We stayed in the lodge and the room was absolutely tiny. I did not expect a place like Harvey's Point to have such tiny rooms (and very basic) Apart from that, breakfast was nice, staff were friendly, but it did not make up for how disappointed we were ith the size of the room. It's the tiniest room I've ever stayed in, in any hotel. Quite unbelievable really. In short, very very disappointed. A warning to anyone else booking a lodge room to expect the tiniest basic room you will probably ever see in any hotel.

The room was small but as advertised. Perfect for what we needed, a place to crash after a wedding but the one downside was the fan or generator that came on at about 6:30am and woke us up then continued for about 4 hours. The noise vibrated through the room I was going to complain when checking out but the staff member never enquired if everything was ok and was looking away from me at a screen when processing the check out. Breakfast was excellent

The Lodge is run by the Harvey's Point Hotel next door. The rooms at the Lodge are compact but more affordable for the traveler working on a smaller budget. Although the hotel is located about 10/15 minutes from the town of Donegal, they have their own restaurant and bar open to guests. I had an amazing dinner there which I highly recommend. They also offer a complimentary breakfast for all guests with a huge assortment of breakfast foods to choose from.

Fabulous hotel although we stayed in The Lodge. The Lodge was a little cramped for my partner who is used to lots of space although it was great valve for money because you had access to the main hotel facilities. I thought the Lodge was fine.

The Lodge's rooms would be fine if i were a deaf Hobbit. The beds are small, but apart from that they were comfortable enough for tired travellers. However, i doubt that anybody could sleep undisturbed by the constantly banging doors. How difficult can it be to install some form of dampener on the doors to prevent them banging shut and annoying guests. The food was 5 star quality, as were the views over Lough Eske.

We arrived on a misty Irish night and were immediately ushered in to warmth and comfort. The white glove service was the denouement to a magical excursion along the Wild Atlantic Way. The room was spacious and luxurious with exceptional amenities. Highly recommend this gem set in a gorgeous panorama straight from a fairy tale.

The setting in the country is idyllic, and the hotel is first rate. The lodge is a bit less charming, the beds are \"bunk style\" singles so they were disappointing for a couple on their honeymoon. But the restaurant is excellent and the staff solicitous.
