first of all Room is not what i booked，secondly room was so cold，AC is not really working，also very noisy. We left the next day，even though I booked for two nights.
Also we dont have hot water for shower.
the place is so far away from the city.

We had such a lovely experience during our stay in Agerola! From the moment we arrived, Angelo made us feel completely at home. Angelo personally picked us up from Naples Train station and was incredibly flexible with our arrival time — even patiently accommodating all our little requests along the way. He also went above and beyond by driving us to a beautiful local restaurant in town, where we enjoyed an authentic meal we’ll never forget.

Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and had such a cozy, homey feel. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking — we woke up to a stunning sunrise that made us wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Although our time in Agerola / Amalfi was quite short and our schedule was tight, their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay special. You can tell this is a genuine family-run place where guests are treated like friends rather than customers. We’re so grateful for their warmth and generosity — highly recommend staying here if you want a heartfelt, local experience in Agerola!

This property is quite remote but we booked it to do the Walk of the gods. We were picked up by Angelo because we weren’t sure where we were. He couldn’t have done anymore for us!

If you would like peace and quiet, this is your ideal place to stay. This property is nestled in a very remote location with very little services available. The scenery from this location is beautiful and the setting is pure tranquility. That being said, I would not recommend this property if you R doing tours that start in Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, etc.
The drive to the bottom of the mountain, is treacherous and can be very challenging for even the most experienced driver. In many segments of the road, there is only enough room for one car, despite two way traffic. Hair pin turns and fast drivers made the daily trip extremely stressful for us. Driving back to the B & B at night was a horrible experience. This daily commute can take anywhere between 30 and 45 minutes depending on traffic and road conditions. Do not let Vincenzo tell you otherwise. The description of the B & B services states that they speak three languages. The mother, daughter and Father do not speak English. Only the son (Vincenzo) speaks broken English. There were many amenities stated in the description that ads to the establishments rating. Most of them do not exist. The \"bar\" is a counter located in the dining room/reception area. Do not expect any type of bar services. There was NO EVIDENCE of laundry services or laundry devices. The breakfast was kind of creepy. The daughter (and sometimes mother) stands behind the serving counter (the bar) and watches you eat. Several light switches did not work.

Excellent B&B choice

Outstanding hosts and staff in a lovely B&B in a quaint village on the Amalfi Coast. They go above and beyond to welcome you and give helpful tips to make the most of your stay.
Agerola is a small walkable town with plenty dining choices and very accessible to the Path of the Gods hiking trail and the nearby Amalfi Coast towns of Positano, Amalfi, Praiano and Sorrento, but less touristy and busy.

The person in charge was very helpful by letting us check late at night and the staff were very friendly. However it’s important to note that this place is about a 42 minute drive to Amalfi Coast and is in a very isolated area with narrow roads. if you like adventure then this place is for you

VERY REMOTE LOCATION

when i booked this hotel, i didnt realize how far up in the mountains is was located. we tried canceling before checking in but they stated they would still charge us the full stay. they charged us $150 to drive us down to the coast and back since there was no transportation that high up. we thought we were booking a room on the amalfi coast or nearby - this is not the place to stay unless you want to be stuck high up in the mountains far from everything.

The location is so local authentic, view is so amazing , if you lucky you can see incredible sunrise as the room, as it faces east over the mountains. Vincenzo is a very great host. With the help of his family he’s able to share this incredible location with those that choose to stay there. Vehicle would be needed to get in and out of the area but it’s so worth it if you can drive there. The breakfast is so worth getting, all the food is authentic and amazing and so so so fresh. The Amalfi coast is so pictures and full of charms. Valle degli Dei; Vincenzo’s place is worth the drive! We enjoyed an amazing view of Bomerano and Agerola from our large balcony. Breakfast was a wide range of foods from boiled eggs to ham and cheese slices to bruschetta and a variety of sweet pastries. The piazza in Bomerano had several restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Ristorante con Giardino a short distance from the piazza. Parking was free in a large lot or on the street. Nice calm atmosphere compared to bustling and crowded Positano and Amalfi. The spectacular 5 mile Path of the Gods begins at the piazza. Strongly recommend this B & B.

