Overall a good stay at this premiere classe. Nice, friendly staff and a modern building. Rooms a bit tight and not much choice for eating in the local area if your walking but we would book again.

Impressed by the improvement since we last stayed at a Première Classe. \"Keys\" for doors worked well and simply. Staff excellent. Beds comfortable, WIFI provision excellent. Toilet units very tight and difficult for large people, although there was space for a larger unit. That seems normal these days, they presumably use the smallest possible standard units.

The hotel should have made it clear that we could check in anytime using a kiosk at the carpark gate. We waited till 4.30pm to check in at the office.
Breakfast was very meager, cereals and bread and jam etc, so we asked for our money back rather than having their breakfast.

This is a newer hotel, with slightly larger rooms and bathroom. There is a lift instead of stairs which is very good when we had 2 large and heavy suitcases. The check in was simple and easy. The hotel is close to a large supermarket complex and a great Flunch eatery. It was easy to find even though it's not in the town centre. The receptionist and staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a good overnight stay.

Hotel spotless and staff were most helpful but; as I have already made a complaint about, is the floor surface in the bedroom when leaving the shower cubicle. On stepping out of the cubicle into the bedroom my foot slipped causing me to take the skin off my left leg, badly bruise my foot and tear the ligaments in my right knee.

Hotel Premiere Classe Cholet, France
This is the French equivalent to Premier Inn in the UK. The standard was very similar so we knew what to expect. The rooms were basic but clean. However, there was no shampoo or hair dryer. The worst thing was that they recommended a restaurant at their sister hotel and it was ghastly. Hardly anyone was eating there and we got to find out why! If you go there please do not even try this restaurant!

This was very good value for money. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in.The rooms were small but adequate for a short stay.The bathroom was very compact but had everything you needed.Breakfast was plentiful but nothing savoury provided.The staff were courteous and the receptionist spoke good English. The recommended nearby restaurant was not bad but the steaks were very tough.Overall I would recommend this hotel.

L'hôtel est normal, rien d'exceptionnel. Suffisant pour passer une nuit mais pas plus. Le personnel de la reception tres pro et aimable. Chambre (à peu prés) propres car toiles d'araignée et araignée dans les coins (une horreur pour un arachnophobe). Un conseil munissez vous d'un insecticide. Moi je l'ai fait même si apres avoir expliqué la situation en reception il m’ont dit qu'ils ont des insecticides. Ils m’ont proposé de changer de chambre mais malheureusement, hôtel complet. Après pulverisation compléte de la chambre tout est rentré dans l’ordre. Sufe les toîes dqns les coins.

Extrêmement bruyant, la porte fait énormément de bruit à la fermeture mais aussi à l'ouverture, la musique dans le sas est passée toute la nuit.
Les couloirs sont très bruyant aussi 1ère fois que je suis déçu d'un B&B, du coup je vais éviter au possible.

Hotel is redelijk nieuw, dus alle basiscomfort was voor handen. De kamers waren niet goed gepoetst en helemaal niet proper. De vloer was vuil en zowel rond de ramen, aan het plafond als in de badkamer kropen/vlogen insecten (mieren, kleine vliegjes, muggen). We kwamen laat aan, en zijn heel vroeg terug vertrokken (snelle overnachting tijdens lange autorit), dus konden we hier niets meer ter plaatse over zeggen (receptie was al gesloten, en nog niet open).

La situation de l'hôtel est proche de l'autoroute et donc facile d'accès et sécurisé. L'établissement est propre ainsi que les chambres et les sanitaires. Le personnel de l'accueil est très agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. A recommander !

I cannot really give a full assessment. Normally this hotel has been excellent for our needs for an overnight stop.
However it is currently in the course of serious updating as a B&B Hotel, and one floor is closed for the work in hand.
The new management are now offering simple microwaved meals, but I would not recommend these at present. The casings for the pizzas and apple pie were subbery and chewy, but I would not necessarily take this as the final standard.
Staff were very helpful , and the room quite satisfactory given the current situation.
We will certainly try it again, as the location suits us.
