The property was very good, the hot tub was kinda gross, we waited to use, because there was a kids birthday party, and the breakfast in the morning was missing bolws and spoons and when I asked, 3 bowls were brought. And was taken right away for cereal. Not enough options to choose from as most stuff was empty.
Other than that the stay was great.

We were disappointed on our checkout morning. We discovered that our bathroom did not have any cold water going to our shower or sink and this was only after my husband got in the shower and almost burnt himself because the temp could not be adjusted. I did call the front desk who did send their maintenance man up shortly after ( who was absolutely wonderful) but he was told we had no cold water. Upon inspection he discovered that during renovations the cold water lines were not turned back on. No damage done, but could have been a lot worse.

I was extremely disappointed with our room. The bathroom was the worst. Cracked tiles, water stains on the ceiling, sprinkler heads were so rusted I doubt they would even work. The only reason we stayed was that the beds and bedding were clean. The “window” in our room over looked the pool area, so it was very noisy. Walls were paper thin and you could hear people talking in the other rooms. We wouldn’t have stayed but every other hotel in the area was full. I would never book this hotel again. The one positive was that the staff were extremely friendly.

We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by both the accommodations and the level of care from the staff.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. One experience in particular stood out: my grandson, who struggles with extreme anxiety, had a panic attack after becoming frightened by a misunderstanding. The staff handled the situation with incredible compassion and professionalism. They immediately went above and beyond to move us to a different room so he could feel safe and settle down.

After reviewing the situation, it turned out to be a false alarm. Once he had settled, my grandson was very apologetic, and we truly appreciated how respectfully and calmly the situation was handled by everyone involved.

Beyond that, the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and offered a great start to each day. The pool area was a highlight—it was clean, relaxing, and truly felt like a tropical oasis, complete with a fish pond and a waterfall filled with koi. The hot tub was perfectly heated, making it a great place to unwind.

Overall, we’re very grateful for the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Their understanding and quick response turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

I have a certain affection for this hotel; I've stayed here multiple times.
Price is always great.

Continental breakfast is awful but that might just be my snobby tastes.

This particular stay toilet wasn't properly cleaned (some residual urine splash behind the lid) and possibly black mold on the wall!?!?

Overall decent stay. Like I said I keep coming back!

Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options.

Room was reasonably clean. However there was long dark hair in the tub, carpet needed vacuumed and furniture needed dusted. The bed was very comfortable.

Both hot tub and pool were a nice temperature, both needed cleaning, especially the hot tub with very noticeable brown \"scum\" stuck to the sides.

We ate at the restaurant. Food was good.

The staff were awesome but the place is falling apart. Photos made the courtyard area with the pool look so nice, but the pool is freezing and dirty, and the hot tub was nasty. I've never seen a hot tub visibly dirty. I wiped brown/yellow sludge off with my finger. I thought surely it must be a stain and not sludge in the hot tub. I was wrong. The breakfast wasnt very good either. The bathrooms had black mold in them. I requested for a crib when I booked the room as it said I could. When we got in the room there was no crib. I called the front desk and they said I only booked for 2 queen beds not for a crib... I said but its included on your website. Then they gave me one. Says its under renovations but theres no work being done anywhere visible. Definitely needs a lot of work!

The first one thing that we noticed when we walked into our room was how outdated it was, and the smell. Then we noticed how dirty it was. The walls were smeared and splattered with grime, the ceiling tiles were in disrepair there was some damage in the walls in the bathroom and the faucet in the bathtub was dripping to the point it was basically a steady stream. There was also gouges on some furniture and the armoire for the refrigerator did not close completely. The TV setup was very old there was no way to watch any kind of streaming service like other hotels. There was also no pay-per-view option and the remote control did not actually match the TV nor did it match the instructions on the television. The bedding was clean and we did pull up the bedding to inspect the mattresses and those seemed to have been recently replaced. We had to request someone come clean the splattered walls multiple times before someone came. No other rooms available so we didn't ask to change. Had to ask 3 times for out cot we paid for. The pool area seemed nice, but the pool itself was very dirty. The side walls of the pool were actually slippery with grime and there was a collection of dirt and hair at the bottom. The pool also smelt like dirty water and too much chlorine. There was a koi fish pond and that was quite enjoyable to look at, I feel like this hotel would have had potential at one point in time. Breakfast was ok, no complaints on breakfast. Very run down hotel.