Vincent and his family were the most kind, wonderful hosts. They really do go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable. When we arrived, we got off at the wrong bus stop in the area. Vincent kindly picked us up and drove us to the accommodation. We were so grateful after a very long few days of travel!

Breakfast was delicious and fresh! The family were so kind as to make sure we were fed even when we started our day earlier than the actual breakfast start time. The nearest town/square is only within 10mins walking. A variety of transportation and other services were offered, which was super helpful. Must check out Vincent’s market - we had the best ham ever!

If we ever come back to the Amalfi Coast, would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Valle Degli Dei. Vince and his parents were extremely helpful and even gave us a lift from the bus stop to the accommodation and when we checked out. Angelo picked us up and even gave us a little tour of the area and showed us stop off points for scenic pictures. The room was clean, bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was decent. There was also daily housekeeping. It’s a 20 minute walk down via steps to the town centre which wasn’t too bad but the walk back up in the heat was quite challenging. Would definitely stay here again. Grazie mille!

Vincenzo and his family are very kind and friendly. He sent information about how to come to the bus stop in Agerola and he picked me up to his place. It was raining very heavily on that day. It is a little up the hill from the main section of town but if you’re prepared to do a little bit of walking, it’s totally worth it. The property is located about a couple of kilometers from the city center with spectacular views.

Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

The best part was the hospitality of our hosts. Since we didn’t have a car, the family was more than happy to give us rides back and forth without which we would have had a hard time getting to our room without a car.

Bomeranos Hidden Gem!!

Angelo was amazing, super nice guy and a great “life story”. Having been in Rome and Napoli before, Angelo’s place and Bomerano were a very pleasant change to the chaotic cities, clean, quiet and quaint!! The perfect spot to stay and hike the “Path of the Gods” which starts right down the hill in Bomerano.

Anyone that stays with Angelo should consider themselves lucky. The countryside is amazing and some epic views.

Super Friendly, like staying at your grandpa's

The best thing about Valle degli Dei are the owners, kind of a combination of the grandparents anyone wishes he had with a super friendly and comfortable approach. Loved the view from the room, there is no AC but you really don't need it as the air is so fresh and they have insect nets so you can leave the balcony door open. Location is great if you have a car to travel around and public transport leaves every hour to the amazing coast cities that are a 30-50 min drive away.

Charming and delightful! Angelo & \"Mama\" made us feel right at home. The room was large, with a beautiful balcony offering panoramic views. And the breakfast!!!! Amazing, homemade, and gracious. Easy drive to both Positano and Amalfi (don't miss the easily overlooked Atrani...darling!).

The view is amazing. The access road is quite narrow so come in a small car. This place is great if you like hiking as the best local hikes start right around the corner. Be aware you’ll need about 20-30 minutes to walk into the town to grab dinner.

Fantastic B&B with incredible views. Located in the hills overlooking Bomerano, the B&B is about a 10 min walk downhill (uphill is about 20 mins), or 5 min drive, from the town center where you can find a number of restaurants and shops.

Vincenzo was a fantastic host and provided wonderfully hospitality and information about the area. Ideally located for those on a hiking holiday as there are many routes located in the area and you are also close to the start to the Path of The Gods route (a must do).

Rooms were clean and the price when we went was excellent value for money.

Vincenzo was so excellent in helping us the day we arrived in Naples. He sent a message early in the morning asking us how we planned to get there, and let us know he could come pick us up (for a very reasonable fee). We agreed to the pick up and he drove us all the way to his B B. The view of the B B is wonderful since it is pretty high up in the mountains. It is accessible to the town square and the busses to Amalfi. Vincenzo made sure we had the directions for everywhere we wanted to go, provided us a map, as well as his phone number. We also tried his family’s pizzeria in town which was amazing! Highly recommend!

