Upon arrival up the broken driveway, the exterior of the property seems old and in need of sprucing up. The staff was cordial, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was basic. There are no restaurants within walking distance so you will need to go by car.

Arrived very late due to weather and had to wait for over 5-mins for the staff member to check us in. Not even any acknowledgement or gesture to show sorry for the wait, as they were on the phone and were being rude to the customer on the phone.
Finally checked us in and I asked if it was easier to move the car first or to go through the lobby to unlock the room - we were put on the opposite side of the hotel and you have to unlock the sliding door from the inside to get to the car outside. He said to drive around first, so we did. Drove around and then had to walk fully around the hotel back to the front entrance as all the other doors were locked. After a very stressful and treacherous drive through bad weather, this was just additional misery.
Room was clean at first glance but noticed stains on the bed and the toilet seat plastic was peeling... again not the way it appears to be describe online. It is very dated.
Experience was so awful I slept in my truck and essentially paid to use the bathroom. I wont stay here again and I strongly suggested you choose the other hotel up the road or stay at the truck stop, which I should've done.

The driveway to the hotel is in atrocious condition. Needs to be paved. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds could be more comfortable, but not terrible. Rooms comfortable and good size. Breakfast scrambled eggs had enough salt for the Romans to destroy Carthage a second time. Not the greatest location. You have to drive to get any where.

I thought our stay here was great , from the service from the front desk which helped us change our room because the heater wasn't working very well. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was exceptional as we stayed in a hotel in downtown Montreal during our trip and the breakfast at Days Inn Edmunston was by far way better , offered more and better food quality than a big city hotel. Staff are very friendly and very helpful and polite. Great hotel , recommend to anyone.

The room was in great condition. The man at the front desk - said he was German - was difficult to understand when discussing payment of the room which I thought I had done while booking. When asked to clarify, he spoke even faster and I still couldn’t understand him. His accent was very strong and was hoping he would speak slower. He seemed frustrated with us and kept demanding a credit card which we gave him. We surmised it was for a damage deposit. It made our check in quite stressful which could have been avoided. Otherwise the stay was great except for a dog that barked in the hallway from 630-7am.

Pretty good spot overall. Could use a little more attention to detail. We had a burned out lightbulb. Seems like something that should be checked daily as part of the room change. The toilet didn’t flush very well. Had to hold the handle down the whole time and it was still struggling. Also could have sworn we booked a dog friendly room then we were charged the fee on top of what was quoted. It’s possible that was on me. Maybe I misunderstood when I booked. Again very good overall. Would definitely stay again.

We called the front desk 3 times with no answer. Finally my husband went down to put in the complaint and he asked her do you not answer the phone and she told him she didn’t hear it and that she was eating at the time. He had explained to her what was happening and she did absolutely nothing about it. I thought I was renting a room not a playground! Especially for the price I paid!!

The room was on the ground floor with drive up easy access and great for travelling with animals. Staff in the morning was very helpful and friendly.
