We wrote to the hotel that we should arrive after 21:00....no response or check-in arrangements were sent to us. We got there at 22:30 and the self check in machine was down....so no help. Eventually some guy / staff member appeared from nowhere.... First he said our booking is not real.... despite giving him my printed reservation and booking number.... despite being paid already! Then we managed to get a room. The guy refused to validate our room for wifi and said to use the visitor option instead. When we did that, the option required a French mobile phone number.... so we had no wifi. Incredible. The room had a bathroom door with no handles, etc, etc....never again here....

First of all had to call key card was failty would not worked had to call out about 22.30 and when attended we were made to feel like a nuisance and still not working in the morning. Breakfast at 8.30 a.m foods has not been replenished, we constantly have to asked for things even a clean tea cup + cutlery. The person who seams to be in charge was very unfriendly. Lastly having stay in previous Premiere classes hotel this one was very disappointing.

Hadnt stayed in this hotel for a few years cos ot was so bad but hoped it had hot better. Unfortunately it hasn't in fact it was worse. Rooms very old and dated. Stratch marks on sink. Dead flies on walls. No soap in dispenser. Door to room dudnt close properly and bathroom door didnt close at all.

It is a very budget hotel and as such was perfectly acceptable. We have stayed in the Hotel de Paris in Monaco and the Danieli in Venice and they were better I have to say.

It was convenient for a night stay when tired. Arrived late 8pm and very slow process checking in on machine. Location not great for late food. But it was quiet and comfortable even though rooms looked a bit old.

The worst place we have ever stayed in. Room was dirty,cobwebs around and the floor was sticky underfoot. The only thing that was clean were the bedsheets. Shower floor brown and the sink was stained. Breakfast was not bad but we would never stay there again.Tables & chairs outside were too filthy to use. The place should be closed for a full clean.

I had a very comfortable night. There was very little noise from other residents and the equipment in the room was working. Excellent WiFi reception. I had an excellent meal as usual at the next door Hotel Campanile restaurant, which gives a 15% discount to guests from my hotel. This was my fifth stay at this hotel and it was certainly the best yet.

Tiny but sufficient bathroom. Clean beds. Little noisy, but manageable. Automated check-in system is great.
Decent value for money - if the lights work and the door didn't have a crack big enough for rain to come through.

Maybe not for the solo female traveller

Good location for a stop-over on my way from Spain to the UK, and for the price I wasn't expecting much. The bed was comfortable, but I just felt unsafe; as a solo female, I found myself feeling uneasy walking around the back of the building to my room. I didn't see another single woman; it appeared to be a favourite for male drivers stopping over, which is fine, but just made me feel vulnerable as they could see me entering my room and the door didn't seem remarkably secure. So much so that I \"slept\" fully clothed for a couple of hours to get enough rest so I could set off again.

Although the rooms are small for 3 people, the staff are welcoming and friendly. Use it as a stopover and it is great, but don't try to use it as a base to explore the area as I think it would be too cramped for an extended stay.
The restaurant next door is great, very friendly and relaxed with excellent food, but not overly cheap! you need to book.

Compared with the Premier Class Inn at Bourges it 2was like the poor relative. There was no shelf space, the lighting was very dim and the long vertical tube light was dirty on the inside which showed when it was turned on. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and clean.
I would not wish to stay there again until it has been re-decorated.

Perfect for the one night stop.

The Premiere Classe hotels are fine for overnight stays when travelling. They are clean, efficient, easily accessible and cheap. They are not somewhere you would choose to stop in for more than 2 or 3 nights. The Campanile hotels nearby give good meals and those staying in Premiere Classe get a 15% reduction.

What can I say....? We needed somewhere to stay on our long trek back to Calais from Spain and we thought, hey why not? Sounds really great! How wrong could you be? The rooms had no air-conditioning, so what a scam..\"some of our hotels have air conditioning..\". It was like sleeping in a sweatbox....the white sheets were at least clean, but we found we had little jumpy flea friends too....sleep didn't come easy as doors were opening and shutting all through the night...most needed oiling by the sounds of things. The poor girl trying to run the breakfast room was having a nightmare...no help at all and was trying to do everything...put food out, clear and wash dishes etc...I actually nearly asked her if she would like me to do anything. Enough said...not impressed.

