Payed but never stayed

I booked to hotel at 7:46pm and was charged full price. I arrived at hotel around 11pm. Nobody was there at the door. After calling I just got an answer in local language that hotel is booked out and they cannot help me. So I called hotel com support to assist me but they could not convince hotel management to even grant a refund. These are just facts, make your own conclusions. Thank you

i was given the warmest welcome imaginable after a trying day. a glass of wine and a bowl of delicious homemade soup, all in the excellent company of my hosts. the room was adorable and comfortable, and although my stay was short, it was restorative and memorable. i highly recommend this lovely place and its charming hosts!

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Mylène et René. Ce sont des personnes vraiment agréables. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Il y avait un ventilateur qui était un plus avec la forte chaleur de la semaine. La literie était confortable.

Couple très gentil, sympathique et avenant avec un petit verre de Coteaux du layon pour nous accueillir. Très bon moment de partage.
Par contre nous regrettons le wc commun sur le palier de l'étage où se trouvent les chambres et surtout la salle de bain commune (celle des propriétaires) qui se trouve au rdc. Obligé de traverser le salon/séjour où est servi le petit déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner est quant à lui très moyen. Café réchauffé au micro-ondes, brioche tranchée du commerce, petits gâteaux sous blister.... rien de fait maison comme c'est habituellement le cas dans toutes les chambres d'hôtes que nous avons faites. Malgré tout, merci à ce couple pour ces bons moments passés ensemble.

Très bien accueilli au-delà de 20 heures à cause du train qui a dû s’arrêter suite à un train qui a percuté un voyageur.
Chambre très propre ainsi que la SDB. Nombreux rangements et matériel pour nettoyer ou repasser du linge. Toilettes communes dans le couloir. Mais bon, j’étais seul lors de ma venue, donc ça ne m’a pas gêné. Sinon, j’aurais peut-être été plus ennuyé !

À la base, c'est hôtes ont était très accueillant, malheureusement en pleine nuit vers 4h du matin je me suis réveillé parce que ça me grattait horriblement, et je suis tombé nez à nez avec une grosse punaise de lit. Les propriétaires ont minimisé mon histoire en disant que ce n'était pas des punaises de lit etc, pourtant le lendemain je suis aller chez un médecin généraliste qui m'a certifié que cela en était.
Il m'a conseillé de porter plainte ce que j'ai fait.
Franchement si les propriétaires avait été un peu plus présent, je n'en serais pas arrivé là.

très bon accueil, chambre très propre et très confortable mais surpris en arrivant car il s'agit en fait d'une maison d'hôtes et non d'un hôtel comme indiqué sur le site. Nous n'avons pas compris les modalités de paiement car nous avions versé un acompte à Hotel.com avec paiement du solde à l'arrivée , or nous avons du payer la totalité du séjour à l'hôte à notre arrivée... La facturation mériterait d'être plus claire. Le site est très calme, facile à stationner, proche du centre ville et de la route principale menant au Puy du Fou.
