The staff was very friendly and helpful. Konstantina was a very charming and helpful with very good island and restaurant information. Henri helped us out with a lot of heavy luggage. Breakfast was nice with option to have it brought to your room or on their terrace. The view was fantastic and we had the 2-story room overlooking the sea with a hot tub on the deck. I would highly recommend this place, located between Fira and Oia but closer to Fira and away from the crowds at both locations but just a short drive to both. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel was amazing. We had the room with the private hot tub and balcony and it was absolutely stunning. It was nice to come back at night and relax in the hot tub. The staff were amazing - very helpful with taxis and information.. Every morning they brought us a wonderful breakfast to our room. They had a pool right outside our room which was a nice refreshing break during the day. We found a great roof top bar near the hotel which had the most amazing views of the sunset. Highly recommend

As a smaller hotel, Nefeli homes was able to provide the best service my girlfriend and I have ever received up until this point. They contacted us a couple days earlier to arrange a private taxi from the airport to the hotel. They also gave us their WhatsApp so that we can easily message them for anything we needed. If that wasn't enough, they even knew of our departure time and thus, prepared us a robust breakfast earlier than usual to ensure we had food to eat. Also, the staff was some of the most kindest you'll ever meet! Shoutout to Konstantina and the rest of the staff for contacting me and providing a great experience.

From the minute we arrived at Nefeli Homes we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. We had a cave apartment which was unique and spacious. Every morning Victor would bring us breakfast to eat on our terrace which we thoroughly enjoyed. We couldn’t get enough of the spectacular view and were constantly mesmerised by it. Our room was cleaned every day. We would highly recommend Nefeli Homes and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to all the staff for a wonderful holiday. We miss you!

I had an excellent stay at nefeli homes. It’s located in imerovigli which is about 10-20 minutes walking to Fira, but has the benefit of being very peaceful at night. The views are breathtaking (though you won’t see the sun literally set). The staff is incredible. Konstantina went above and beyond to coordinate transfers, car rentals, local suggestions, and even emailed me some stores that sold luggage in Athens when my luggage broke the night before I left for Athens. Victor served a lovely breakfast every morning and went above and beyond to notice and attend to my preferences (do you want extra coffee instead of bread today?). Worth noting: reviews mention an extra charge for breakfast but I did not have one? Ana was lovely. The room was beautiful, clean, and outfitted with everything I could want. I did not have a personal balcony but there are many levels of balconies available for use. I can not think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel and would book again if I return to Santorini. I had the most wonderful vacation and they were a huge contributor!!

We had a great stay at Nefeli Homes. The room was very nice with its own private balcony. Although we did not use it much because the common area at the top of the hotel was spectacular. You can see even the other side of the island where the beaches are. You see the island itself with the monastery at the top of the mountain. Then you have a full view of the caldera and good view of the sunset. We had breakfast everyday over there.

I was extremely proud of myself for finding Nefeli Homes! My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Nefeli Homes for 8 nights in the Grand View Maisonette with a private Hot Tub and I don't even have words - the view was magical. The room was spotless and the overall grounds at the location was so so clean, our hot tub was the perfect temperature for those early mornings and evenings, the breakfast was out of this world amazing, the location was PERFECT, nice and quiet, extremely peaceful and very close to restaurants, markets and the City Centre, Fira. We felt so welcomed at Nefeli Homes they gave us the absolute perfect honeymoon. The staff and owner were the absolute most genuine people and really helped us with everything like made so many recommendations for what to do around the island, booked tours and car rentals for us, arrange airport pick up and drop off, cooked and served us breakfast every morning (which was delicious), provided us with clean towels daily, kept our room so nice and clean daily and overall just made the experience for us so perfect. It's extremely overwhelming trying to decide where to stay in Santorini as there's so many options, but if you are looking at this property I know you will love it as much as we did. Everyone told us to stay in Oia (which is beautiful as well) but we were so so happy we chose to stay in Imerovigli because it was clean, quiet and had such a spectacular view. Nefeli Homes is a little hidden gem that we loved so much!

Nefeli Homes' location is incredibly good. The hotel is located in Imerovigli, a 30 minute walk north of Fira town. It has breathtaking and unobstructed views of the caldera and islands across, as well as south towards Fira. There are several restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and a pharmacy within a 5-minute walk.
The hotel and facilities are an architectural marvel of stairs, steps, hallways, arches, nooks and crannies, with rooms extending deep into the mountain, giving them a unique and cavern-like character. Our room for 4 had a wonderful balcony with views as described above. There is a small pool and several sun terraces with quality sunbeds and furniture. The entire property is stylish and tastefully appointed.
The staff are friendly and helpful and will arrange transport and recommend activities as your request.
Room for improvement:
While our room had a bar with a few hangers, there were no drawers or shelves whatsoever for clothing. There was however several good places where a closet or shelves could be installed.
The bathroom tap had 2 settings: off and firehose strength. The latter resulted in lots of water on the floor, etc. Also, there was no plug for the drain, so it was not possible to fill the sink with water.
The breakfast (see photos) is objectively worth €12-15, not €25, even by Santorini price standards.
These are minor issues, yet they were an element of nuisance, and in particular because each is easy to resolve.

Nefeli Homes was amazing! Elina, Victor, Stelios, Christina and Katarina were extremely attentive and kind. They made us feel like family! The property was clean and boutique style, quiet and the pool was perfect. Highly recommend the breakfast every morning as well! Only a 25 minute walk to Fira and there are several shops and restaurants only a couple minutes within the hotel as well. Oia and some of the beaches were only about a 15 min ride. Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely return!

