Great hotel for a one night stay. Unfortunately, The room was cold and it took very very long to get hot water in the shower. The water glasses had not been changed, and because they were stacked, mould had formed between the glasses.

Comfortable business trip

Regular customer at this hotel but still appreciate the welcoming staff and the additional touch of a welcome back note and some treats for my first stay in the new year!
Accommodating staff provided excellent.
Meals and a comfortable room and bed 😊
The standard rooms are a tad small but perfectly fine for a short business trip would advise the bigger room/suite if you were staying longer.

Great room - refurbished and so modern comfortable contemporary room. Restaurant was good, Friendly staff in reception, restaurant and throughout the hotel. Liked the fact that I advised of a broken light bulb and this was fixed in a timely manner.

Basic room facilities, nice staff

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip. The rooms condition and public spaces are very basic, seem tired and require refurbishment. It lacks noise insulation between the rooms/corridors etc. I experienced difficulties sleeping for both nights I stayed there.
The restaurant and food served are good. Breakfast is ok as well.

Nice staff make all the difference

Spent 4 nights at city. Excellent staff in reception, bar, restaurant and breakfast. Breakfast food selection very good. Restaurant pleasant and ok menu. Room clean, with balcony (pleasant in warm weather(April 2018=29 deg!!)
Not greatest surroundings, but for urban hotel this place is recommended, and we will be back!

Friendly staff in a city hotel

Hotel was close to a busy road and a residential area. So was noisy. Room was compact but it did have a balcony which was nice to have the extra ventilation as it was a warm day and night. The facilities in the bathroom were well appointed. On arrival the free water and cucumber drink was a nice touch. The reception staff upon check-out and the restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner were particularly welcoming and friendly. Staff also handled my instructions about invoicing efficiently

Come far diventare negativo un albergo buono

Tralasciando il servizio che è quanto meno disattento in tutto il nostro viaggio tra Francia, Belgio e Olanda, c'è un aspetto particolare che riguarda questo albergo: la puzza dei cuscini che invade anche la stanza.
Ci è capitato altre volte, non spesso fortunatamente ed infatti ci portiamo le nostre federe e le riempiamo con gli asciugamani, ma non è certo una soluzione da hotel 4 stelle.
Forse i responsabili e gli operatori hanno problemi di olfatto e forse anche molti clienti, ma è una cosa inaccettabile. Dormire sulla puzza di chi ha dormito in precedenza è un'esperienza che lasciamo volentieri ai responsabili della gestione di questo albergo dove non torneremo e che sconsigliamo vivamente.

Bonjour,
Nous avons réservé deux nuits dans cet hôtel.
Le prix était de deux cent trois euros la nuitée.
Personnel globalement avenant.
Chambre avec prestations limitées, canapé complètement râpé, pas de miroir, pas de patères. Kitchenette avec quelques couverts, verres, assiettes sans aucune cohérence.
Le lendemain, chambre semi-refaite, lit non fait, un jeu de serviettes pour deux personnes, etc.
Petit-déjeuner minimaliste, arrivé à 8h30' plus rien à manger, plus d'œufs, plus de confiture, bacon archi cuit, etc.
Prestations sincèrement décevantes.
Payer un tel prix pour ce résultat nest pas admissible.
Merci de nous laisser nous exprimer.

Vriendelijke receptie, kamer schoon en netjes. Het pand is wat verouderd en mag een like verf hebben maar de kamers zijn prima. Het restaurant is prijzig voor wat je krijgt en personeel daar maakt onderscheid tussen tafels met meer personen en tafels waar iemand alleen zit. Dame is niet heel vriendelijk.

Opmerking gemaakt over klemmende kamerdeur, schoonmaak personeel had 'm zelfs open laten staan. Bij uitcheck 10 minuten geen receptionist(e) te bekennen. Lof voor de ene dame die 's avonds de hele eetzaal plus de bar moest bedienen en die 's ochtend weer vrolijk paraat was.

Ik vond het jammer dat ik niet vanuit mijn bed tv kon kijken, maar dit in de aanliggende ruimte moest doen op de bank. Wel heel prettig dat er een toilet in een aparte ruimte van de douche was prettig. Het hebben van een balkon is ook fijn. De omgeving van het hotel is erg saai in een woonwijk. Ontbijt goed en koffie ook.

Booked a room, but on advice I paid extra for a larger studio as my partner sits in a wheelchair.
Indeed studio was larger, but the point was that bathroom was absolutely not accessable with the wheelchair. Had to wash my wife outside the bathroom.

Voor een kort verblijf van 1 of 2 nachten een prima hotel.
Alles is netjes en schoon, kamers zijn simpel maar wel van de nodige gemakken voorzien. Het hotel is wel wat rumoerig en ligt ook midden in een woonwijk. Duidelijk dat dit een voormalige flat is geweest. Restaurant dat bij het hotel ligt kun je prima wat eten, maar verwacht niks speciaals.

Sehr sauberes, ordentlich geführtes Hotel! Sonderservive war die Zuteilung des Hotel Busparkplatzes für meinen LKW/Anhänger, nachdem mich die Polizei vom ursprünglichen Standort verjagt hatte! Empfehlenswertes Restaurant und reichhaltiges Frühstück!

Großes modernes Hotel, freundlicher Empfang, geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Leider habe ich von den Nachbarn recht viel gehört, auch nachts noch Fernsehgeräte etc., aber dafür kann \"das Hotel\" nichts. Freundlicher Service beim Frühstück.
