A very nice hotel
The hotel was in the Vista Alegre area and quite tricky to find in the warren of streets. We checked in easily and the man on reception was polite and helpful. There were 2 lifts. Our room was well-furnished and had a fridge. The bathroom was well-designed and functional.We were impressed by how clean it all was. Also the room was thoroughly serviced daily and smelt fresh and pleasant. For what we paid, we felt we got excellent value.

Modern interior ... A bit dated and I would describe the room as dated as well. It was full of teenagers who were performing in the Fiesta. Very noisy. The air conditioning did not work.

This is a budget hotel and that is what you get. Reception were friendly, limited English though, Breakfast (extra) very basic, we ended up using local cafes, never had dinner there so can't comment on the food. You are a good 25 minute brisk walk to the cathedral, 40 minutes to the railway station. The room we were in (111) had absolutely no view as there was a brick enclosure built on the roof about 3m from the window and that is all you could see, bricks. Bed was very uncomfortable, felt as if you had been in a wresting match in the morning.

Pasamos un finde en Murcia. No nos importa andar mucho así que era interesante alojarnos aquí, fuera del centro, en un barrio más tranquilo, y pasear al centro durante el día. Recepción muy amable.

El Hotel, está SUPER ESCONDIDO entre callejuelas, el \"SUPUESTO PARKING\" es un bajo TOTLMENTE DESTROZADO, un antiguo lavadero de coches en el que literalmente solo pueden entrar 4 coches, 2 a cada lado, se tiene que estar continuamente moviendo los coches para que uno salga y otro entre, por eso te clavan más de 10€, solo por dejar el coche 1 noche, las habitaciones son extremadamente viejas, la ropa de cama está llena de remiendo y cosidos, el aire acondicionado no funciona, el colchón necesitaba cambiarse hace 25 años, es una incomodidad, \" TOTAL\", las paredes de papel por qué escuchas hasta la gente de la calle cuando pasan, la ventana da a un patio de luces, a la ventana de otra habitación, el olor que allí había no era para nada bueno, yo cogí una habitación de NO FUMADORES y allí se fuma hasta por los pasillos, ¡NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE!.
