I had a terrific day at this property. The staff at the front desk, both in the evening at check-in in the morning at checkout could not have been more delightful. The property is clean and quiet. The breakfast is very well done, far better than the average included breakfast at a hotel of this price point. If I’m back in the area, I would stay again.

Expected more from a Hilton property. Stayed here before and it was very nice. After an eight hour drive, a relaxing overnight was important. The bed was very uncomfortable and the lighting very poor. The clock time was wrong and was locked so it couldn’t be changed. A young child in the room above was running and jumping around starting at 3:30 a.m. Got up at seven; needed a good shower to prepare for the upcoming eight hour drive and shake off an uncomfortable night. Hardly any water pressure. Was counting on using the normally provided lotion and didn’t have any in my overnight bag. No lotion! Just a large bottle of conditioner on the counter (also in the shower). We went to the breakfast room and both coffee urns were empty! The orange and cranberry juices from the machine had been watered down and looked like dishwater. No taste. The waffle, however, was very good. The only fresh fruit option was apples. For $140 overnight stay, we should have left refreshed for a long drive home. We chose this property for the convenience of location and ease of access. Will be rethinking our choice next time.

The hotel was quite dated, in much need of the current renovation that was going on during our stay. The staff was friendly, so that made up for the condition of the property. Bring ear plugs. The toilets flushed with gusto, sounding like a small jet plane taking off, so if you want to sleep through a companion using the toity in the night, plug those ears or take a sleeping pill.
During breakfast, I overheard two staff in the kitchen talking about how there had to be a mouse living under the fridge because they’d found an apple and a yogurt under there that was evidently procured and hidden by a furry friend for feasting. But I didn’t observe any droppings or bugs or rodents, so maybe it was just idle chatter.
The property served its purpose; we didn’t fall asleep at the wheel during a road trip. So, therefore the average rating.

This morning, I asked the young man at the front desk if we could have late check-out and he told us 2 pm. I replied back 2 pm to make sure I heard correctly and he confirmed late check out was indeed 2 pm. At noon, the front desk called our room informing us we needed to leave. I left them know what the man told us this morning and again were told we needed to leave. So we quickly showered and left with wet hair in 30° weather. Keep in mind we are in our 60’s. We were so shocked to be scooted out with basically no notice.

Okay for the night.

Arrived very late with kids so went to bed otherwise would have addressed issues. Bathtub has leaky faucet, listened to it all night long. Carpeting was wet on one part of room, enough to make our socks soggy. Showered in morning and tub does not drain, so you stand in water.

They claimed construction was underway to modernize the property, but it didn’t seem like much had been done. The surrounding area is decent, but not particularly friendly. Hampton Inn Whitehouse is a very nice and welcoming hotel. Everyone is so willing to help. Clean rooms, housekeeping daily, we were six in the room and we slept well. Breakfast is good, don't expect a super buffet but everything is delicious. Coffee all the time. Check- in and out quick and easy .

We had a Long drive from Florida heading to Wisconsin. The hotel was just outside of Nashville so we could beat morning traffic. It was very new inside. Very clean rooms and comfy beds! We arrived around 10:45pm after driving for 13 hours. The front desk lady at check in was extremely helpful and nice. She made checking in a quick and easy. The hotel was very clean and quiet and the room was spacious.

We slept in a bit after a late night and went to breakfast at 9:30, thinking we had 30 mins because breakfast ended at 10am. The lady running the breakfast had already made last call and there was very little food left. She seemed annoyed that we were there to eat. Several other patrons noticed this as well. She also had so drama with the morning desk lady. I e never experienced this at a Hampton Inn before. I would have left a perfect rating if not for the breakfast issue. We always stay at a Hampton Inn and the breakfast is a big reason why we do, since we have 4 kids. We had to end up taking them out to eat.
