We booked the park view and it was better than ocean. The hotel is stately, quiet and the location is amazing. We booked club level and so had breakfast and dinner with drinks included which was a bargain. There was some misunderstanding largely because the booking website wasn’t clear and so apparently I had booked a room for two but club lounge access for just one. Hotel.com needs to make this clearer when booking. Lastly pool and spa were wonderful. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We've stayed here multiple times at this point. The location right on Haeundae Beach, walkable to so much activity, such as fresh seafood and more at the Haeundae Market and access to the sky capsule/train at Blue Line Park, is unbeatable. Moreover, the service (shout out to Harley in particular!) is what has brought us back twice in 2 years, with his great personal recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the area. This trip, Harley took the time to help us book an airport van for our large group and assisted in ensuring the best rooms for our stay. But it was even after our stay that the service stood out. My husband had left some personal belongings, and Harley made sure they were found and dispatched quickly to our next hotel in Seoul. When the package came, it included our child's item as well, which we hadn't even realized was missing! Thank you to Harley and team for taking care of us. We'll look forward to our next stay!

The hotel was quite nice right on the beach, but our room looked out on some very noisy. construction which started early in the day and continued until late afternoon. We were there for four nights and I believe the hotel should have given a discount because of this very disruptive work. Other than that I would recommend staying here. The room and beds were quite comfortable and there is a great little park with a walking path right next door.

Beautifully beach front hotel , very walkable to the restaurants and lots of activities going on stage beach.
We were there during the film festival and there were live concert at the beach. Also there are several small bands playing at the beach daily, the vibe was so lively .
Room is clean, comfortable and we love the beach view from our room. There are restaurants and very nice bakery inside the hotel. The beach front bar has grand piano playing daily. Would try the buffet breakfast next time. We wouldn’t mind to stay longer.
Can’t wait to come back.

When I left the room, hotel employee enetered my room after 6pm even though it was not housekeeping time.

Iwas so shocked becaused I've never experienced that kind of hotel.

This hotel has problem on safety and privacy issuue.

I don't recommend this hotel anymore.
Hotel employees' mindset was really terrible.

The Westin is located directly on Haeundae beach, there is a door on the lower level that is open from 0800-0200 which takes you to the beach which has lifeguards and is swimmable in season.
Once checked in, if your entire trip is involving Haeundae Beach it is fully walkable from the hotel so no need to fuss about the bad Busan traffic or difficulty parking.
The breakfast buffet was nice and the hotel gives a chart estimating the crowds during the meal which seemed accurate. The selections for breakfast included a wide variety of western and Korean foods all of which were pretty good. The facilities on premises were all very nice, modern, and clean. We used the pool, gym, and the buffet breakfast.
The only negative I would give the property was parking, I only drove around the garage once and just decided to save time and utilize valet parking which was 30000 krw, worth the convenience.
Overall looking forward to my next overnight trip to Busan and will stay here again.

The staff was very unhelpful, even when it came to simple tasks. The check in and concierge staff worked incompetently, using up much of the limited time we had in the city trying to help us book a ticket to the most well known tourist attraction- the beach train/capsule. They made many mistakes and although we spoke the same language, there was a lack of communication skills on Westin’s end and we are very disappointed. We have never experienced a staff so unprepared and unskilled than Westin Josun in Busan.

My family and I stayed a few nights here while visiting busan and loved our room overlooking the beach. What a view to look out every morning and evening, great for people watching. The room
Overall was small but enough for two adults and a toddler. The room was clean and quiet overall and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning (nice variety). The staff was helpful and welcoming and it was easy to grab an Uber or cab. The location is central to Haeundae beach and market and you can easily walk to many touristy spots and restaurants. There’s a few malls close by too and the attractions like the aquarium, sky capsule and temple by the sea aren’t too far by car or bus. Overall a great location and beachside hotel. There’s a 24 hour emart at the bottom too for any necessities. Would stay again!

The Westin Josun in Busan was amazing! Conveniently located at one end of Haeundae Beach, you could walk straight out of the hotel on to the sand.

The location was perfect, offering short walking distances to plenty of food options, including Italy Sangjeom, which makes great pizza!

The staff were amazing, especially Jinwoo from the front desk, who helped me to navigate the Korean internet to order Lotte Giants tickets!

Great hotel, great staff, great location - I will definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at the Westin. We were traveling with two families and had three rooms, which the staff made sure were placed together (had been difficult in other hotels). The rooms were very clean and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Service-wise, Harley made our stay so enjoyable and seamless, with the best dinner recommendations and taxi arrangements. His personable helpfulness made all the difference for us. We can’t wait to return to Busan and stay at the Westin again!

The view of & access to the beach was absolutely outstanding! Another lovely plus was easy access to the park behind the hotel, with stunning ocean views & pathways. It was within easy access to restaurants via the sidewalk along the inlet - another pretty walk. The hotel was great but could use a few enhancements (e.g. no fan in the bathroom).

The hotel is super old. Their bathroom door was almost peeling apart. Not justifiable for the price. Also, we asked for extra Nespresso capsules and the reception replied it was only 2 free capsules for 2 pax per day. Cmon… haha. The pool is small too and the pool’s toilet has a large amount of hair clogged up at the drainage. I just wanted to get out everyday.

We always enjoy our stay here. The setting rivals Hawaii and the staff is friendly and professional. The property is older but that has its advantages. The rooms are spacious and so well organized that you might want to stay in and watch the ocean from the big easy chair; no tripping over your suitcase like in many newer properties with smaller rooms. The \"Winter Feast\" dinner buffet was delicious, with the featured entrees much better prepared than at the typical hotel buffet. The pool area looks out over the beach and was clean and uncrowded. The boardwalk is just outside the door.

Superb location with a view down Haeundae Beach. The hotel has been here for many years but has continued to maintain its rooms and common areas. The indoor pool area is particularly welcoming. ビーチ目の前の立地で、オーシャンビューのお部屋だったので眺めが良く、窓を開けると波の音も聞こえて最高でした！
エレベーターでビーチに直結出来る点も良かったです。
また老舗のホテルという雰囲気で、スタッフの方の対応も全員素晴らしいです。
少し繁華街からは離れてますが、すぐ近くにbay101もありまた宿泊したいです。

객실 상태와 직원분들의 응대는 전반적으로 친절하고 만족스러웠습니다.
다만 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 저희는 이그제큐티브 라운지 해피아워, 저녁은 오킴스, 조선델리 딸기 케이크, 조식 또한 이그제큐티브 라운지에서 이용하였고, 외부 음식은 전혀 섭취하지 않았습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 일행 4명 중 3명이 배탈 증상을 겪었으며, 그중 한 명은 극심한 복통과 고열로 인해 응급실까지 방문해야 하는 상황이 발생했습니다. 이로 인해 여행 이후 주말 일정 전체가 망가지는 결과를 초래했습니다.

휴식과 힐링을 목적으로 방문한 여행에서 이러한 경험을 하게 되어 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 특히 저녁 식사를 했던 오킴스는 음식의 질과 실내 분위기 모두 호텔 내 식음업장으로서 기대할 수 있는 수준에 미치지 못해 더욱 아쉬움이 컸습니다.

크리스마스 연휴이자 부모님 생신을 겸해 의미 있게 계획했던 여행이 이런 결과로 남게 되어 매우 유감스럽게 생각합니다.
