The night crew started fight with one of my crew member’s calling him name about being a Mexican. Trump should kick you out of country when he is from another country hisself. Not sure why or what happen but police was and we had to remove 6 rooms of people that were sleeping cause of the one room. We try to stay in cheaper hotels to save money so I’m not saying this is a 5 star place anyway but was treated very poorly

Room was nice and clean however went to take a shower when we got in for the night and there was no hot water. Thats the only complaint i have. Other than that the Ladies at the front desk were nice when checking in. If id complained about it they probably wouldve tried to solve the problem i dont know. I was so tired i just went to bed. May try holiday inn next time.

Although it was not so easy to locate, and a little out of the way, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. A very good value! A good selection of fast food close by. No coffee in room but the coffee in the lobby was really excellent! The door to the bathroom has too many coats of paint and will not close easily. Personnel were professional and courteous. Would stay there again.

Front desk was friendly but not overly helpful for example when checking in, the password to the internet was not verbalized. The site no longer has a pool, which I feel attracted me to the motel,there is no continental breakfast, the price went up over the holiday weekend I am not sure if I am being charged twice of my stay as I gave Expedia my credit card number but did not bring that card with me so had to pay with a different card. The one chair in the room was not comfortable, there was no pen or paper in the room. The microwave needs to be replaced; the bathroom tub area is a patch job. The driveway needs to be repaved. The bushes need to be cleaned up better. The place has potential, but misses the boat, there were flyers in the things to do section that were outdated, no info regarding restaurants, entertainment, churches either in the lobby or room.

They say they price match you but they don't only the females do....
House keeping is supposed to take your trash that's there job...
But not at this place you have to take your own trash....
The maintenance man is a weirdo and pervert and alcoholic him and his tried walking in my room after my little girls because on of them was cry if not someone had been in there as I was running up idk what they were thinking but hell no....
House keep dude is a thief he found my wallet and stole $40 out of it I live from pay check to pay check I have five kids and to just do that to someone is wow....
House keeping dude is an alcoholic he got mad because I took his parking spot and came up to my door and asked me what my room number was... And told me that I needed to move because that was his parking spot.... But the parking lot is for everyone they aren't numbers on the parking spot.... My shower pressure is so hard that it sprays out the shower and gets the whole room wet wether the shower curtain is open or closed you can't say anything to the maintenance men because he doesn't do anything and he is a pervert and you can't trust them people to go in your room while you are gone....

A good value for the price

We needed an overnight stop. This was the best we could do in this town. The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but shabby. The towels were clean but old and had been washed too many times. The tub was clean but stained. Overall a good experience and exactly what we needed for the price we paid.

It was not great, but it was not bad either. It was clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. No breakfast they advertised. They need to upgrade their bath towels and use some softener when they wash them. It is located near Lowe's, Wal-Mart and numerous Restaurants. I have no problem staying there again.

When booked the site said pool and breakfast bar. No pool, no breakfast bar. Had a woman beating on our door at 2 am. Had the whole place under construction. Furniture out in the yard. If we thought we could have gotten another place to stay ... we would have. Unsafe, unclean, nothing they advertised. Our sheets were never changed in a week.The only thing we were given was clean towels. Thats it. They cater to long term stays. That should have been a warning.Never again. Pay a few bucks more and stay somewhere safe and clean.

It is worth spending a few more bucks and staying at the holiday inn just down the street. The room did not look like it had been cleaned since Clinton was president. The sheets and pillows were stained, there was hair in the bed like the sheets had not been changed from the last guest. I ended up basically checking straight out. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Springfield Inn is a dump. Everything is falling apart, towels and sheets are ratted, thin, and frayed. AC didn’t work well. Site says breakfast and shows pictures of breakfast, but there is none. Don’t stay here unless they’ve lowered their prices significantly.

Carpet was disgusting with previous customers bobby pins and crumbs left all over the place. The smell lingered on my clothes was very happy to get home and wash everything. Would not recommend.

Upon making the reservation, I called regarding late check in. I was told it was fine, and when I arrived my reservation had been cancelled. They did have an available room.
The room was tidy but in need of repairs. It was not sound proof by any means- very loud.
There was also a $50 refundable fee for room damage coverage, however it did take 5 days to refund back to my form of payment. There was also not a breakfast as indicated there would be.
Overall, I drove by this property when my trip brought me back through needing a night's stay.

