I had tons of questions regarding traveling to Italy for the first time and the staffs of Casa Angelina has helped me tremendously during this trip. Everything was down to the detail. Housekeeping made our bed every day and night. They kept our room tidy like our mother!! They even went the extra miles to organize our cables, give us nighttime chocolate and eye masks. I felt extremely special during my stay here with my fiancé. The views and breakfast here was also another highlight. They even had a pool and gym that was never crowded and you felt intimate at all time. Best hotel ever.

If you are lucky to stay at Casa Angelina -- you are lucky enough! This hotel is undeniably incredible. We were so thrilled with our stay at Casa Angelina in all aspects. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone staying in the Amalfi Coast region as it has the best view and the best location away from touristy Positano with all the privacy. The staff at Casa Angelina really make this property shine. We went through the unfortunate circumstance of losing my luggage during our travel to Naples, and the staff worked tirelessly to make sure it was returned with every ounce of their capacity. The breakfast is something truly spectacular with the spread that is offered each morning with a picture postcard view. The option to add truffles to your plate each morning is something more than a treat. We cannot say enough good things about Casa Angelina. It was truly magical and will be such an unforgettable time in our lives. We are already planning our return trip --- which we cannot wait! Much love to all at Casa Angelina.

Amazing location on the cliffs of Praiano. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to Positano every hour either an Audi A8 or Merc Van which is very convenient. Bright white modern hotel with breathtaking views which is spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the hotel’s overall atmosphere is a little uptight. The individual staff were all professional and courteous however it appeared the staff constantly had management breathing down their neck. The experience would be greatly enhanced if everyone could just chill.

Beautiful Hotel - but somehow falls short
I really wanted to like, no actually \"love\", my stay at Casa Angelina. It is a beautifully built hotel on the side of the cliffs of the Amalfi coast with gorgeous views, cutting edge amnesties and top notch food. So, why give less than stellar reviews? Had we just stayed at this one hotel during our stay in the area, I think we may have. But we didn't...we stayed at three different hotels in the area (albeit in different towns). So here it goes: First, the rooms at this hotel were significantly smaller than the others. The terrace, bedroom and even the bathroom were all smaller. I think that it's size made it less appealing to the just stay and \"enjoy\" the room as we had in the other hotels. In this hotel, it was merely a place to sleep and rest a bit. Secondly, there were a free shuttle to Positano, but it's drop off point is about at 15 minute walk from the main shopping areas of the town. The other hotel we stayed at also had a free shuttle to Positano, but it dropped us off in the town center. Third, apparently the hotel has a very nice restaurant, but it is the only one on the property and requires a dress code. Because, we weren't told this ahead of time we had to got into town, which puts us back to the second issue. Fourth, it felt like a business hotel in a metropolitan city - it was professionally, but a bit cold.Since it is the most expensive hotel we stayed at (by a long shot), and our least favorite, I don't think we'll be back.

Casa Angelina was the most wonderful hotel. The facilities were exception and the staff went above and beyond to meet our every need. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful scenery of the Amalfi Coast. The breakfast was plentiful and served on a beautiful terrace. The staff helped us book reservations at a local restaurant that was phenomenal (local food at reasonable prices) and arranged our transfer to our next hotel (via a car service and water taxi). We would highly recommend -- you will not regret it!

Beautiful hotel with great service. The view from the room was amazing, the hotel is located in quiet Praiano so we had the view of Positano from our balcony and the breakfast area. A big plus is having a free shuttle to and from Positano so you can enjoy the incredible views and quiet of Praiano but still have easy access to Positano for restaurants and ferry. The rooms and hotel are kept perfectly clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Casa Angelina provides a 5-star experience tucked away along the beautiful coast of Italy. It is located in Praiano, a charming town without any of the hustle and bustle of common tourist areas. The hotel is very bright with numerous windows outlooking the sea. The included breakfast is prepared by excellent chefs with fresh, local, and colorful food ingredients. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely accommodating. I would recommend this place as the best place to stay if traveling in the area.

