The popular Louis St Elias Resort in Protaras reopened in 2016 as a fully renovated 4 Plus Ultra All-Inclusive Resort. Renovations included all rooms and public areas, and the addition of a brand new 200m pool with a hot tub (adults only) adjacent to the fully renovated restaurant.
Three water slides were added to the existing pool (children below the age of 6 and/or under 120cm are not permitted), along with a kids' pool with water features and games. A brand new spa includes a gym, sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms.
New room types with private pools were added in May 2018.
When you stay at Louis St Elias Resort & Waterpark in Paralimni, you'll be in the entertainment district, a 2-minute drive from Protaras Coastal Promenade and 7 minutes from Fig Tree Bay. This family-friendly hotel is 9.3 mi (15 km) from Nissi Beach and 9.5 mi (15.2 km) from Makronissos Beach.

Wow ! Where do i start The food was amazing, Very accommodating to our Granddaughter who has a dairy intolerance even met the chef who made sure she had something made for her. The pools and the entertainment team who worked incredible hard to keep us entertainment. The drinks were premium brands and there was always something to eat .We stayed in the one bedroom studio which was huge. Ok the living room furniture was looking a bit tired but not unusable. The Balcony was huge and the shower perfect. Did have a problem with a leak but Flouris Yiannaki the operations manager went out of his way the rectify the problem. All the staff were fantastic and always smiling big shout out to mohammed and hany from the pool bar and maxiam and Atir (forgive me if i have the names wrong) these guys really helpful on picking cocktails and were general interested on making sure we were having a good time. If there were any negative comments a week wasnt long enough.

Ok overall was a beautiful experience with my family. But really not a good value of what we pay for. I mean ok great food and as a local i can quarantine thats a good all inclusive hotel, although there are few points of improvement. Everything in English.. room not so clean and far away from restaurant and water park, dirty waters outside our room so was a weird smell all the time(room 41), cleaning lady opens door with out permission even we had do not disturb, no cream or any extra amenities in the bathroom just basic, ...small things that we miss for this price. Good hotel nut needs improvement staff was very friendly and helps we every we wanted...

Only stayed for 1 night as we were visiting friends in the area. However suite was superb , fridge was useful beach towels provided, spotless and staff could not have been more attentive.
Breakfast excellent. .A late checkout was available for a fee to 6pm. which allowed for us to have a relaxing day before leaving to catch a late flight.

I was with my family and grand kids. We had a major problem with the water heat system so we could not have a good shower as we arrived and this was a big burden.
The hotel team tried their best to assist us but this problem was with us until the last day... This definitely was unexpected. I hoped for better..

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely amazing hotel. Stunning grounds. It’s not your usual hotel, you have your own separate “villa” if you will and feel you are walking through a village. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the greenery is stunning, you are surrounded by herbs such as rosemary, lavender it’s just gorgeous to walk out of your room and smell all that. The pool area is amazing, very friendly staff, such amazing service and the food is absolutely fantastic. Can’t fault it one bit. Loved the bubbly at breakfast and loved the variety of Cypriot food every day. We live abroad so coming on holiday and being treated to Cypriot food is fantastic. Will go back to without a second thought.

Very nice open spaces and the rooms were very comfortable. Staff are also attentative. There is enough to keep kids entertained particularly the water slides. Getting too and from the main protaras strip is a bit of a walk (uphill on return) but it is not too bad. The hotel views of the sea and surrounding areas is great.

This hotel is perfect for families. Staff fantastic always happy to assist!!! Food is amazing. We booked room with pool it was good value for money, only concern is that there is no net on the windows and door, so we were not feeling comfortable takeing under consideration that we saw tarantula on the walls out side of the room. My son was terrified at the beginning, but he forgot everything when he saw cats around the hotel. He was so happy to play with them. Greek restaurant is must! Program in the evening not so good, can be much better but you can always go out down town and enjoy good bends and nice music. Once again big thank you for the staff. WE felt very welcomed.

We had a fantastic stay at st Elias. We were a bit worried at first, being up on the hill away from the main area but it did not bother us at all. It’s lovely and quiet so really got to relax. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday by the cleaners, who were so polite. We took a 1 bed suite and it was very roomy.
The food was outstanding! We have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels and this was by far the best. The entertainment team were fab and the evenings disco and shows kept the kids and us entertained. Pools were great especially the new kids pool area. The bar staff (especially the girls at the quiet pool bar) were so nice and fun and really made us feel so welcome. All the staff and the managers are fabulous and we can’t wait to go again.

Decent hotel, there are some signs of age affecting the apartments though. Staff friendly but not very efficient. Beautiful view over the church and see from on-the-hill apartments. Breakfast was good. Pools and slides are alright. Has a small gym with threadmills and a few other machines. Wouldn’t recommend massge in on-site spa.

Stayed with the grandchildren and they had a whale of a time. Facilities are spot on, entertainment staff were fantastic not just with the kids but adults too. Staff were very attentive , friendly and polite, went above and beyond to help out in any way they could. Food was excellent and I must say a very big thank you to the chef who showed me round at every meal pointing out which foods where suitable for me to have as I'm coeliac. Overall I can't fault this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants an enjoyable easygoing holiday.

When all inclusive really means just that!
We had a fantastic stay here, it was perfect for us as there was plenty for children to do, good variety of food in the restaurants, good variety and quality of drinks in the bars (the local beer Keo was recommended by the bar staff who were constantly excellent with everyone - great suggestion).
We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed stay in a comfortable, clean and well maintained hotel in a great location. It was well priced and the all inclusive package (not something we normally do) was just the way to go.

We loved our stay at the St Elias and will be back. The property sits at the base of the St Elias Church - we had stunning views at night. It's a short jaunt to many beaches - our favorite was Fig Tree. The staff all went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

We live in Nicosia and travel the island most weekends. From start to finish this was a great hotel and experience. The facilties and food were amazing but by far was the welcoming attitude of the staff who went oyt their way to ensure we had a great time in particular Panayotis the barman. Amazing Resort
We had the best stay at the St Elias Resort. The facilities are amazing, our 1 bed apartment was so spacious and a bonus of a kitchenette area with a fridge was perfect with a child. The food is outstanding, the best all inclusive we have ever stayed at. The themed meals along with a visit to The Meze restaurant meant everyday we looked forward to dining. The location was perfect just a 10 minute walk down to the protarus strip of bars and shops. I can't praise the staff enough they were brilliant so kind and attentive and couldn't do enough for you especially Pal at the pool bar with his excellent cocktail skills not afraid to experiment and make amazing drinks. The entertainment staff were brilliant so easy to get a long with and they provided brilliant entertainment day and night for the kids and adults. I would definetly recommend this place to everyone and hope to go back in the future.
