A honest opinion from a valued customer

We frequent the Sunrise Gardens,it has to be said that the most effective, friendly member of staff is Petroula the pool bar manager,without her the hotel would take a nose dive, albeit it there are some lovely staff.
However the new hotel manager is not as friendly , he does not aquire the people skills and man mangement that the hotel brands itself on,his target area is cost cutting and cost cutting only, he in my opinion needs to be demised if you want to remain a brand holiday stay.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in a junior suite garden view.
The room was a lovely size and plenty big for our family of 3 with comfy beds and pillows, kitchen with good amenities, lovely bathroom and lovely little balcony with clothes rack.
Room and all facilities were spotless, cleaners did a great job every day.
Breakfast was amazing with a large range of food from your “standards” to omelette bar, fresh pancakes, fresh fruit and yoghurts, halloumi and lounza ++, staff exceptionally friendly and really goes out of the way for their guests!
Pools and loungers plentiful and well looked after.
Location cannot be beat with 1 min walk to beautiful sandy beach, supermarket across the road and any shop/restaurant in walking distance. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Very clean , ideal location, staff were lovely , perfect size - not hundreds of people like the big hotels so no sun bed wars and with 2 large pools it was very spacious . Swim up pool bar was great and offered lots of options including large hot baguettes for a good price - Petrunia and the young lad ( sorry don’t know his name ) were lovely , looked after every one all day ! Will definitely be back ! Loved it !

I paid a lot of money ( because is high season) and on the reception ask me €1.50 per day for safe box and €2.00 per day for refrigerator. This is so unprofessional. The breakfast for 4 star hotel is very poor..its difficult to find parking in the parking space of the hotel. Is big hotel and very few parking spaces

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff went above and beyond expectations to ensure we felt welcomed.

Special thanks to Maria and Vassiliki who always took the time to talk and play with our toddler. The chefs, especially Spyros and Vassiliki, at the hotel restaurants were accommodating to our requests to indicate dishes we needed to avoid due to our dietary restrictions.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the strip, walking distance to restaurants and fig tree bay - sunrise beaches.

The \"dine around\" option is worth it: if you are planning to stay there for a week or more, consider getting the half-board option to get access to the 4 restaurants affiliated with the sunrise hotels. You get specific options covered with the half-board option, excluding drinks.

The room was adequate and most importantly clean. Room cleaning was more than satisfactory. Keep in mind that you have to pay extra for fridge and safe (3.5 eu a day).

The hotel pools are medium-sized and there is a baby pool as well, on 2 different levels. We felt the pool experience to be average, dated pools and people reserving most of the sunbeds. The hotel should really enforce their own rules on this. However, it's best to go to the nearby beaches for a better experience than spend time at the pool.

Limited (at best) entertainment.

Pomelo: Breakfast options are exactly the same every day. Dinner options are average at best.

Overall, great experience, great hotel.

Great family friendly stay!

The hotel has a great vibe and the staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive. We really appreciated that it was child-friendly and the kids club was a pleasant surprise.
The excellent soundproofing of the rooms in such a bustling area is also a great bonus.
The breakfast was good, but it could have included a bit more variety to match the high quality of the rest of the experience. We had asked for a baby crib when we booked which was not included in the room when we arrived late at night, but it was immediately sorted first thing in the morning when we asked.
We would happily visit again.

We were asked to stay in the Sunrise Beach Hotel as the Sunrise Gardens Aparthotel was not yet ready for the season. The upgrade was in our favour and we enjoyed four nights in a good hotel with excellent facilities. The only negative thing to report was the entrance to the Sunrise Beach Hotel's underground car park - our hire car could not gain access over the ramp at the entrance without scraping its underside on the concrete 'ledge'. From the evidence on the ground, many other cars have experienced the same problem. This is a concern when there are unscrupulous car hire companies out there who would delight in charging customers for damage not really of their own making. The hotel should rectify this in the interests of its customers.

Perfect in Every Way!

We had a perfect three nights staying!!! The hotels' renovation is modern and beautiful! The room is comfortable and clean! The stuff is pleasant and helpful! They have a rich breakfast and tasteful lunch! The swimming pools are clean and we love the bar inside the one of the swimming pools! Bonus is the location of the hotel, most of the restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and beaches are in the same road with the hotel!
It was our second time there and it definitely won't be our last!