Upon arrival I went to put our drinks in the fridge and there was milk and some mold at the bottom of the fridge. We promptly told front desk so that they could send someone to clean. The Keurig machine water had not been emptied - and must not have been for a while as the water was brown. Overall the room was not the cleanest. There were two brown splotches on the walls by the bed.

The following morning I awoke to several ants eating a piece of popcorn that had fallen on the floor by the fridge. I also found ants under my infant son’s lounger that was in one of the beds. All I could think is we usually get takeout at hotels and place the boxes by that garbage since they don’t fit and that would’ve been absolutely disgusting.

Expedia tried to reach out and I believe were dodged by the management. Reached out via Wyndham and currently waiting for management to contact us directly. They did not answer their text system and front desk only said they would check the room after we checked out early morning.

Our stay at the Ramada in Fredericton was far from being an enjoyable experience. I guess to make it a little more easy to follow along by giving you a list. Lets start with there was a set of drapes missing from our room window which let the only parking lot light that was twisted up so it pointed straight into our room. The bathroom door was covered in mold, the shower head did not work and was falling apart, wallpaper was coming off the wall, light shades were broken. Cabinets were missing pulls, screws were coming out of rooms security lock. The wash room at the pool area had a clogged toilet for at least two days. The house keeping staff took a used paper coffee cup an stacked it on the clean wrapped coffee cups. The pool area was not cleaned for the entire time we were there. If you would like I can provide photos for you. Also on check out the front desk staff refused to provide me with a receipt. We will definitely will not be going back there unless thing change drastically and we will not be recommending for anyone to stay there as well.

This was a don’t-take-your-shoes-off type of hotel room. Carpets that aren’t cleaned, old curtains that aren’t cleaned, and only after I had tossed my kids my extra pillow from my bed (in the dark) and slept on the remaining one did I notice the black mold on it. Probably just staining from previous, but nasty all the same.

The pool area was fun for the kids but there were paint chips in the pool, black-mold-caked ceiling fans blowing their goods around, and rust/paint peeling off of the steel beams above.

One positive was that the pool area is set up with lots of tables and chairs and we had beer and no one bothered us, however one of our group was escorted out by the manager for ordering in a pizza even though their restaurant is completely separate to this area. Ridiculous!

The kids had a great time but avoid if you’re looking for a mold-free environment, are asthmatic, or just value cleanliness, this is a definite no.

- TV kept cutting in and out.
- Hotel did not prepare enough food for complimentary breakfast (there were kids hockey teams staying). They did not replenish.
- After front desk staff asked if we were part of the hockey team and we said no, they no longer treated us like guests. They seemed annoyed to have to deal with us. All we did was check in, ask for an additional roll of toilet paper the next day, and check out.
- The little toiletries in bathroom were used. They were not new.
- There was nothing on website saying that there was no elevator. Had I known, I would have requested a main floor room for accessibility reasons.

I booked a room for my daughters birthday, and honestly so disappointing. when we arrived, the bed sheet was off a corner of the bed, made poorly looked like somebody had been in it. urine all over the back of the toilet. hair all over the bathroom and in the tub. there was mold under the soap holder in the tub due to broken tiles etc. wallpaper falling off the walls everywhere. it looked like we were staying in an abandoned hotel. the hallway was disgusting, not vacuumed, food on the floor, reeked of cigarette smoke. there was also a hockey tournament so it was pretty loud and the pool over crowded. I feel they should let you know before you book if theres an event. Ended up switching rooms, it looked a little more inviting but still not very clean. Until they speak to housekeeping and up their standards, I will book elsewhere and advise people to also. Definitely not worth 180$ that I spent.

The staff at the front desk was nice, the manager took the time to listen to what I had to say regarding the room and was understanding but we expected better, especially for the price we paid for the room. “Not the cheapest they have” The room was mad dusty, the lamps, the bathroom vent, even the holes in the walls were full of dust and the hole was big enough to fit a dog in, hole was covered by a simple piece of wood that came off easily. There was a hair on the sink of the bathroom and in the shower, there was pieces of dry wall in one corner of the room, the wifi would not work on console nor Google Chrome, was stuck watching regular cable for 3 days but the biggest concern was the mold in the ice machine, it was bad and the hot tub seemed to be in deep need for a cleaning, at some point there was brown bubbles starting and that’s when we just gave up. We did not dare try the breakfast as if the room, ice machine and hot tub are in those conditions, I can’t imagine the kitchen. Towels are very small but ask front desk and they gave us more, “not the greatest but it works” again, the staff was really nice but the room, environment and state of the hotel’s cleanliness needs intensive change.

