Yes room was very clean,we asked not to clean a few times as wanted longer rest ,the days we forgot to put sign for cleaning they did anyway.only fault was the mattress was a little soft and lukmpy but was bigger enough to gett over that seeing was end of season but everything else food etc was great value for the price.

The rooms were not cleaned to the standard appropriate for a four-star hotel. They didn't wash the room or change the bed linens at all. They were not even willing to send us towels once, claiming that there were none. The food was good, but everything was repeated at every meal.
All-inclusive is not really worth it - there is food until 5pm and then there is nothing. There is no minibar and not even bottles of water in the room - you only get them on the first day, which is a real joke. There is one bar where you have to stand in a long line to get a drink. In general, they don't have enough space to accommodate the number of people in the dining room either, and this requires waiting in line to get in more than once, no matter what time you arrive. In short - good location, good food that is repeated, everything else is not worth it. 3-star level and nothing more.

We would stay here again. The junior suite was excellent in regards to space cleanliness and facilities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was a great gym and good spa facilities. The room was quite soundproof and all the above contributed to a lovely holiday.

This was the first time I went to an all-inclusive holiday with my family. 8 years old boy and 16 years old girl. They had the best time. The animators ( Peter, Lili) were great to entertain us with playing ping-pong, darts, archery. Also the evening shows were good. The food was excellent and if we closed the door we couldn't hear the noise from outside. We had the best time.

Such a beautiful hotel room 1308 amazing large with beach view great location with lots restaurants bars etc breakfast amazing pool kids friendly and separate adults pool beach across the road path 2 minute walk we will return again and recomend to family and friends we had the best time

Excellent location, right in the middle of the strip. Room was nice and modern. Hotel is well looked after. Restaurant is organised really well for an all inclusive, you are seated by host. Staff are very efficient, your drinks order taken straight away, plates cleared quickly. The sunbeds were a problem, in our 5 day stay we never got a sunbed which meant we left the hotel all day every day and didn’t get value for money with the all inclusive. They have a rule of no reserving beds before 9am but by the time we had breakfast all the beds were gone. Same with the entertainment on a night, not enough tables and seats meaning people were sitting on sunbeds to watch. Amenities don’t cater for the hotel size.

Very clean and pleasant hotel. Staff very helpful and polite. Good variety of food. Slightly busy at dinner. Staff couldn't cope with the demand. I would suggest that people should be able to book ahead their dinner times to avoid overcrowding.

Excellent resort. Breakfast & dinner buffet options full of choices and great food. Robola restaurant is a must visit. Great location of hotel, plenty of shopping and restaurants. Fig Tree Bay easy walk. Church it Profitis Elias short walk from hotel & worth it. Would definitely visit again!

Decent service and quality of the amenities but not worth the price. Also it was down as all inclusive however if you had less than three nights stay it was not possible to have all inclusive or uograde at the hotel.

Sleepless Nights and Privacy Breaches Ruined Our Stay.

My sister and I recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel, expecting a relaxing vacation, but our experience was far from restful.

Pros:

Food: The food options were decent and satisfactory.
Pools: The pools were clean and enjoyable.

Cons:

Noise Levels: The noise from surrounding bars was unbearable, with music blaring until 2 or 3 AM every night. Despite wearing ear plugs and noise-cancelling headphones, the noise was so intrusive that we couldn’t get any actual sleep.

Room Brightness: While the main windows had blackout curtains, the bathroom did not, leading to the room being incredibly bright early in the morning and further disrupting our sleep.

Privacy Breach: In a severe breach of privacy, an attendant delivered sandwiches we never ordered around 10 PM. After knocking and receiving no response, he let himself into our room without our permission. This was not only shocking but completely unacceptable.

Despite being Platinum Expedia members, we did not receive any room upgrade. The lack of sleep due to noise and early morning brightness, combined with the invasion of our privacy, significantly ruined our vacation experience. I hope the hotel management addresses these serious issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

Went with 18 family members of all different ages. The pool was fantastic for the younger children as it was of decent dephts.
Food was nice but limitid and didnt always meet the childrens tastes and i would say if you are not adventurous with your foods then this may not be the hotel of choice for you.
Hotel is based right on a busy lively strip so hotel entertainment was not wow but the kids liked it having a mini disco every night. The staff were freindly and approachable.
Hotel was clean but our party did have different experiences with the rooms being cleaned. Some had rooms cleaned every day others only had them cleaned once they asked!
For our holiday it was great and would deffintly bring the younger children again with the understanding that we would be going out for dinner on the strip. There were plenty of bars for food, with arcades. Kfc and mcdonalds aswell.

