Second time we’ve stayed here. Very nice property. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant in-house and it was very tasty and the service was very friendly and prompt. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel experience. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We ate at the restaurant, and it was quite delicious. I ordered a steak, and my husband ordered a seafood dish. The waitress was very nice, and quite accommodating. She spoke both French, and English fluently. We had no complaints here.

The room was decent but not overly exciting. The front of house staff in the evening when we checked in was okay but the feeling was not really welcoming. The main lobby has a strange layout and it seems kind of dark. Location was good and not very far from the highway.

The staff were helpful and friendly.
Sadly the hotel is rather tired and the area surrounding the hotel not great.
We only had two medium size towels and only one bottle of water.

The convenience of various restaurants was ideal. Very close to most places for a meal.
The main lobby and elevators were bright and welcoming. The hallways were very dim and gloomy...so much so that the sign for the laundry and ice dispenser was completely missed directly beside the elevator on each floor.

This is a very worn hotel. The photos are very misleading. The number of pets in the hotel barking on and off was anything but peaceful.

From the room the phone didn’t work
I went down to the front desk
Then I was shown a diagram of how to work the phone!
Also why not provide the the sign in details at registration?
On check out the person on the desk was inept
Asked why we had the keys for our room and not another room
Couldn’t get the name correct, very confused.
Terrible experience,never go back,extremely overpriced

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower/tub didn't have a slip mat provided or proper slip protection on the surface, which resulted in an uneasy feeling while getting clean. Other than that, I had a great experience as I would expect from a brand line such as Sheraton. The pub attached to the hotel always has delicious food, may it be a hamburger, a piece of salmon, or a curry dish. The bath mat was the only reason for my 4 out of 5 stars.

Save your money and go somewhere else

This hotel is only convenient for a quick overnight stop. I realized, after the fact, that there a much better options in Edmunston.
The hotel is appalling for the price paid (as much as a room in NYC): room is completely outdated, there are strange characters in front of the hotel drinking beer and smoking pot, literally by the main door.
Staff is friendly and efficient. I truly feel for them working in that hotel.

The hotel is ok, it's older and dated and pricey for an older hotel in a small town. We stayed in Florenceville and Levis, Quebec, hotels that were newer and half the price. Location was quiet, bed was ok but terrible pillows, not what we were accustomed from the Marriott.

Everything went great. The place and location were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would just like to point out that the night front desk agent (a gentleman with curly hair and a mustache) seemed a bit confused and disorganized during the check-in process, which made the welcome feel somewhat choppy.

Everything went very quick and smoothly. The gentleman at the desk (Anas) was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint was that there wasn't any conditioner when we went to shower in the morning. Otherwise, it was the nicest hotel bed ever!! My family and I had the best sleep we've ever had at a hotel. Easy checkout in the morning. Highly recommend!!!

If all you need is a bed and a shower, you're set. Beyond that, I'd look elsewhere. Limited parking on a side sloped lot across the street, weak restaurant game, flat pillows, broken fridge in our room (308) and an old band aid stuck to the outside of the armoire(!) speaks to a lacklustre effort overall. Maybe that's why the cleaner wiping the mirrors in the elevator gave us that look when we had the audacity to try and use it.

I was extremely disappointed with this stay. When I booked, I was required to purchase two breakfasts for $30 each. My total bill including breakfasts was about $300. I expected a 4-star Sheraton hotel experience. This is not what I received.

This Sheraton hotel is a competitor to a Quality Inn in my opinion. It should be rated about 2-2.5 stars. When I checked in I was given coupons redeemable for breakfasts worth about $10 each in their restaurant (family type restaurant, not higher end). I did not receive a nice Sheraton-style higher end breakfast buffet. I asked Check-in why I was charged $30 each for the breakfasts. Check-in said it was Expedia who charged this amount. I called Expedia, who called the hotel. In the end, the hotel did not reimburse me for the difference, but Expedia gave me points worth about $50 to compensate me for my troubles. Although I am grateful to Expedia for their efforts, I feel that I was very overcharged for the breakfasts.

I have stayed often in Edmundston and I find the hotels near the highway to offer much better value. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of my stay, relative to what I paid. For $300, one would expect a 4-star \"Sheraton quality\" hotel stay, especially given that this hotel is located in northern New Brunswick.
