Hotel very clean, beautifully presented, friendly and professional reception staff, gym was fabulous (photos do not do it justice). Food was excellent. Just wished they’d had a la carte breakfast for small bites rather than a buffet (tried once and it was delicious). Spa facilities very clean. Only gripes:
- organisation of the spa - having to take room slippers and robes, they should be provided at the spa
- a couple of the spa staff not as friendly as elsewhere in hotel
- treatments were really disappointing and wouldn’t have booked if we’d known what they’d be like.

Very Relaxing Stay in Wine Country

Hotel Perelada was a wonderful, peaceful place to start a road trip. We had two nights in the hotel and played one round golf. The staff in the hotel, restaurant and pro shop/caddy master were all really welcoming and very helpful - nothing was too much for them. I hope we have chance to stay here again.

It´s a great place for couples... it has everything you need for a nice weekend... the room is cozy and functional... Don’t miss the vineyard and wine tour... they also take you to the convent and their beautiful private church... great tour!! Casino at night its lively, and the Michelin star restaurant its superb...specially the huge variety of CHEESE!!!

What a great way to escape the city for a day or two. Hotel Peralada is an oasis with beautiful grounds and challenging golf waiting for you. The spa was the destination for my wife while I enjoyed the golf.
Breakfast the next morning was elegant and traditional with a vast selection waiting.
Our stay was short but our memory of this elegant place will last.

Excellent hotel, great service, restaurant, and overall a very pleasant experience. The spa is nice, although we found it was just a little crowded - but we went during a winter weekend, so it's probably the busiest time for the facility.

Perfect wine tasting hotel!

Fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. We wanted to go wine tasting at the wonderful Peralada wine celler, and this was the perfect place to stay as it was only a 10 minutes walk away.

Unexpected experience

We went there because of a soccer tournament my son went to. The town is lovely and the hotel was great. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate a private picnic. Can't wait to go back next year. Also, Fidel at the wine bar was great and even sang for us beautifully.

Great hotel in rural setting close to Figueres

Great hotel and excellent staff. Wonderful breakfast selection and beautifully cooked. Had dinner in the restaurant every evening, the tasting menu on the Saturday night was a delight with the appropriate wines. Very good choices on the a la carte, staff very attentive and would most certainly stay there again although we were not golfers.

Pas à la hauteur d'un 5 etoiles

Notre sejour a ete une deception. A l'arrivee personne pour prendre en charge les bagages. A la reception personne non plus et finalement apres plusieursi mnutes une receptionniste nous reçoit. Chambre renovee avec des finitions tres perfectibles indignes d'un 5 etoiles tout comme l'isolation des chambres. Bref ne vaut pas le prix

El hotel esta muy bien. Nos quedamos en una habitacion superior, amplia con cama grande y muy bien decorada. Las instalaciones y servicio en general muy correctos. Oferta gastronómica muy bien. Punto a mejorar es el servicio de desayuno. Ubicacion y oferta muy buenos pero el servicio es mejorable y no está a la altura de un 5 estrellas. Por lo demás todo muy bien

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à l'hôtel. Très belle chambre et salle de bain. Service du petit déjeuner d'excellente qualité servi à table. Belle piscine et chaises longues confortables et suffisamment en service. C'était l'été, nous n'avons donc pas visité le SPA intérieur.
Grand bémol: le personnel est froid et pas du tout souriant et peu enclin à saluer les clients. C'est la moindre des choses de relever la tête et de faire un signe de tête pour le personnel de la réception. Dommage car sinon nous n'avons rien à redire.

Just go if you want to golf

The hotel has an overall very good structure, rooms and a beautiful 18-hole golf court.
But the service is not even close to what is expected from a 5 star hotel.
1)There is no corkscrew in the room, when I asked for it together with some glasses of wine they made me go down to the restaurant to get it.
2)Due to Covid, the breakfast hours are reduced (until 9:00) concentrating all the guests at the same time and making the service horrible.
3)Please do not pay the 15 euro extra they charge you to have access to the spa area. The baño turco does not work and the jacuzzi is super cold. When I asked if it was possible to make it hotter, they rudely told me no.

Calidad de la cama, sábanas... un lujo.
Piscina exterior preciosa.

(-) - Aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones inexistente. Todo lo que pase en pasillo y estancias colindantes se escucha. El descanso puede verse afectado si además no se vigila de colocar a las famílias con hijos alejadas de otros sectores de huéspedes.

El desayuno a la carta (post covid-19) no ofrece la calidad que se le presume a un hotel de estas características. El pan por ejemplo, nada agradable.



Opinión personal: Manteniendo unas medidas generales de higiene el gimnasio podría haber estado abierto. Como huésped, si el spa y el gimnasio están cerrados, se pierden bastantes opciones.

Joli, cadre magnifique. Chambre agréable, bonne literie. Contents de trouver un lit bébé dans la chambre pour notre fille. Déçus du peu de choses à faire en dehors du golf mais bon spa (obligés de réserver par créneau de 1h30).
Très déçus car problème d'eau toute la matinée, plus d'eau dans les toilettes la douche,..., nous autorise à rester plus longtemps que 12h (heure de départ à la base) au moins jusqu'à ce que l'eau revienne. Retour de l'eau en début d'après-midi, on a pu se doucher. Au moment de payer nous demandons un geste commercial..réponse: vous avez eu notre geste commercial puisque vous avez pu rester 2h de plus.. non mais normal fallait bien qu'on se lave !!!! A minimum 200 euros la nuit on s'attend à mieux. Nourriture moyenne, petit déjeuner loin de valoir un 5 étoiles.

En prèambule, je voudrais préciser que Hotel.com devrait dire dans sa description que l'utilisation de la piscine est soumise à des restrictions qui ne sont pas digne d'un 5* . Le personnel est très courtois et accueillant.
La chambre est agréable et offre une vue paisible sur le parcours de golf.
Le buffet petit-déjeuner est riche et la salle est agréablement décorée.
Seul petit bémol, les séparations en fer forgé ajourées entre chaque balcon ne permettent pas de profiter d'une parfaite intimité...
Par ailleurs, la salle de fitness n'ouvre que tard dans la matinée, il est donc compliqué de faire son sport matinal avant de bénéficier des gourmandises du buffet.

Un 5* cómodo y tranquilo (hay 5* que no lo son)

Asistí al Frestival de Peralada y era muy conveniente el no tener desplazamientos largos. Además disponían de shuttle gratuito al Festival. Hotel de 5* aunque de aspecto austero. Pero comodísimo, amplio y tranquilo aun siendo agosto. Espléndido y relajante paisaje del Empordà.