By far one of the best hotels in Italy. Very attentive and friendly staff & amazing amalfi coast views from every vantage point. The property is also a rare find in the Amalfi Coast as it modern Italian luxury with the white-wash decor, rather than the dated 'old italian' style hotels that are most common in this region. Also, the location being in the city of Praiano was not an issue as there is a frequent complimentary shuttle to/from Positano. The hotel and the rooms are emaculately clean, and the workout and pool facilities are superb. The roof top restaurant served amazing breakfast and transformed into the most elegant five star dining venue for dinner. Staying at this hotel was the most relaxing part of our journey throughout Italy. Thank you Casa Angelina! I'm sure I'll return.

This was an amazing hotel. The staff was excellent and helpful. They made excellent reservations and arranged trips to Pompeii and Capri. My only criticism was the staff could have been more helpful on details of how to get to places and where things were located. Their beach club was truly amazing and beautiful!

We chose Casa Angelina to celebrate our Silver wedding anniversary. It was the most beautiful, elegant and tranquil place we have ever stayed in. We loved the clean white decor and unique pieces of art all around the hotel. The view from the bar terrace is absolutely amazing, you can see the Faraglioni of Capri as well as a fantastic vista of Positano and the surrounding area. The staff were all excellent, from the reception staff to the bar staff to the porters, waiters, everyone. They made our anniversary very special with a cake and champagne etc. I can't fault it, it was lovely. We will be back for the next special occasion.

Finally a hotel deserving of its five star rating! This hotel is exceptional! We have stayed at many hotels around the world and Casa Angelina has been our favourite by far. All of the staff is so pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant was the best service and food we have ever received. During your meal they offer a delicious arrange of bread, and the butter and olive oil is to die for. We mentioned how much we loved the olive oil that upon checking out they presented us with their olive oil as a gift - just one example of how the hotel staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable! The food is really no more expensive than other options and well worth every penny. After trying nearby local cuisine you will quickly regret going elsewhere. In fact, after struggling through a horrendous inedible three courses nearby, which is rated well on trip advisor, we came back to the hotel to satisfy our hunger with another two courses! At the end of the meal they bring out a chocolate spread to all the guests. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious! The rooms are spacious, clean and are tastefully decorated. The outdoor pool is not heated but still nice in the warm weather. They have a fabulous indoor heated pool and sauna as well. My husband's favourite part of this hotel was the cigar room. The hotel owner offers cigars from his own private selection - fantastic Cubans! Wifi is great. The hotel also offers free access to the beach club below. 5 star!!!!!!!

Wow....this place was so elegant, magical and amazing! We got engaged down near the beach club at the hotel while we were there and it was beautiful. The service was impeccable- warm, friendly and first class. We truly felt that we were at a private resort because it was so intimate. We will definitely be back!!! We stayed in room 209 which was so romantic and special and very private. I suggest taking a boat tour to Capri with Franco (on the Madame) he was the best! Best hotel I have stayed at on Vacation!

The staff exceeded my expectations...the best I have experienced in any 5-Star hotel, from the call prior to my trip to their attentiveness to my needs while on-site. While the hotel is perfect for a romantic getway, it is still accommodating for a single traveler. It's view overlooking the waters toward Capri and proximity to Path of the Gods and other activites provides an ideal location to relax. I would also recommend having at least one dinner in their restaurant. I will certainly be returning.

Bed was a little uncomfortable for both my wife and I. Lots of tossing and turning and waking up during the night with niggling back aches. The bed in premier inn is a little better. Being from England, I was a little disappointed no kettle in the room. The restaurant is lovely, on the top floor. Has a lovely outside dining area too...great for when it's warm, especially at night, for dinner...so romantic. The food was great!!! Worth every euro! The service was great, the food came out quick, and the thing we loved the most was when we were given little tasters of dishes with compliments from the chef! We both had a massage and that was good too! Although, there is only one massage room, so you'll never be able to have a massage at the same time as your partner.
Overall, a great holiday, a great hotel and definitely one that i would book again and refer my friends/family to.

There is no signage for the hotel and the access driveway is hairy to say the least. Once there, ditch the car. Restaurant on site is expensive and short on choice. Eat at the hotel next door for good food, extensive menu and reasonable prices. Access to the sea is by a couple of hundred steps and no beach.
