Pros : Check in was good, staff was nice and efficient, the room was clean. Breakfast was ok, the hot food was just OK, nothing special. noon check out
Cons: They did not have a little tube of toothpaste in the bathroom. Every hotel I've stay at has toothpaste in the bathroom. Hot tub was not HOT in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. No curtains in the room so it was very bright Coke morning time. We live locally and got the room for the night so our kids could swim as an staycation. Unfortunately the pool area was absolutely disgusting. Hair EVERYWHERE, towels weren’t regularly stocked, the water was dirty, hot tub area smelled like mold. There was also an extremely rough crowd that spent most of the day at the pool on the 15th. I don’t think they were all overnight guests and their behavior was not being corrected until someone came out screaming to the front desk AFTER their child was hit twice. The situation escalated and I had to call 911. It was a very scary experience for us and our kids. Again, staff was very nice especially Barack. He handled a difficult and scary situation professionally.

Other than a couple technical issues, the people and facilities was great.
The elevator was partially out of order for a couple days. So I started parking on the end by the stairs. Then the door access stopped working.
So at least I did get more walking in.

The amenities are awesome! The pool and jacuzzi are super nice. The breakfast selections were awesome as well and the food was super fresh and very tasty! The rooms themselves are very comfortable. The bed was SO relaxing and the bathroom was perfect. I would recommend this hotel very much!

Breakfast was very limited with only four hot items. The jacuzzi was filthy! The water was cloudy and it smelled like urine. The pool was chilly with hair everywhere in there. I traveled with children and spent the new year here and was very disappointed the entire three days that we were there!

The air coming from underneath the heaters in the room were horrible! It was either too hot in the room or too cold. The breakfast options are very limited! The pool was dirty and hot tub was filthy! It smelled like urine and the water was cloudy with lots of hair in it. Very disappointed for this location. I celebrated my child’s birthday here and entered the new year here and was very disappointed the entire 3 days!

This property would’ve gotten a perfect review from me except on the day before the last day, I returned to find my room in complete disarray. The furniture had been moved. The bed was not made, and towels were placed in the bathroom as if done by a two year-old. I took pictures and showed them to the manager who did not reach out to me. After I reached out, he sent an email saying he would give me points for the inconvenience and that it must’ve happened because they had so many people checking out at the same time. I was fine with this but never received the points. My intention for emailing the manager was just to let him know that his staff is excellent and that if not for this incident, my day would’ve been perfect very disappointing. Overall, the hotel is excellent. The incident and the way it was handled, however, puts a stain on the hotel’s reputation in my opinion. I would, however, stay there again because my experience overall was very good.

Have stayed in the past and this is a very solid property- consistently clean, comfortable and convenient. Never had an issue or concern. Like having actual doors for the bathroom, and the coffee in the lobby/dining area is always hot, full and available - love the dark toast coffee. Will stay again.

The rooms were reasonably in size. Very comfortable. There was a night light in the bathroom for convenience and it gave off just enough to make it comfortable.
They offered hot tea, coffee and cocoa 24/ 7 . That is always a pleasant extra. Breakfast was a nice spread with several different options to choose from overall a wonder stay.

Egg w/ Cheese Omelet was very cold! The home fries were not even cold, they weren’t cooked all the way through! You have to use (5) pillows under your head, just to feel like you have (1)! I have stayed at quite a few Hampton Inns and this one was terrible !!!

Very nice soft beds. Room was very clean. Getting them to give me more toilet paper was like pulling teeth. Nice young man checked us in. I believe his name was Brock. Great employee. He was upset that he couldn’t give us the king bed we wanted because Expedia did not give them contact information so they could call us. Breakfast was ok. The scones with coffee in the morning I really enjoyed. Right by the highway very convenient. I recommend.

Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly. My room and the exterior areas of the property were very clean. Breakfast service was also very good. The area is well maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk were available and extremely helpful throughout my stay.

My main concerns are with housekeeping. I called the front desk and was told that rooms are serviced daily. One day when I came back from a very long pouting, our room was not cleaned at all, and I was told it was because they had 90 checkouts the night before.

The next night, even though I confirmed that my room would be cleaned with the front desk, housekeeping, left towels, but did a very poor job with everything else. The bed was not made, the bench was pulled away from the bed and left that way, blankets, never folded, no surfaces wiped down, nothing at all was picked up off the floor in the bathroom or the main room. I’ve never seen such horrible housekeeping service. I sent pictures and an email to the manager and did not hear back at all. It was completely unacceptable. I certainly hope this is not something that goes on there often.

The front desk clerk rook my credit card to have on file for \"incidentals\" and there was a $1.00 charge, but the card was on file. Another clerk came over and said they needed to charge $100. I asked why, and got some garbled \"policy\" response. He didn't tell me where the elevators were, I just got a sarcastic \"do you need anything else?\". not the experience and treatment I am used to receiving at a Hilton Brand property.

Our toilet backed up, they came up to fix. A few hours later, the toilet it broke. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night to a room where the toilet was functional.
Then in the new room, the shower took forever to drain. We had friends staying in their own rooms, a total of 5 rooms, they had toilet issues as well.

Perfect location for a fun weekend trip or a 24 hour stay cation like us! We stayed here since it was close to Six Flags but learned there was much more in the area to enjoy like MGM Springfield (10 min tops), Basketball Hall of Fame (5 min) a Chick fila (right across the street) and so many other shopping options! This place also has free breakfast (not the best, but its free!) and an indoor pool and hot tub open 8-10pm! Its really a great place to stay for a decent price.

Everything was pretty good. My only complaints are;
The water in the pool and jacuzzi wasn’t very clean though, and there were clumps of hair floating throughout the pool and jacuzzi. To the point I started cleaning it out with the cleaning net like a pool guy. But even then the water was cloudy. Now I realize that this may have happened from a particular individual or family, as there was a large family present and it seemed pretty busy at the time, so I can’t say for certain that this is an all the time thing.
The other is that there was a lot of noise from the people next door and from the floor below us. Kids crying a lot of banging and this went on both nights until 3:00am.
Our room was clean, the breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. As a Gardner and landscaper by profession I appreciated the gardens and landscaping. Didn’t see any litter everything looked very nice. All and all it wasn’t a total unpleasant experience.
