Aurait été formidable si hôtels.com. avait bien pris en compte notre réservation En effet, malgré un mail signifiant la réservation de la chambre lorsque nous sommes arrivés il n’y avait aucune réservation à notre nom. L’hôtel était complet ! Heureusement le réceptionniste très gentil et efficace a réussi à nous trouver une petite chambre qui ne devait pas être proposée à cause d’une fuite.
