투숙객 대부분은 차량을(호텔은 10여대만 수용 가능. 모텔 수준 주차장임)이면도로나 주편 골프 연습장 주변 공터에 무질서하게 주차해야 합니다. 이면도로나 빈공터를 찾아서 칼주차에 능숙하지 않은 분들에게는 추천하기 힘든 숙소입니다.
좀 당황스러운 점은 프런트에 단발머리 젊은 여직원은 주차자리 없으면 공터나 이면도로 아무데나 대라고 퉁명스럽게 말하뿐 고객 응대 서비스 마인드가 부족합니다.
객실 내부나 노후정도, 청결은 3.5성급이지만, 주차와 직원서비스는 모텔이나 노후된 여관급입니다.

스탠드 하나가 망가져있고, 창문도 고장나서 완전히 닫히지 않아 앞에 물건으로 막아놓고 잤습니다. 또한 객실 내 전화기도 망가져서 리셉션과 연락을 개인 휴대폰으로 해야했습니다. 객실 내 청결이나 시설은 아직 새 건물이여서 그런지 좋았지만 관리는 전혀 이뤄지지 않는 듯 하였습니다.