Salle de bain bricolée au niveau du mur soutenant le wc, le porte savon n’est plus fixé au mur comme habituellement mais posé sur le rebord du lavabo, le tout donnant une impression de délabrement...
Les bavardages des clients sur la coursive sont vraiment désagréables, d'autant que ceux-ci sr dont éternisés et encouragés par l'installation d’une table et de chaises à proximité des portes... repos absolument pas garanti...
L’environnement immédiat de l’hotel était jonché de déchets d’emballages cartonnés et polystyrène au niveau de la façade arrière. Quel accueil...

Le linge de lit était de meilleurs facture que précédemment. L’odeur de la chambre était différente que précédemment également. Je pense qunelle avait été occupée par un fumeur, donc désodorisée...puissamment ! Il y a encore des efforts à fournir quant à la propreté de la cabine de douche...

Malheureusement à ne plus renouveler, reservation sur la borne pour rentrer dans la chambre très longue. Chambre vétuste plus de plinte, lineaux vieux et déchiré, sale, mur et plafond sale, douche petite avec toilettes collé à la porte.
Tv dans un angle....on ne voyait pas du lit.pourtant la chambre est petite.
Personnel absent....la zone...
Cest une honte de loins cette chambre si on peut appeler ca ainsi.

Accueil arrivée 05 et dep 06 août très bien. Peinture chambre 47 fatiguée, plinthes sales, salle de bains propre mais bonde évacuation eau lavabo dégueulasse (photo) et flexible douche cassé, pinçant le tuyau d’eau (photo). Cette chambre n’aurait pas dû être attribuée.
Ce n’est pas digne du nom de la marque de l’hôtel. On devrait parler de sous classe !

Hôtel à eviter, le personnel n y est pour rien le groupe qui sait engranger un maximum d argent sans rien remettre en état,
Bruyant, les fils électriques non cachés , Petit déjeuner très limité ! Machine à café qui ne fonctionne qu à moitié, nous avons eu un fou rire avec un couple, le matin 7h30 , plus de chocapic à 7h30 la blague !! Comment on peulaisser le personnel travailler dans des conditions comme ça !! Les radiateurs d un autre temps !!! Bref honteux!!

6.0 är för högt betyg, rummen är väldigt små och slitna. Man hör allt grannen gör i rummen bredvid. Våran toalett var dessutom trasig så det lät som ett badkar som fylldes nonstop.

La porte de la chambre très sale dehors et encore pire a l’intérieur !!murs de chambre sale dans le bas comme de la M…. Dessus
Pas de tapis de salle de bain , rideau de douche très sale dans le bas, le siège de toilette pas fixé ou cassé impossible de savoir dessus, télé posée sur la table car support cassé,fenêtre pas possible de l’ouvrir vu qu’elle donne sur les escaliers, machine à café très sale….par contre linge de lit propre heureusement, cet hôtel première classe a Vierzon est bon à fermer…

HOTEL NUL..Passez votre chemin. Chambre très sale, aucune isolation, aucun équipement, ni mème un ventilo , ou un climatiseur quand il fait très très chaud . On dort avec la fenètre ouverte, bonjour pour le bruit ou encore odeur de tabac!!!!!!Salle de bain minuscule, manque mitigeur. Manque des protections aux interrupteurs. L emplacement par rapport à l accès autoroute est idéale très bien situé.....

Ne passer pas par hotels.com grosse arnaque sur le site nous avons réserver notre séjour pour une date particulière mais arrivée sur place la date était plus la bonne, impossible d'annuler et le site demander 40euros en plus pour changé , apparemment j'étais pas la premiere à qui c'est arrivée nous avons du re-payer la chambre ! les filles de premiere classe on etait très gentille et on fait ce quelle on pu mais bloquer par le site Hotels.com qui arnaque les gens en modifiant les dates juste avant la validation de la carte, attention !

L'hôtel est situé en bordure d'autoroute, ce qui est pratique, nous savions que ce serait bruyant. Mais, les portes de chambres ne ferment pas correctement, donc on entend comme si on était dehors. Pas top non plus niveau chauffage. La salle d'eau est ridicule. L'état des chambres est à revoir, elles sont délabrées...pour le petit dej, levez vous tôt, car à 9h15 il ne reste plus de viennoiseries...

Grosse difficultés pour trouvé la bonne température de la douche. Une fois trouvé sans aucune raisons elle devient glaciales. Le pommeau de douche ne tenait pas suspendu. Ma fille qui a pris sa douche en premier à bien galéré. Et nous aussi.
Il nous a fallu faire nous même le lit superposés alors qu'une réservation avait était faite plusieurs jours avant.
Personnelle gentil et accueillant. Petit déjeuner correcte. Chambre propre.
