Coral Sands is located on Harbour Island, which is 50 miles east of Nassau, in the Bahamas. It is located amidst eight tropical acres on world renowned three mile pink coral sand beach, adjacent to historic Dunmore Town on Harbour Island.

immaculate property with friendly efficient staff. stayed in a newly renovated briland room which was beautiful. food was delicious (although the continental breakfast is a bit sparse). beach is incredible. so wide and soft like baby powder and you can walk forever on beach or in water which is shallow and clean. there is a little putting green, tennis and pickleball, gym with sauna and ice plunge. wish they had a spa. a wonderful place.

Our stay at Coral Sands was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely view of the pool and the beach. The tropical drinks were delicious. They have a new workout area with a sauna. They have tennis and pickleball courts. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The sand has a hint of coral color and the water is aqua and refreshing!

This is a beautiful hotel and it’s right on the beach, and the beach is exquisite. It’s very easy to walk or use a golf cart to explore the rest of the island, and it seems very safe. The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. I want to go back soon!

The property is beautiful. The beach is beautiful although it’s the Atlantic Ocean and not the Caribbean Sea. The employees were extremely nice and provided excellent service. One of the managers, named James was very welcoming and went above and beyond to provide us excellent service. I did not meet not one employee who was not friendly and overall great. Every time we reach out to any employee, we received an immediate response. The only negative I have is one of the meals (the orange roughy on the dinner menu) at the restaurant was not that good at all and was just warm when it arrived. However, the pizza at the restaurant was excellent. Overall, our stay was excellent!

First time in Harbour Island. Our bungalow room was unexpectedly spacious. The food was delicious! Service was a little slow but we figured we were on island time. Beach was beautiful and facilities well kept! Don’t be shocked with the prices. Everywhere we went was pricey!! Can snorkel right off the beach north and south end of the beach. Hotel had free equipment for snorkeling.

The Hotel itself is very nice. It's been renovated and has a nice tropical feel. It isn't very ADA friendly, but most of the island is not.
Our room (18) was nice inside, but our balcony had multiple steps down and was located right by the kitchen vent, so the smell of food was unpleasant and constant. I was unable to sit outside during this trip. Rooms 17 & 18 are definitely impacted by this, so make sure you are not assigned these rooms if this would bother you. We arrived late at night and was unaware until the next day.
Our room was not cleaned the second day, but towels were refreshed at nightly turn down.
The beach access and amenities were nice and the beach itself is fabulous.

We stayed at this property four years ago and the experience was completely different. Sadly, we returned and the service was disappointing. Hot water was turned off while I was in the middle of my shower without notice and did not come back for a while. We lost our dinner reservations because of this. Service was terrible. Food is not ok. We will not be coming back to this hotel.

The hotel has very nice grounds, spacious luxury rooms and direct beach access, which is what sets it apart. Considering how overpriced is absolutely everything on the island, the hotel is on par with the rest, especially related to food and beverages.
However, for the price, expected luxury and grounds, the service especially around the pool and on the beach is poor, 1 or 2 people short (hard to get towels, drinks, umbrellas).

We had a fabulous stay at Coral Sands Hotel in Harbour Island. The staff was wonderful and this place is just paradise here on earth. I would recommend this hotel for couples or families but be prepared to spend a bit of money while you are here.

Nice Place - but don't get a garden bungalow.
We checked out most of the resorts on Harbor Island. I would rank this second to The Dunmore. It is clean, updated and comfortable. The service was a little slow at breakfast, but overall was very good. My biggest issue with this hotel is that their Garden Rooms face the bungalow in front of you, so you have to close your drapes all of the time or people can see right inside your room. So the room is always dark. There are no other windows for light.

lovely place with a lot of character & beautiful loca right on pink sands beach! the staff couldnt be more wonderful & helpful. i was disappointed about them not cleaning up the beach better after the guests trash each evening, there not being any towels poolside, & each am & pm in the towel house on the beach was out as well. bit pricey but you are paying for the wonderful loca!

Absolutely loved my stay at the Coral Sands. I stayed at the Dunmore and Coral Sands and can say I honestly felt more at home at Coral Sands. Loved the staff and my room was amazing. The bed was amazing. Resort very clean and best of all the views were stunning. Highly recommend. I will be back.
