Car parking not near hotel but in side road quite a walk away
Breakfast choice very limited within half hour of opening due to “group of cyclists eating it all” according to receptionist
Wifi did not work at all “because i have i phone” according to receptionist
Only 1 tea bag, 1 coffee and no milk in room
Our key card stopped working so we had to wait outside (reception not open out off hours) from 11.30 pm until 12.15 am for someone to come and let us in
Hotel could do with new carpet in room and general clean and update
Would not recommend

Sultry reception and very limited parking which they tried to talk me out of using and didn’t offer to help carry a load of bags I had. Bathroom clean but faulty lighting. Carpet grubby and dusty. It was in a good location though and gloriously quiet during the night. Comfortable bed.

De kamer / bed was zeer goed .ook het ontbijt was zeer goed....toch wat min puntjes, de douche heeft wat zwarte vlekken ( bacterie) moest zelf om handdoeken vragen deze waren bij aankomst niet op de kamer.
Bij het ontbijt moesten wij ook om normale (afbak) broodjes vragen en boter ,cake en andere zoetigheid was ruim aanwezig ( voor ontbijt? ) eieren ontbraken ook , maar ontbijt is ok ..

Séjour globalement insatisfaisant, tant sur la qualité de la chambre que sur la gestion de la réclamation.

La suite familiale présentait une odeur marquée de cigarette (rideaux imprégnés), ce qui est inacceptable, en particulier pour une personne asthmatique. La nuit a également été perturbée par des nuisances sonores extérieures et une isolation phonique insuffisante.

Nous n’avons pas pu faire de retour immédiat, ayant quitté l’établissement à 6h du matin sans personnel présent à la réception. La réclamation a donc été faite après le séjour.

La réponse apportée a consisté à refuser tout geste commercial au motif de l’absence de signalement sur place, sans prise en compte des désagréments subis.

Une approche peu commerciale et décevante, qui ne correspond pas aux standards attendus.

Na het lezen van de uitmuntende recencies van andere reizigers waren we heel enthousiast om zelf te vertrekken.
Eens aangekomen in het hotel lachte de receptionist ons uit met onze kamerkeuze. (Bleek dat de foto’s op het zoekertje niet overeen kwamen met de kamer in werkelijkheid). Mits bijbetaling kregen we een grotere kamer. De kamer was afgeleefd (gaten in muren, vliegen op de kamer, muffe geur,…). Ook het ontbijt vonden we tegenvallen. Afbakbroodjes, industrieel brood en weinig keuze. De eieren en het spek waren al op voor we kwamen ontbijten en werd niet meer aangevuld.
Onze laatste nacht was er veel lawaai (kloppen, boren, zagen) op de kamer over ons. Dit op een zondag om 21u ‘‘s avonds. Na het bellen van de receptie werd dit probleem vrij snel verholpen.
Voor ons geen 3 sterren waard.

Petit bémol, pas de chauffage, ni dans la chambre, ni dans la sdb...le lavabo était bouché et la bouilloire cassée, donc elle a fuit...sinon, correct vu le prix.
(Il y avait des couvertures supplémentaires, nous n'avons pas eu froid).

Il n'y avait plus de badge pour votre parking privé,
Vieux tapis plein de taches,
Bain spa : impossible de fermer le bouchon,
Pas de Chauffage dans la sdb,
Boîte de kleenex vide,
Bas de lit vieux/sale,
Un coup de neuf ne serait pas du luxe.
La TV : il faut sortir du lit et aller tout près de la TV pour l'allumer et pour changer de poste...
Le réceptionniste ne savait répondre à aucune de nos questions.
Le prix du petit-déjeuner devrait être mentionné sur le site.
Dommage, parce que la chambre a un bel espace et est joliment décorée.

Centrum van Givet, van buiten ziet het er oud uit maar de kamers zijn comfortabel.Aan de overkant is een dependance met meer kamers. Het ontbijtbuffet is geweldig.Er is geen tijd genoeg om alles te proeven.
