Absolutely loved our stay at this B&B. The interior design is beautiful — cozy, charming, and thoughtfully put together, making the whole place feel like a home away from home. Breakfast was fantastic every morning, fresh and delicious with great variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Parking was also a breeze, which made the stay even more convenient. Truly a wonderful experience — highly recommend!

Check in was to be between 3 and 6 pm. At 4:30, 3 couples were waiting at the door to check in. You were not encouraged to use the downstairs area as by 7:30 the area was in darkness and left over breakfast dishes remained on the tables until checkout time at 11. Our room was on the third floor as expected but the staircase was quite narrow and steep so little difficult to use with suitcases.

The check in was quick and efficient. We were surprised that we were sharing a bathroom which was down the hall, although the adjacent room was unoccupied. The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable and could be replaced. The breakfast we ordered was tasty and on time.

This is a Victorian style B&B with narrow stairs to the second and third floor rooms. So if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage be aware. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable, our own bathroom was located outside the bedroom - clean and spacious with shower stall. Breakfast was lack luster.

The Historic bed and breakfast building is beautiful inside and out. Rooms were updated and very clean. Host family were friendly and helpful. Outside landscaping needs a bit of work as there were overgrown shrubs and large weeds on the stairs leading to the back deck and the table and deck were not very inviting. Breakfast needs improvement. 2 very small flat pancakes, 2 small pieces of bacon, 3 cherry tomotoes and a small handful of blueberries are not what is expected at a B & B. Otherwise, all was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately a lack of staff, 1 person (Danielle) was just not able to manage 14 guests, breakfast was not served as advertised or at all to some guests.outside backyard is not maintained at all I assume they can get away with this in a small town like Fredericton and upon checking the home was empty and dark, nobody answerd rhe the door because she was busy still cleaning romms at 3pm in the afternoon. The property has potential but is just mismanaged..Good luck !!

The property had no sign out front that says B and B.Its on a busy street and beside a cemetery.my initial impression upon driving up was not great as the outside needs some TLC.The inside was clean and our room was quite large.The bed was ok,but the pillows were terrible.The lady running it was doing everything by herself I believe.Cleaning the rooms, cooking breakfast and checking people in.She was definitely working hard.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The Executive suite was beautiful with a large bay window with adjoining ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the front of the house. Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were several breakfast options that you could choose from. Had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

Cancellations cannot be made after 72 hours before check-in. Is rather restrictive. We departed 1 day early, because it was too cold to downhill ski. Even though we departed at 9am, 1 day early, we had to pay for the not-used departure day. In hindsight, we should have stayed at a hotel. We would have not lost the $$

I had never stayed at a Bed & Breakfast before so I wasn't sure what to expect. As it turned out, it was a terrific choice. It was definitely not a cookie-cutter hotel room experience. The room and bathroom were very nice. The house itself had lovely common areas. The neighborhood was a little out of the way from downtown Fredericton, but not prohibitively so (only a 30 min walk). The area and house were very quiet at night; very relaxing experience overall. I would recommend.

The property is an old and historic house, in need of a bit of tlc and the decorative touches that would make it interesting to the b & b crowd. The staff was pleasant and willing, but slightly overwhelmed by the many demands of their guests. Breakfast was ample and well cooked, but would have benefitted by the addition of a glass of orange juice or a piece of fruit. Not a bad stay by any measure, but not quite living up to its mark.

We booked a king suite room as a treat. Overall our stay was great. The nitty gritty: They keep the main areas very warm, but the room has A/C. It's an old house, so the stair ways are narrow and steep, and may be a challenge for older people.
We got the room with a fancy bathtub but it was hard to figure out how to work and there were no instructions.There's also a sign asking not to use it after 10pm. I wish there was an information sheet in the room, explaining how to contact someone if help is needed, how to check out, etc. would go again!