This property was terribly dated and dirty. The room appreared to be dated in the eighties. The carpeting was dirty, there was what we believe to be animal hair in the beds. The sheets were moth eaten and had at least one cigarette burn hole in them. The pillows were flat and smelled like febreeze was sprayed on them. The pillow cases were yellowed. There was something stuck on the walls. The bathroom...I dont know where to start! The floor was dirty, the tub was supposed to be cream colored but was gray and dirty. The ceiling texturing was falling off both in the room and the bathroom. If it would not have been late and storming, we would not have stayed overnight here. My roommates would not even get under the covers of the bed, nor did we shower in that room. We left immediately in the morning, disgusted.

The lobby was very nice and clean the info said there was free breakfast but there wasn’t. The room was disgusting the floor was dirty there was paint peeling off the wall above the shower. There was dirt heavily built up behind the bathroom door. There were bugs on the floor. And after walking in the room barefoot for 5 minutes my feet were black. We slept on top of the covers because the bedding smelled like sweaty bodies.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My Sister in-law and I stayed here with our kids as a midway point on our way back from Florida (6/24/2022). We had 2 rooms and both were dirty and bug infested. Her room had dirty towels and multiple bugs all over the room. None of the outlets seemed to work, floors were dirty, bed seemed to have sand/dirt on the sheets. The flooring was broken and moving. My room, the toilet moved when you sat on it to use it, the shower was so gross that I wouldn’t actually take a shower in it, our beds felt like they had sand on the sheets too. The furniture had unknown stains on them and were gross. You could see daylight between the door and the frame when the door was closed. Over 1/2 the lights didn’t work in the room. When you ran the air conditioner it smelled very musty. The check in staff was really nice but after reading some other reviews what seemed like “small talk” now seems strange. We were asked where we were coming from, where we were headed to, if we were alone?! We asked for adjoining rooms and were told that could not be accommodated. We were placed in 106&108 so close enough but any further apart and we would have pitched a fit. I had even called as soon as I booked and requested adjoining. If I was ever forced to stay here again I would be packin’….There was strange parking lot activity when we got there.

It was not clean. Wouldn't shower there. Holes in walls stuffed with TP. Only a small bar of soap and no shampoo. Towels looked old and dirty. Table and chairs wouldnt hold a toddler. Very loud outside. Woken at 3:45 am to listen to the upstairs people having sex and listening to the bed squeeking. He was working so hard, I actually clapped and cheered when he finally got the job done. I should have slept in my car and saved the money!

I checked in, walked into the room. Was shocked to see how filthy and unkept the room was!!! Blood on the beds, OLD OLD NASTY FILTHY BEDDING, CHAIRS... Every single thing was filthy and broken. I took photos and checked out within 10 minutes!!! I desire a refund as this hotel shouldn't be open to public and I never stayed there!

The property overall was ill kept. Our room was disgusting. Well - I’ll start with the room that has stained carpet and blood on the walls by the bathroom and on the power cord on the floor.
Then - how my wife checked in with her male friend for separate rooms and the man asked her is she was alone - placed her friends room on the other side of the building and then woke her up at 1am pounding on the door demanding she come downstairs with him because “her credit card was fraudulent.”
Mind you downstairs to the lobby is outside and through a dark parking lot. She’s alone and 120 pounds. No call first. Just pounding at the door. So she closes door and calls me. When she opens the door back up he is there waiting for her and suddenly says nevermind the card went through fine. What?? Creepy. This is hotel is gross, the staff are rude, and I’m pretty sure that man had bad intentions.
The next day - staff just opened my friend’s door up not once but twice. First time demanding he should have checked out. He told them he hpaid for two nights. They stood in the doorway while he called to confirm. Then they did it again one hour later. I would never go back. I would never recommend. It was so awful.

The table had a half eaten pizza in the room, used soap, a dirty rag on sink, and pee on toilet... they have a banquet room and there was a party, came to motel second night there, no where to park, we parked across in another lot until traffic cleared out, the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, went to eat at Waffle House and never got service, we were totally ignored

When we got to the hotel the service was good but then when we got to the room. It all a different story. When enter the room it was freezing in the room and had to turn the heat up to get the room warm. There was a crack through the door for cold breeze to come through. The blanket on the bed was thin like a sheet and was okay once the room heated up. Alao, there was no hot or warm water to take a shower.