Vicenzo Mascola was a great host and easy to communicate with. He was was kind of enough to drive us to the starting point of the Path of Gods hike when we were running late on our arrival day and also drove us to the Naples airport (at an extra cost) on the day we left. He was very kind and we enjoyed the lovely view of Agerola from our room. Definitely check out his family restaurant, the Mascolo Pizzeria. We LOVED the pizza here and ate at this restaurant four times.

Wonderful b&b, we loved our stay! Great views from the room, wonderful service, delicious breakfast from their own garden! Room has a mini fridge with water, beer, wine and snacks (prices as in the store). Please be aware that it takes good 30 min to drive from Amalfi and roads are difficult to drive. Instead you can catch a bus from Amalfi for 2 euro. Also, famous trails start from town of Bomerano which is 5 min drive from the hotel. This hotel is best for quiet relaxing time and convinient for hiking around Agerola. If you want to stay near Amalfi, this hotel might be a little to far, as you will need to wait for a bus, plus 30-50 min bus ride in the morning and at night. While we LOVED this hotel and our stay there we were a little tired to commute every day back and force to Amalfi.

The kindest warm , hearted, loving people. Its a family run business. In a village located above the amalfi coast..called Agerola. Vincent was the sweetest most helpful host ever. He drove us around to show us the area..he drove us to his family restaurant which was so amazing...(his father made us heart shaped pizzas)
He even picked me and my friend up from a location 20 min away from the B N B.. (It was late at night...12 Am and we got lost) he was kind enough to leave his friends birthday party to come pick us up. We miss all the lovely people of this little village. And honestly hes the 1 person I think of when i think about my trip to Italy.

Our stay was in the beautiful Agerola country side with a view of the mountains and Amalfi coastline from our balcony. We were located within a short walking distance from the breathtaking Path of The Gods hiking trail. The owner Vincenzo, showed a passion for his work. He treated us like family by personally picking us up from the train station (for a surcharge), driving us along the Amalfi Coast and to or from other activities, helping plan our itinerary, He provided a home-cooked breakfast and a fully stocked mini bar in the room. The room was clean and exactly as pictured.

We stayed in Agerola for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. Vincent was extremely helpful and genuine, and he helped us with every single thing.
We’d highly recommend this place to everyone. Also, Vincent has its own restaurant in Agerola that serves amazing Italian food. Make sure to give it a try.

Had such a great stay at Valle degli Dei . Vincento was very nice and welcoming and waited for us for our late arrival. Breakfast was really good, rooms were clean and good wifi in the rooms. The balcony views were breathtaking. The host was very helpful. He gave us a ride to the town center and answered all our questions. Their family pizza restaurant is so good you must try it! The hotel is up on the mountains and if you do walk from the town center to the hotel theres clear signs on the path to take, but there are many stairs so you may get a little leg workout in. Its in a quiet location and the views are worth it. They made our trip to Amalfi so easy and relaxing, would absolutely go back.

Authentic Italy. Off the beaten path with ample charm and a fabulous view. Be prepared to walk, as there is a short hike to town, but it's glorious and a feast for the eyes. And there are hiking trails all over the area. It was everything we could have hoped for. The owner/host will do all in his power to make your stay enjoyable. He even drove his own car leading us in our rental car to the main highway in the wee hours of the morning because we were afraid to drive in the dark. We loved our visit to Agerola. We hope to return and stay at Valle degli Dei again!

Peaceful and amazing views

Amzing stay right in the lap of nature with soothing peaceful sound of birds chirping throughout the day. A peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of touristists thronging the amalfi coast. We would highly recommend this accommodation. It is clean, comfortable and quiet in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view of the valley and sea from the balcony. It is ideally located for hiking the Valle Degli Dei path.The owners' son went out of his way to help and provided a tasty breakfast, including vegetarian options on request. We also enjoyed the pizza from the nearby family restaurant.

