We stayed, over night, and were rather disappointed. We had been here about 10 years ago, and because we did not have any complaints then, we rebooked for this stay. When you arrive, even in the middle of the afternoon, you have to push a buzzer to enter. We had to wait 15 minutes to get checked in. The toilet was an inch or two lower than the edge of the tub, and I had to use the tub wall to help me climb off the stool and the first time we flushed, it backed up. My husband complained because certain of his parts hit the water when he sat down. The toilet paper roll kept popping off the holder because the left side was loose and the moment you pulled on the paper the roll fell on the floor. The room seemed clean, but the floors were vinyl plank, so they were cold, the microwave clock had not been reset to Daylight Savings Time, the left hand faucet knob squeaked (you could hear it across to the far corner of the bedroom). When we arrived for breakfast, the only warm things were coffee and toast. We saw dry cereal, toast, yogurt, and juice. We didn't see hot water for tea. The Dining area was so small that if everyone we saw gathering their breakfast had tried to sit down, there would not have been nearly enough room. We have been in 17 hotels this last year, and I'd say this one was the worst.

Breakfast was not much to get excited about.. toast, fruit and cereal.
Up at 2:00am one time and had 3 girls in lobby, no one at front desk. Smell of \"pot\" so strong I was stoned before getting to the door...

The room was fine--clean but nothing special. One of the elevators was out of order, which was mildly inconvenient. The staff was courteous; probably underpaid, though, judging from the general appearance of the hotel. The breakfast was a letdown--cereal, fruit, yogurt and toast. I had been led to expect more. Fortunately, it was Sunday, and we found a good bunch spot later, after worship.

First, the positives:
It was the most convenient hotel to the people I was visiting.
It was clean.
It was safe.
The staff was friendly.
The fitness center had a treadmill.
Now, the negatives:
This hotel is in serious need of upgrading.
The carpet in my room was shot- it literally had holes in spots because of wear.
The TV remote didn't work.
The sink hot water handle was resistant and creaked when turned.
The shower handle was so hard to operate they had literally posted instructions on the wall above it, and it was still almost impossible to adjust it to the temp I wanted.
The picture of the complimentary breakfast (with hot trays for eggs, bacon, etc.) was nothing like what was actually offered. The only \"hot\" food was the white bread you could toast. When someone asked the staff what happened, they said it had been \"discontinued for the season.\"

Very small room, but newly renovated with a comfortable bed. Staff were polite and courteous.

Free parking was a big bonus.

Great if you’re not expecting a luxury hotel. Cheap and clean enough a place to lay your head for the night.

Continental breakfast is very subpar, one type of bread for toast, plain yogurt with no toppings, two flavors of cereal with milk. Juice machine that doesn’t seem to be functioning properly as it spits and sputters and tastes extremely watered down.

Would stay again simply for the free parking and price in comparison to anything else in the area. Most places charge $25+ to park.

If you want somewhere quiet to stay I do not recommend it here. We were woken up multiple times each night due to running, screaming and yelling in the halls. When I went to call the front desk the phone did not work so this continued.

You get what you pay for. Location is elite. Breakfast is meh, front desk service is good other than late at night. There was a large group there taking up most of the hotel for a few nights of our stay, so I will give them a break for that. Very noisy late into the night, even once the large group had checked out. Tried to make noise complaint but the phone in the room didn’t work, no one picked up the phone when we tried our own phones, and no one at the front desk between 11 and midnight. Would stay again for the location only.

I am not satisfied with the hotel: there is no free bottled water provided, and not even a water machine is available!!!
And also, the facilities in the room are not good: the air conditioner is really noisy and low-functioning, and the bedsheets are NOT CLEAN AT ALL.

We got in around 9:45pm to check in late, front desk was not friendly, did not explain anything regarding breakfast etc. She barely said hello.
The room was so dusty and the toilet ran on and off all night and the r a/c rattled every couple minutes all night. Will not recommend this hotel!

There was a staff member that made us feel our pets were unsafe at that location. She also miss informed of of different things, was rude, and acted like our 400 mile trip was not as important as others. We left early even though we paid for another night due her. We don’t have much money and we’re forced to bring our dogs with due to lack of pet care back home.

I have stayed at this hotel several times because of how awesome the facility is. Close to transportation, close to the highway and restaurants and the staff is always friendly. Being close to the University is also a huge bonus!! Parking is also very convenient!

Nothing fancy, just a place to sleep. Tv remote was broken, bed was very firm. The breakfast area was packed and no where to sit to eat. For the price is what it is. Coffe pot could not be plugged in where it was located and for some reason everything you plugged into the outlets fell out of them, loose? So phone wouldn't charge, had to use the outlets on lamp. Staff were incredibly nice though and none of this reflects on them. The wall canvas was really nice also, and walking distance from many places to eat.

The receptionist was rude and not pleasant. We were told that hotel policy dictated that we couldn't bring our bicycles into the hotel room. We just drove over six hours to be told that. We were told that we should leave them outside at the bike rack. She said that someone had left a bike there for over a week and nobody had bothered it. Of course nobody bothered it, it wasn't worth stealing. Our bikes cost more than some people's cars. Eventually we were allowed to bring them into our rooms but that receptionist didn't make us feel welcome.

I paid for the business suite, but on arrival I was given a room of lesser value. The story I was given was that the hotel was overbooked. Ok, fine. But what really bugs me is the hotel refused to reimburse me for the cost differential. Basically, they took the money for an upgraded room while giving me a room of lesser value. Very questionable business practices...
