Propre mais mal pensé

Personnel agréable, hôtel propre. Par contre, une cloison en vitre entre la chambre et la salle de bain ne permet pas une intimité. Un rideau est mis et n’est pas pratique. Les prises sont limitées pour charger ses appareils, et les ports usb\usbc ne sont pas bien placés. Les interrupteurs n’ont plus. La Clim est très bruyante. Dommage, car l’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu, confortable et le personnel est agréable. Bien placé.

Good hotel to stay in!

The service at the Best Western San Benedetto was wonderful. The gals at the front desk were very accommodating.
The proximity to the town square is walking distance, which made it convenient.

The bed is comfortable and the room is very clean.

We would stay here again when we come back to Cholet.

A very pleasant stay

I stayed here for one night whilst travelling on my bike from the south to Cherbourg.
Beautiful little town, parked right outside the hotel with no problems.
Room was clean and tidy with everything you may need.
The breakfast was quite limited in choice but plenty there.
The staff were fantastic as my French is n'est pas tres bon! The young lady on checkout was extremely helpful and spoke better English than me! ;)

Friendly family hotel

Hotel was not where I expected - i.e. on a high street, but the staff were very friendly and the rooms quite unusual but minimalist cool!! Free garage parking on request (bit of a squeeze for large vehicles) which was nice. Bottom line, very good value and would strongly recommend for families.

Hôtel pas très loin du centre ville à pied. Il est assez facile de trouver une place de parking à côté de l'hôtel. Pour se restaurer il suffit de descendre à Cholet ou il y en a pour tout les gout. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant.

Chambre réservée, relouée lors de notre arrivée

Réservation effectuée il y a 3 semaines , confirmée par mail avec numéro de réservation.
Lors de notre arrivée à l hôtel hier à 23 h , la personne a l accueil nous annonce qu elle n a aucune réservation avec mes références… que l’hôtel est complet… Après avoir insister, elle contacte finalement sa responsable. Elle finit par retrouver une trace de notre réservation, nous dit qu elle nous a donné les clés à 18h, ce qui est impossible car nous venions d arriver à Cholet après une longue route… elle va voir directement dans notre chambre réservée … et confirme qu il y a d autres clients dedans!!! On nous propose une chambre avec un lit simple … puis après de longue minutes on nous trouve miraculeusement une chambre double de catégorie inférieure à celle réservée et qui serait disponible … à peine arrivés dans la chambre finalement attribuée , nous nous sommes faits arrosés par le système de climatisation qui se trouve juste au dessus de la porte d entrée … ce qui laisse douter de l entretien de la climatisation.. la chambre était très bruyante… le matin la personne présente était au courant de nos déboires… elle nous a quand même demandé de régler la chambre initialement réservée et qui avait été relouée à d autres clients!!!! Elle a du recontacter la responsable pour valider la facturation de la chambre correspondant à la catégorie qui nous a été attribuée. La gestion de cet hôtel est scandaleusement déplorable ! Un conseil : passez votre chemin !!!

Très déçu de ce séjour
L’hôtel bloque la température des chambres a 19*C. Ma chambre était bien en dessous de cette température et je pense que c’était du à une défaillance de l’appareil. Malgré ma remarque. Ils ne m’ont apporté aucune solution

Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel à deux pas du centre ville ou l'ou trouve de nombreux restaurants. La chambre et la salle d'eau étaient de bonne taille et très bien équipées (grande et confortable literie,....)

Même si ma chambre donnait côté rue je n'ai pas été gêné par la rue.

Un personnel toujours à disposition et avec le sourire.

Jamais eu ce problème chez Best Western!!!

Petite chambre confortable, mais problème, les toilettes dans la SDB avec une porte coulissante qui coulissait avec 2 paires de bras. Nous avons abandonné la fermeture de cette porte. Bonjour l'intimité sur les toilettes!!!!. Porte de douche bruyante.
Une seule serviette de bain.
Réponse de la réception: Soyez heureux d'avoir eu une chambre.!!!!!!!!!
Il ont fait un geste: remboursement du parking (9€)

Réservation d une chambre superieur et règlement par mail,arrivé de nuit a réception de ma clé, je demande si tout est ok ,on me dit oui ,depart le lendemain on me rappel dans la journée en m indiquant que j avais oublié de payé la taxe de sejour.
Arrivé dans la chambre , 2 feuilles de papiers toilettes , par obligation je me rabat sur les mouchoirs en papier enfin sur le seul restant.
Le lendemain , au reveil je m aperçois que sous la table de chevet il y a de la terre seche ,un papillon de boucle d oreille.
Pour un hotel classé 3 étoiles et a 158€ la nuit je trouve ca limite.
A part une bonne literie
Heureusement.la Literie etait confortable,
Et le personnel du matin sympathique.

Plutôt satisfait dans l'ensemble

Séjour à deux après une journée au Puy du Fou
l'hôtel est propre. La chambre aussi et relativement spacieuse. Malgré une vue sur les toilettes depuis la chambre (il y a un rideau néanmoins), la salle de bain était fort agréable et assez grande.
Lit confortable...
Après, mais ça, c'est plutôt général aujourd'hui :( le prix du p'tit déj et du parking privé sont plutôt exorbitants

inquietant une gestion pareille !

ca fait tres peur lorque a votre arrivee on vous annonce que votre paiement affiche 510 euros une nuit,etque la reception ne sait rien faire ni rien modifier...on ne peut dormir tranquille pour sa carte visa qui sera debiteur le lendemain d un si enorme montant injustifie sans explication