Our stay was poor. The staff were courteous, however their ability to control the cretinous neanderthals next to us were completely ineffective. They were being very loud well past 1 am and had been asked twice to rein it in. We ended up moving rooms which solved our immediate issue but it still meant that we did not have a good night's sleep before continuing on our drive. The offending cretins should have been charged for our stay and we should have been issued a full refund as we did not receive what we had paid for, a good night's stay.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The atrium with the pool, hot tub, fountain, and breakfast service was a really cool theme. Breakfast itself was great, with lots of optiins. The property is definitely dated and needs a refresher, but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Immediately the fishtank in the lobby, has an excessive amount of amonia clouding up the glass. The staff member who checked us in was lovely. Everything was standard but extremely dated. We booked a business class which was more expensive because it had a couch. It did not have a couch that the pictures had. The chair it did have, the spings were entirely flattened. The bathroom had hairs on the floor, there were broken tiles, and some that had been roughly plastered almost glued back in. The toilet handle was barely hanging on, and seemed like it was going to fall off. The showerhead was a Frankenstein, if it was moved it would uncontrollably spray water all over the already water stained dropped ceiling. The bed was nice. The pool room seemed to have black mould on the roof and all of the balcony rooms overlook the indoor pool/ hottub. It was akward to use because of how few people were staying and making eye contact with people sitting on their balcony, and people sitting in their room. The was no vending machine aside from energy drinks. The TV had an extremely limited amount of chanels and was not a smart tv, so connecting it to the internet was not an option. The art throughout the hotel was pretty amazing. From a local artist.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was too disgusting and unclean. It was a one night stay after a long road trip, and we couldn’t even shower because the bathroom was so disgusting. The bathtub was moldy and filled with grime. The shower curtain was so dirty with to many brown spots. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. I am super disappointed in this stay and would have moved if it was more than one night. It was late and we just needed to rest.

The room itself was also disgusting and dirty and needs a really serious deep clean. There was dust and grim everywhere (the lamps, computer chair, furniture, etc.) I would not even talk about the rug flooring. We tried not to remove our shoes. The bed skirt had rips and tears at each corner and so did the sofa. The outlets need to be updated because they are too loose to hold plugs. Things were rusty and everything was just plain nasty. We left as soon as the sun came up.

Please do not stay here. Use your money elsewhere. The photos that show the room are not accurately displaying the conditions of the place.

My kids and I love this hotel for its pool and setup. We love getting a room with a balcony to the pool where we can leave our dog and still see it when we are in the pool area. We appreciate the restaurant being close to the pool area as well. It is all very convenient for us.

No Smoking signs were posted at each entrance.....no smoking 30 feet from property....this was NOT enforced at ANY entrance so each time you entered or left, you were greeted with a cloud of smoke. The markings for the entrance at night weren't great. It was hard to see in the dark, where the entrance was if you missed the one by the garage (which we did).

Room is very dirty and needs repair. Shower drain is clogged with hair, blood stain on bed, pool area stinks, toilet is barely attached to the wall. Would not recommend or stay again

I recently stayed at this Ramada location and was quite disappointed with several aspects of my experience. The building is noticeably outdated and lacks an elevator, which made moving luggage inconvenient. The bathroom was in need of renovation and better upkeep—the tissue box was empty, the toilet paper holder was broken, and overall cleanliness could have been improved.

The bedroom carpet was also dirty, which added to the feeling that the room was not well maintained. Wifi was not stable: kept disconnected.

Although breakfast was complimentary, the quality was underwhelming. The hash browns and eggs were bland, and the coffee was so weak that it tasted more like water than coffee. Given Ramada’s reputation, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.

Balcony room was really nice but with no elevator it was difficult. I didn't like that when i asked for a first floor room due to a disability they weren't accommodating. They breakfast was a very good variety and it was tasty. The restaurant service and food was good. A little pricy for some of the dishes.
