Location near Circuito Circo is great — and nice to be a bit away from the busyness of Bariloche. Good restaurants, hikes, Cerro Campanario are all close by! Enjoy! This area is gorgeous!!

After a long travel day from the USA, I arrived at this property. The hotel staff was remarkably hospitable and provided us with just the right amount of information. The property is charming, and the guestroom offers a touch of luxury in Bariloche. I highly recommend upgrading to the suite with the deck. The delightful view and the in-room hot tub/bath tub are a perfect touch after a long day exploring the mountain town.

We did find some hairs on the bed. It happens and we understand. The guy at the desk was quick to take care of the situation and went out of his way to get us into a new room. Absolutely, customer service.

I can’t speak highly enough for this hotel and it’s staff. We booked at the last minute after a debacle with an Airbnb. They were immensely, friendly and accommodating in any request. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. This was an amazing last-minute find I would’ve done better if I had prepared for a year.

Cabins not ok. We were 4 but the kids had to sleep in a couch that’s is not for a bed. Very uncomfortable beds. Place is not more then 3 star “hotel”. Breakfast needs way more improvement. We move cabins because the water heater wasn’t working properly so we had no hot water to shower. Definitely will look another option for same price we can find way better place. Great hotel, staff are friendly, willing to assist and a resouce of information. The room was clean, large and confortable. It isnhspwing a bit its age but nothing to render it less than excellent. The gem is the pool and small gym that overlooks the partialy obstructed view of the lake. The restaurant well breakfast was fresh every morning with a full selection of fruitz, hot eggs, sausage and pastries. Dinner selections are extensive for such a small area.

Stating th as t rooms are with lake view is very misleading. Most rooms have barely any lake view since most of it is covered by trees. We got a lake view room and it had a tiny window through which there was very litlle lake to be seen. 90% of the view was s only trees with about 10% view of lake. To be generous, i would call it \"partial lake view\" at the most.

The stay at Bosque del Nahuel was amazing. Paula and her team provided extremely professional and personal assistance throughout. The view from our room of the lake was truly breathtaking. The dinner we had at the hotel restaurant has been our favourite meal so far. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel during my ski vacation. It was low season and the hotel was not really crowed these days. The local area is nice. It's far away from the city. What I really loved is that there was no traffic jams in direction of the ski resort, while there was much more traffic from the other direction of Bariloche. It took me 25-30 mins to get to the ski resort.
The hotel is nice. The staff is cool. I loved their hot tub, which is really, really hot. The breakfast was poor, but that's probably everywhere like that in this region... Also the gym is not really a gym, but their spa area is nice.

Good small hotel out of town. Hotel restaurant was shut the night I spent there but there was an excellent alternative restaurant within 5 minutes walk up the road. Really nothing else in the area but if all you want is a comfortable place to spend one night, and you have a car (essential), this will do fine.

The hotel is a typical design hotel, very new. The highlight was the receptionist who explained everything very nicely to me and was very helpful. Comfy room, the bathtub was also a whirlpool. As I only was there for one night, I didn't use the spa area, but it looked very nice. Free breakfast was also a nice treat. The restaurant on the top floor looked pretty, however their menu is lacking small plates.

Hotel bem ruim e atendimento péssimo. Banheiro apertado e não arejado, frigobar não gela direito, café da manhã te expulsam dele quando dá o horário. Dentro do quarto, copo para beber água quebrado, fronha de travesseiro menor que o travesseiro, cama com um buraco no meio do colchão (aqueles colchões de casal dividido ao meio, porém mal encaixado, vc afunda no meio). Péssima experiência. Só tem uma vista bonita e nada mais.

O Hotel é lindo e fica bem localizado para quem quer ficar na regiao dos Lagos, fica no início do circuito chico. Nós ficamos nas Cabanas, sao otimas, roupa de cama boas e bem organizada. Excelente para ficar em família, bem completa com utensílios. A entrada da parte das cabanas é separado do predio do hotel, não tem portoes e tem acesso direto a rodovia, achei que poderia ter portoes, ia ser mais seguro. O Cafe da manha é bom, gostoso, mas tem poucas opcoes de frutas e o atendimento é um pouco perdido. O café é terrível, extremamente amargo, com um gosto ruim e servido frio, para um hotel botique acho que deveriam oferecer um café de mais qualidade, um café especial.
