Beautiful location but please note this Parador is some distance away from the nearest village. Extremely quiet, even the other guests did not seem to talk to anyone. The staff did not look at all happy and rarely smiled. We were not allowed to take our drink from the bar into the restaurant which was not a problem in other Paradors.

I picked this hotel because of its remote location in the mountains, it was perfect. Dinner and breakfast both excellent.

The Bielsa parador is in a wonderful peaceful location with many walks available from the hotel. Its public areas, particularly the stunning views from the terrace and guest lounge are wonderful. Food both in the bar and restaurant very good and reasonably priced. On the downside, the bedrooms are small and bathrooms dated. Breakfast service was a hit and miss affair with poor table clearing and top up of buffet on 2 of our 5 mornings.

The parador is in a beautiful mountain valley, with beautiful views of cliffs, waterfalls and river. Numerous hiking trails lead up into spectacular high country.
The parador itself is attractive and comfortable, but service leaves a lot to be desired, especially in the bar and restaurant. And they could do a much better job informing guests about the local hikes.

Elegant mountain lodge typical of the high standards of Paradores. Little difficult to find place but certainly worth the trip.

Beautifully placed Hotel, set amidst spectacular mountain panarama at head of Valle de Pineta. Perfect for walks of varied levels to waterfalls and high plateaus - all within easy reach of hotel. Excellent class of service and overall level of accommodation. Highly recommended for a quiet stay - or for an energetic yomp in the hills.

. We travelled from Madrid to London by car, and this made a good overnight stop - to be honest, I thought that it would be really swanky as it is one of the hellishly expensive Spanish Parador, but it was more like a hikers hostel than a five star hotel. Useful to note that the rooms are easily big enough to accommodate an extra bed so three per room would be ok. Excelent location - stunning position in between waterfall festooned mountains. Road is very good and signposts excellent - . Nice walks from the hotel through forest trails and alongside babbling brooks

Nice location as base for hiking. Unfortunately, staff ignorant about trails. Client left with confusing brochures. Food expensive since restaurant has a captive population. Good breakfast. Overwhelmed waitors. Otherwise, pleasant stay.

We visited during the off season, but were blessed with ideal Fall hiking conditions. The view from our room was breathtaking! The Parador was an excellent value, located, literally, at the end of the road.

The hotel was beautiful, cozy, and well staffed. It was a real mountain get away! Beautiful hiking and scenery within walking distance abounds. We drove just minutes over the French border for a day trip to spa Balnea (wow). The breakfast is a must, our dinner not so much. A very lovely stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent greeting on arrival and very helpful. Room extremely tired and not very clean. Had problems with entering and locking the food.bathrrom very antiquated. Bath had taps and plugs at opposite ends. Door extremely scuffed and needed painting. For the condition of the room this was greatly overpriced but the views and area were wonderful. Parador needed to refurbish ASAP
