El hotel tiene que mejorar bastante. Mucho ruido. Escuchas como hablan en las habitaciones de al lado y no tienes intimidad, parece que estas en un hotel de hace 30 años..

El hotel es un poquito antiguo pero ésta reformado casi por completo y es bastante cómodo. El personal del hotel ha sido diligente y atento en todo momento, sobre todo Carlos, con quien tratamos varias veces y nos atendió siempre tomando todo el tiempo que fuera necesario.
Cabe destacar que todo el hotel estaba muy limpio y habían adoptado unas medidas contra el coronavirus excelentes. Nos hemos quedado muy contentos y agradecemos todos los detalles que han tenido con nosotros

Calidad-precio malo. El hotel no correspondía a las fotos que hay en internet, muy viejo, necesita una reforma integral. El personal simpático y el desayuno bueno.

Hotel acogedor, cerca del astillero de Santander, a 10 minutos de la ciudad y 10 minutos de Cabárceno. El resto del personal es inmejorable, familiar y cercano. Se nota que el hotel tiene cierta antigüedad pero está bien cuidado. Lo primero que hicieron cuando llegamos fue darnos la contraseña del WIFI. El desayuno era variado y podías encontrar casi cualquier cosa que normalmente desayunarías en tu casa. Se aparca con facilidad en la puerta. No se escuchan ruidos del exterior pero si a los vecinos de habitación si tienen un tono de voz elevado.
En general le pongo un 8,5 sobre 10 teniendo muy en cuenta la fantástica relación calidad precio.

Sin bidé y mamparas de los platos de duchas deteriorados, dan muy mal aspecto.Los colchones son de muelles y más duros que un leño, nos levantamos con la espalda echa polvo.
