Never ever in my life had a worst hospitality experience than I experienced in this hotel .
No access to TV programs other than News channel and Cartoon Network. I asked if theres any music channel of access to youtube , I was denied by the receptionist.
Went inside washroom for a hot shower, again with a disappointment when water was chilling cold even after leaving the tap on for couple of minutes .
Asked for a housekeeper around 8.30pm in the evening since I accidentally spilled water over the floor, I was astounded to know there was no housekeeper available after 7pm .
Asked for water to make coffee using the Keurig machine , the receptionist asked me to use washroom’s tap water .
The most irritating part was the loud unpleasant noise made by the heat pump that caused me a whole night of discomfort.
This is ridiculous and made me feel worthless of the money that I spent for a relaxing vacation .
Never ever recommend anyone to visit there .

Parking lot is terrible! Apparently there’s one in the back but it hasn’t been plowed. Entrance off of road should be better marked- the sign is past the turn. Rooms were okay but lobby and exterior were very tired. One plus was the beds were very comfortable. Hair dryer didn’t work - the plugs in the bathroom were faulty. Staff was lovely though. You get what you pay for. Would have appreciated if breakfast was included.

Wifi not working, front desk could not make change for the vending machine which had nothing in it but Pepsi. Restaurant nor the lounge were open. Otherwise bed was comfortable and room clean. Okay for the cheap price tag, but if you’re looking for anything beyond a bed and a shower best to look elsewhere.

Clean, friendly staff who were available 24 hours day and night. There was a snowstorm last night and the parking lot was plowed at least 2 times while the storm was still going on. I was able to drive out easily at 6 AM.

Oh boy. I don’t usually bother to leave a review but this place is a dive. Was only here for a night and any longer would have been painful. Tired rooms, nothing positive to note. Also, if you are a fan of shampoo, look elsewhere. 3 bars of soap provided but no shampoo or conditioner. All this for way more than you’d expect to pay.

Everything was out dated and in need of repair/refurb. You could move the floor planks with your feet and was plistered and peeling. The toilet felt like it was going to over flow everytime flushed and needed 2 flushes most times. And the handle had to be held down to get a full flush. All together needs work.

I was placed in a room by a side door where people proped opened and kept coming in and out all night. People were drunk yelling and fighting. I was not comfortable and didn’t get hardly any sleep.

I thought about calling the front desk but I know that would have made matters worse as this was the only room by this door and by the way people were acting I’m sure they would have caused more trouble.

My room was excellent in terms of cleanliness. I had the best sleep ever, as the hotel is very quiet. The TV worked for the first few days and then seemed to get a wee bit cranky with the internet. The hotel is very basic, but fine for the three nights I stayed. The staff are very, very helpful and courteous. It's a very old building, and needs some work, but if they do that and keep their staff, I'd give it a higher rating.

The staff was very sweet the girl that helped with my check in was very sweet and accommodating, however the stay itself wasn’t the best, the hotel has a pool facility that I wanted to utilize while I was there upon being in the pool room for maybe 15 minutes the lights shut off and they could not get them on, they did come back on but the pool closed in roughly 30 minutes after then coming on. As well as the bed in my room was rather uncomfortable. But the room was very clean lots of hot water and was filled with pleasant staff just two minor troubles :)

The beds are so comfortable and the room clean BUT the Internet wouldn't work and would drop the signal as soon as you did get on. Not useful to the business person.
No desk lamp, TV didn't work despite the front desk and maintenance help.
We're back next weekend and hope some of these problems are remedied.

When we walked through the entrance doors, a VERY strong marijauna odour was present. After returning from.supper, it happened again. We were told it was a guest that lived there. He smoked right at the entrance though and guests had to smell the pungent odour. After this was mentioned at the desk, the desk clerk later told us that that particular guest was asked to smoke away from the entrance. We really appreciated that effort on their part.
Upon checking in, the young clerk was quite pleasant. When asked if there were any \"upgrades\" available, she did not know what the word meant! Once settled into the room, the wifi would not work on any of our phones. The desk clerk said they were told that they were working on it. It was not available for any of our 2 and a half day stay. As a result they discounted our bill 15%.
The reservation was booked for 4 people in one room. There were only 2 sets of towels.
Once it was time for bed, we turned down the sheets and found a very dirty bottom sheet, almost like it wasn't changed. The clerk was working alone so brought up a sheet and we had to re-make the bed ourselves.

Our room was not overly clean, there was mold in the fridge, and the beds were not comfortable. You can tell that there was some renovations recently however the paint is peeling in a number of spots and the floor had a number of rough spots. We were disappointed and uncomfortable staying here.
