities. The roof top decks are wonderful for watching hot air baloons going over Goreme. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and our room was clean and comfortable. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. The location is walkable to Goreme and various restaurants. Parking was on the street, but finding a spot wasn't a problem. Highly recommend.

We stayed four nights here and one night in a cave hotel. It was the best decision we made as this hotel was much more comfortable being bigger and having a sofa to chill after a day out. The rooftop hot air balloon viewing in the morning was also much better, with 360 degrees view of all balloons.
Unlike most accommodations we stayed in Turkiye, the photos from this hotel are true to it's current condition.
Minor dislike is the lack of ventilation and no shower door in the bathroom.

I had the loveliest stay at Osmanli. The staff are all fantastic and the hotel looks brand new. The bed is comfy and the bathroom has everything you need. A little further away from all the action but only a 10 min walk. I missed one night due to a delayed flight and I’m gutted! The rooms have air con and there is a pool with loungers on the first floor. Breakfast is a wide selection served on the roof terrace. Would come back again, thank you Osmanli for your kind and helpful staff. The hotel is super clean too.

We had an amazing stay at the Osmanli Hotel mainly due to the fantastic staff that was so helpful, kind and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. We would especially like to mention Tarik and the girls at the front desk (unfortunately I don't rememeber their names) for being so incredibly helpful and so friendly. The customer service was outstanding and they made us feel so at home. We had great conversations with them and they helped us with any questions we may have had or any special requests we may have had. They were just wonderful and we would definitely return to the Osmanli Hotel in the future. The staff at the restaurant were also wonderful, just everyone that works there is so warm and friendly that made our stay so welcoming and we can't thank them enough for their help with everything. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Cappadoccia.

Wonderful stay!

It was a nice stay so far. I came visit Cappadocia alone, but I didn’t feel lonely because stuff and dogs are always welcome there for me. They were always willing to help call local restaurants and find places to eat. The room I stayed was always clean.

Terrific, friendly, accommodating staff. Nice room with firm mattress and nice, powerful rain shower. No washcloths or luffa and no bar soap, so a washcloth would be nice. Unbelievably beautiful view from 4th floor restaurant and lounge, but no elevator and the steps are pretty but narrow. Accessibility is an issue.

The bathroom was not that clean
Food is good but there is no restaurant or anything after 10:30 am u can just get water or tea or coffee from the front desk
In are last day we have to leave the hotel at 7:30 am we went to get snacks before we leave like 7:25 am they kicked us out even tho I told I don’t want to eat or anything just be quick before the shuttle gets there
They didn’t care even though everything was ready
It’s cool place but u can get something better for less money we went out and saw the other hotels in the area

Simple perfect!

The hotel is just perfect! The interiors are new, comfy and stylish. The rooftop is so spacious and beautiful, and you can take millions of instagrammable photos with the hot air balloons during sunrise. Their staff are all caring and thoughtful. Best part of this hotel was their staff and their excellent customer service. Staff were super helpful - we had a problem with our room bathroom initially and they moved us to another room while they fixed it. Whenever we needed tips for tours or where to go, they had all the answers. Rooms were clean and spacious. Roof terrace had amazing views for sunrise balloons and breakfast was fantastic. Cappadocia is an amazing location to visit and Goreme is a good base with many Hotels to choose from, this one has pros and cons:
