A wonderfully polished and upscale hotel with amazing views, picturesque and close to all the activities one could wish for in Patagonia. The Moreno wing is definitely the one to stay at given it is more modern. The gym, the spa and the daily activities were great complements for a fully relaxed yet active vacation in this amazingly beautiful part of Argentina.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Period.

Yes, the rooms feel a bit outdated, shower as well, but the hotel has its unique old school luxury vibe. We really enjoyed the heated pool (outdoor + indoor), with a breathtaking view to the lake and the mountains.

The hotel is far from the city center (45 mins), but you get unparalleled silence.

Breakfast was incredible, all fresh, fantastic attentive service and amazing quality.

Our SPA treatment was also one of the best we got, really, really good. Really good.

Staff was welcoming and always with a smile.

We also enjoyed a dinner at the Argentinian restaurant which was very good, even though a bit pricey.

Would 100% recommend and hope to return here someday.

Beautiful property & serene surroundings with excellent service. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet and dinners. Staff at every level were warm, welcoming and helpful. The concierge
( Esteban N.) was very efficient in helping us organize airport transfers, dinner reservations & golfing requests. We plan to return in the future to experience their summer.

One of the greatest views in the world. The activities and services provided by the hotel, were A .The quality of food vs the price, except for the scrumptious breakfast (a real treat), left much to be desired. The Patagonia Restaurant should offer a better selection and can do a lot better (especially if the regular restaurant is closed for special events). Otherwise, the stay was superb and the landscape unbelievable! Would love to return.

The view is stunning, old rooms needing major upgrades, very old fashioned, the bathroom is like an old apartment in NYC, uncomfortable bed, no convenient charging, it basically needs an overhaul. Decent breakfast, but the dinner restaurants are awful and pricey, don’t waste your money.

The hotel is amazing, the place is out of this world, the view from everywhere is incredible. The Staff is nice and warm.
Areas of improvement: The staff is most of the time trying to identify if you are a guest or an intruder, walking out of the property and back is the same thing, stopping you to ask if you are a guest or not. Even having the card key in my hand, they stop you and ask you. When check out they charged you wrongly two expensive dinners, around 600 usd, we claimed and they fromt desk staff removed the charges, somebody charged to our room the dinners, come on! another issue is the guarantee card, if your name is not printed in the card, is not accepted. Anyway, the hotel is beautiful, but sometimes I was asked if I was a guest, I will suggest to have a bangle or some distintive to identify the guests. Also use of the room card to charge expenses to the room.

Our recent stay here was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning natural beauty surrounding the property, the location alone is worth the visit.

The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture and elegance, my room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated.

Service at Llao Llao is exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Speaking of dining, the culinary offerings at Llao Llao are exceptional. Each meal was a delight.

I will definitely recommend to all my friends this hotel and will repeat for sure in the future.

Excellent experience, beautifull scneries around the hotel, the hotel itself is beautiful and being on it makes you be a part of the history of the hotel.
Service overall is great, good food and drinks, the golf course is beautiful and with big scenic holes, the only limitations is that there are not that many electric golf carts and is not an easy golf cours to walk without a caddie.
The pool and spa are on the right temperature depending if you are inside or outside

Don’t know how this is a five star hotel.. You could hear every word the people were saying in the room next to you there were gaps in the doors. My toilet fell off the floor. I could go on and on, but the staff was really really nice.

The only report my husband has ever liked

This place is magical! The views are breathtaking. There’s also a lot to do with walking distance (we survived without a car). The boat tours are right nearby and there are a lot of nice hikes. The hotel also has a marina with kayaks and canoes. The archery class was a lot of fun and it’s the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

This property is absolutely beautiful and it’s location is magnificent! The rooms though need renovation, they are a outdated. The breakfast was excellent. The menu on both of the restaurants are some what limited but good. We did not use the spa, so no comments about that. Overall the place is very good and worth the trip!

Overall, an incredible stay. We had a room in the old wing which frankly are very, very tired and in DESPERATE need of a refresh; however, it was still a great stay - the setting is just fantastic, staff were great, as were the food and drinks + lots of extras included like bikes and kayaks to take out. The spa was great - fantastic massage! And the pool was lovely and warm (indoors and outdoors)

I ordered room service and I had food poison. I was sick for 2 days.

From desk service are rude and arrogant. I travelled with my family, 2 rooms. These 2 rooms were in different floors, I requested from desk if he can accommodate us closer with no success. They mentioned I can write a note to complain for future bookings. Not going back to this Hotel, there a lot of great hotels in the area. I had great expectation when I read reviews, it is a landmark but pack with people, better stay in other hotels in the area.

Not Worth the Cost - In Need of MAJOR Upgrades

This was a very disappointing stay in an otherwise lovely town surrounded by beautiful scenery. This hotel is simply not worth the exorbitant cost compared to other lodging options. The hotel is run down and in need of major upgrades. The decor in the rooms is truly sad, old, dingy, and lacking any charm. I uploaded photos from the room of the old quilted, floral upholstery and the view of the dirt from the nearly underground first-level rooms. The toilet in the room did not flush properly, there was no air conditioning and no coffee maker, and the WIFI was very poor quality that did not allow streaming. The bed sheets and pillows were terrible quality, rough and uncomfortable. The cost of everything at the hotel is absurdly overpriced for Argentina - a glass of wine nearly ten dollars at the blue rate, so twice that in local exchange rates. It was a real disappointment for a place I've heard such great things about, but I think people should know what they are paying for, and this hotel is just not worth its price and needs some very desperate upgrades to match the beauty surrounding it.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful grounds let down by service which isn't fitting of a 5 star hotel. Recently renovated room had broken air conditioning unit and the room servicing wasn't as neat as I would expect. The front door men never greeted us upon arrival not did they offer to help with carrying luggage down the stairs. For the cost of this hotel simple improvements would genuinely make this a 5 star hotel in an incredible location.

Also a suggestion for the hotel to offer a whole property map so that it is obvious that there are lounge chairs by the lake rather than us stumbling across these.

The hotel is a bit run down. No water, towels, coffee upon arrival. Housekeeping apologized after room looked as though it had not been made up from prior guest.
However, the real problem was that the hotels.com reservation price was not adhered to by the hotel and the resort fee and taxes that were to be included in the pricing were not. We paid $100 USD more than the original booking.

I can't believe this hotel Does not have air conditioning in the rooms...the area and hotel are BEAUTIFUL but when you try to sleep with 85 degrees and they offer you a fan! That really SUCKS
Also be aware if you pay cash They will CHARGE you 4% What?

Heaven on Earth. I absolutely loved this resort. The property and views are drop dead gorgeous. I love that the resort has an amazing pool, a private lake, tons of activities and amazing food. It truly was Heaven on Earth for me. I would highly recommend it for couples, families or friends. I promise you will leave happy. There really is no need to leave the resort.

The location of this hotel is amazingly scenic. The decor reminded us of an upscale hunting lodge. Our rooms were on the small side but comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered hot and cold choices and included an omelet station. We enjoyed several spa treatments and agreed the facials and massages were some of the best ever Cristian, the concierge, was extremely helpful and courteous before and during our stay. It was such a pleasure working with him!
However, we did have a confrontation with a staff member at the pool. We approached Estefan and told him that the Jacuzzi was too cold and he responded to us by saying that he didn't understand English. We then had one of our group speak to him in Spanish regarding the temperature of the pool and he responded to her by saying, \"Just get in, it is 38 degrees\". His manner was extremely rude. When his assistant checked the water temperature it registered at 30 degrees and took two hours to warm to 34 degrees. He did not feel it was necessary to apologize to us and if he had done so I would not be writing this comment.

Absolutely amazing hotel, breathtaking location and views. We stayed in the main building, the rooms have a bit of a dated old-school charm but are spotless and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was amazing and we were created every morning with a hostess who was a delight. Our only two hiccups were, on out fourth day when arriving back from a walk we were confronted at the front door by Juan Pablo Questioning if we were gas before we could enter the hotel. We only asked his name as his practice was so strange and we had never before been asked such a question entering previously Especially, since we have already been cast for the past four days at the hotel. The second being that our dinner at the Patagonia restaurant was a bit disappointing. No again the service was impeccable, we found the food a bit bland and underwhelming considering the level of hotel we were staying at.

This hotel has too many rooms for its facilities. Service was very slow and it was impossible to use the spa due to it being overcrowded with families. The spa itself is extremely dated. The main pool is so shallow that it is impossible to swim in it, and there is no steam room or proper relaxation lounge.

Diego Chaile has been a wonderful person at the front desk to deal with throughout our stay at the Llao Llao Resort. He is just so excellent from check-in to checkout. He answered all our questions and speaks excellent English so it is very easy to communicate with him. He is very friendly with a very nice personality.

The Resort was simply a great place to stay during the holidays. So beautiful and the staff all so friendly. Thank you Llao Llao.

O aquecimento da piscina externa nao estava funcionando no dia que fomos ( 2 mai), ficanos somente na interna que tambem nao eatava na temperatura ideal.
Fora isso a estadia foi perfeita, otimo hotel, quarto espaçoso otima vista para o lago.