Vincenzo is an excellent host. He takes care of all details and his breakfasts are awesome providing a variety of different options every day, Italian style. Rooms in his B&B have an stunning view and a great option for those that like to hike and enjoy nature, once arriving there. If you do not like to walk everyday, though, still can use your car, experiencing the challenging but rewarding driving experience. We will definitely recommend Vicenzo's place to friends and everybody else willing to come to the Amalfi area and taste the real local Italian experience.

Nothing but rave reviews!!!

This Bed & Breakfast was a true gem!!! We specifically chose this B&B for its location; Path of Gods hike, Amalfi and Positano. The actual trek between Bomerano bus stop and the B&B wasn’t bad. There is about a 10 minute walk through streets and another 10 minutes using stairs. Vincenzo and his brother are very accommodating picking us up and dropping us off whenever needed so we didn’t always have to hike.

The room had a beautiful private terrace with amazing views. There was no AC but no issues with TV, Wifi and our room was kept clean every day. Great water pressure in the shower too.

I have to emphasize that Vincenzo offers significantly more than your standard continental breakfast: the spread was unbelievable and all home-made!!! We were able to enjoy local fare and all the vegetables were straight from Vincenzo’s garden right on the B&B property.

The only downfall: so many local dogs in the neighborhood. They can often be heard howling and barking throughout the night.

Vincenzo’s father owns/operates a local restaurant in Bomerano and we would definitely recommend it. When the place is packed with locals you know it’s the place to be. His father and brother were so friendly and the food was mouth-watering.

I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone who is looking for a bit of local Agerola flavor. The location, the food, the host….we have nothing but praise and great memories!! Thank you Vincenzo and keep up the great work!!

Overbooked

After a long trip up the windy mountains, we come to find out that they had overbooked. We were here for the view and the place he offered as a substitute had no view at all and no AC. He said he would refund us, but as far as I can see, no refund was made.

Our forever Italian home

From check in to check out, everything about staying here went smoothly. Vincenzo is a generous host that helped us plan our days. His family owns a local pizzeria which had the best pizza in all of Italy (we explored Italy for 12 days). We recommend renting a car to navigate Amalfi region. Agerola has gorgeous balcony views and an authentic \"homey\" culture. We will come back again... we will also miss our morning breakfast!!! Thank you Vincenzo and family.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war über mehrere Nächte hinweg extrem kalt, da die Heizung trotz mehrfacher Bitte nur zeitweise eingeschaltet wurde. Zusätzlich fiel einmal der Strom aus und am letzten Morgen gab es kein warmes Wasser.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch fand es in einem sehr dunklen und wenig einladenden Raum statt. Der Service wurde von den Eltern des Besitzers übernommen, eine Verständigung auf Englisch war nicht möglich und der Kaffee war von sehr schlechter Qualität.

Die Zimmer sind kleiner und dunkler als auf der Website dargestellt. Der Balkon ist nur für zwei Personen möbliert, obwohl das Zimmer für mehr Gäste ausgelegt ist. Zudem wird er durch das Dach des unteren Stockwerks stark geblendet, sodass es morgens nicht möglich ist, dort in der Sonne zu sitzen.

Insgesamt kein guter Eindruck, und nach über 20 Jahren weltweiter Reisen war dies – auch menschlich im Umgang durch den Besitzer – einer der enttäuschendsten Aufenthalte.

I proprietari sono persone estremamente gentili e cordiali, al ns arrivo ci hanno dato diverse indicazioni sui trekking e percorsi da fare nella bellissima Valle degli Dei, informazioni su ristoranti nella zona, sui parcheggi e anche informazioni generali sul luogo. Il B&B domina la valle e dal vicino belvedere, indicato sempre dai proprietari, c'è una vista strepitosa sulla penisola sorrentina, Capri e si vedono anche Procida ed Ischia. Pulizia eccellente e colazione ricca e molto gustosa. Ci torneremo con amici! Grazie ad Angelo e alla sua famiglia.