The property itself is beautiful, great location - right across the road from Fig Tree Beach. The property caters to tour group customers, many on all-inclusive packages. The pool is very busy during the day, most sun beds taken by 830am. Our bed cover had a stain on check-in, linen was yellow. Asked for these to be changed and they were. Pillows were lumpy. Towels very worn. Room service did not attend daily. Service inconsistent. Buffet breakfast had a lot of variety, but felt like a giant smorgas board to feed the masses.

Great location and very comfortable.
The staff were verty nice and welcoming!
The food was great also!
The only problem was that the pool beds were always occupied by peoples who leave their towels on for hours, and wether there is many signs about this issue in the hotel, we never saw that the staff taking care of it and move unattended towels.

A lovely hotel ,very clean ad lovely staff,
Foods a typical all inclusive and at breakfast time u need to get down around 8 am to bet the rush or it can get a bit cosy. Over all really good value for money and right on the strip full of bars and restaurants. And don’t worry bout the noise as the glazing seems to do a great job.

Nice hotel, too many kids, poor hygiene

We were put in an 'un-renovated apartment' which was awful, grubby & bad electrics (wouldn't recommend it). We upgraded to a suite with sea views which was fabulous (expensive but the only room they had available). The room was spacious, nicely furnished, lovely bathroom, comfy bed & clean with kettle, tea & coffee. A bit noisy as was overlooking the main street/strip, but the double glazing helped a bit. The aircon was noisy, aren't they all. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially reception. The food choice was great & tasty. It was great having an adult only pool, no kids, lovely & quiet, comfy sun beds, free pool towels, pool bar. Close to the beach, 5 minutes walk, €7.50 for 2 sunbeds & umbrella. Loads of bars/restaurants right on your doorstep, reasonable prices. The only negative for us is loads of kids running around the restaurant, health & safety rules being ignored. I saw a young kid picking up nuts, biting them & putting them back in the pot. Also a kid licking chocolate spread spoon & putting the spoon back in the bowl, plus another eating the yoghurt with there fingers in the bowl, the parents let them do it, no hygiene or food safety in place. I nearly spilt hot tea on 2 kids running round. I told the restaurant manager but he said nothing can be done. We won't stay here again or recommend it for these reasons! Shame as its a nice hotel spoilt by poor restaurant rules and irresponsible parents (too many kids out of summer season).

Heel leuk verblijf gehad met 3 kinderen (2 maanden, 2,5 jaar en 5 jaar).

Half pension genomen, heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook diner was telkens prima in orde, elke dag een andere wereldkeuken.

Kinderdisco vonden de kindjes geweldig!

Algemeen een geweldige vakantie gehad, bedankt!

Essen war vielfältig und lecker.. Pool war eisekalt. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel. 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Badschuhe teilweise erforderlich. Animation war nicht so einfallsreich. Hotel ist in mehreren Häusern aufgeteilt.

Väldigt fin upplevelse på Vangelis. Trevlig personal och bra service. Stora, fina rum. Fräscht och rent. Stor pool. Underhållning på kvällarna. Stort urval i frukostbuffén (vi hade bara frukost inkluderat).
Åker vi till Cypern igen så bokar vi på Vangelis igen.

Hôtel familial et agréable.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Hôtel à proximité de la plage et de la rue principale.
Animation quotidienne sympathique (enfants et adultes). Personnel agréable et aux petits soins. Le Spa est convenable aussi.
Pour les piscines, elles ne sont pas chauffées. Pas évident pour les enfants en bas âge.
Les chambres sont modernes et confortables.

Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Zum Teil Betten nicht alle gemacht. Zu wenig Badetücher.
Ein schöne Überraschung war das Duschen am Abend vor der Abreise. Sehr grosser Raum mit Badetüchern, Fön etc.