Our room for three people was as advertised and clean. They have a very friendly staff and a great breakfast spread, which is served at your desired location, terrace, your room, etc. We chose the terrace as we wanted to enjoy the view. If you decide to stay there, ensure to talk to Elina. Where to Start, We arranged a transfer from the airport to Nefeli homes, The staff were there to meet us and help us with our bags to the property, A few minutes walk from the main road. On arrival the reception staff were wonderful, checking us in and offering us a lot of information about the hotel and the island.

We stayed in Room 8, Which is a cave room next to reception, I have seen other negative comments about these rooms and I totally disagree, The room was amazing (A full-length mirror and a possible update to the bathroom would be my only suggestions to improve it even more but not enough to spoil anything) and the private balcony with sun beds just made it perfect. The Views in my opinion are the best on the island, If there are better I'd love to see them!

My tv didnt work and they brought a new one in a matter of minutes. I cannot remember everyone's name but they all done everything they could to make my stay wonderful. They arranged airport transportation for check in and check out. Arranged a renal car for one day so i could explore the island. The lady at the reception desk recommended all the places to visit. Nefeli Homes has the best location with a great view of the caldara but the staff is what sets it above the rest. Thank you all for making my vacation an unforgettable adventure.

We stayed for 10 nights at this hotel, it had stunning views and the breakfast was amazing!! When I booked this from Expedia the description said continental breakfast, we were brought a feast to our room each morning that varied slightly from day to day. Victor we so helpful and it was pleasant to see him each morning with our breakfast. The staff are all extremely helpful and accommodating. We experienced travel delays so our original transit that was booked through Expedia refused to pick us up due to our late 1AM arrival, Aleena organized for late check in and for the hotel shuttle to pick us up and the driver directed us to our room which we would have never found in the dark otherwise, he also helped us with our luggage. Upon arriving one of our bags got lost through the airlines. After a couple of days with no word from the airlines Aleena helped us get in touch with them, we had the bag by our hotel room that evening. Our room had a hot tub and it was well worth it, the pool was also nice on a hot day. This area is also accessible to a walking trail to Oia, if you are a hiker is has stunning views. We were within walking distance to Firostefani and Fira, this made shopping and food very accessible. Imerovigil where Nefeli Homes is located had nice restaurants nearby as well but it is a quieter area with beautiful views. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit beautiful Santorini. Victor and Aleena made our stay such a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Nefeli Homes. The property and rooms were very clean and modern. It had a great view of the Caldera from our balcony/patio in room #6 as well as the common areas and pool. From the various areas you can see the southern part of the island and the towns of Imerovigli, Fira, Pyrgos and the southern tip (FYI, the sunsets to the far right of the buildings so you do not have a direct view to the sunset). It is right on the main walking path between Fira and Oia with many restaurants to choose from in a short walking distance. The pool was very refreshing after the heat of the day. That was a huge bonus.

This property has some very nice rooms. However, avoid the two cave rooms near reception. There is only a tiny window, has no view, and is a bummer for Santorini. The pictures of the patios nearby are not really part of your room. We had one of these rooms and were graciously moved to a room with a view.

You just let them know when you are ready for breakfast and they bring it to you. It was a great selection. Location was perfect; quite enough away from Fira but close enough to walk to Fira if need be. You can't see the sunset from the hotel but just walk few minutes either way and you can!

Where do we start… Nefeli Homes exceeded our expectations. Our flights was delayed and the staff worked with us to arrange transportation and check in after hours. The following day they helped us book excursions and a car rental. We were given tips of where to go and what to do. I highly recommend asking Elina (receptionist) for anything you want to do because they will contact the parties involved to make it easier for you. They even recommended us where to do laundry and we got the car keys for our rental in the hotel while having breakfast which saved a lot of time. The daily breakfast and views were amazing. We were very impressed with the way the staff treated us and how they made us feel like if we were friends going to their house, basically trying to please and make us feel welcomed. The room was huge , we had the cave in room after the reception with a great patio to overlook the caldera. The room was beautiful and were greeted with a bottle of wine, housekeeping was daily and the room always smelled fresh and clean. The only thing we want to point out is that the bathroom needs a renovation. It is too dark inside , the theme doesn’t go with the rest of the property and the hose makes it very hard to shower and not splash water outside. But if this is changed, I think this would be the perfect hotel hands down. We visited Oia and and Fira and are glad we stayed here because it was not as crowded and the views were amazing due to being the highest point of the island

My wife and I took a taxi from the airport to Nefeli homes that cost 35 Euro. Upon arrival, the view was stunning. My wife and I were in awe. We were greeted by the receptionist Stelios who was our knight and shinning armor (Our luggage didn’t make the flight) Stelios called the airport everyday u til our luggage arrived. He greeted us each evening as we returned to the property and we shared our daily adventure with him. A key asset to the property and a reason we enjoyed our stay so much. They breakfast was $20/person. My wife and I found it easier to find food elsewhere that was at a more reasonable cost. The pool was enjoyable and we had room #5 with the hot tub that we enjoyed every night. Overall we had a fantastic stay at Nefeli Homes and I would recommended going back to anyone.

Nefeli Homes in Santorni exceeded my mom and Is expectations. The property is beautiful. The staff are top notch, welcoming and very caring. The receptionist gave us many of her reccomendations and helped us get around the island. Victor was amazing in helping us get to our transportation and making sure we had everything we needed at all times. This location is beautiful, not as crowded as Oía and only a 13 minute walk to beautiful Fira!

There are bus stops near by to take you around town, but we still had to taxi a bit too much, and seems every taxi was 30 Euro no matter where we went, but that isn't the hotels fault.
