We did not, stay, we asked for a refund because the place was not cleaned at all. The front desk guy offered us a better room, but we were already disgusted.

Check in was perfect and very quick, the room was beautiful and spacious with a kitchenette. The property grounds could use some TLC, AC worked, fireplace, large tv an cupboards had dishes and cookware included, along with a full sized fridge!

The room was clean, the area around the outside was not. Lots of garbage on the grass areas. Our dog we were traveling with got I'll from the trash.
Also they charged us for our service dog, my husband is a disabled veteran and the dog is required for his everyday life.

Bathroom was dirty, room was cramped and not cleaned, smelled like cigarette smoke. Area didn't feel safe. We checked out within 20mins of checking in. Absolutely a waste of time and money. Staff refused any type of refund or help what so ever.

Everything was great except they have some tenants who live on-site that had very little respect for guests. This is quite common in these older Motels. They act like they own the place and have 0 regard for anyone else. Long term tennents are bad for business. Two units in paticular were conversing across the parking lot (yelling) with eachother when they could have easily just sat down together to hang out. Common courtesy and sense but I suppose some people living in motels wouldn't have that . Dogs barking and getting excited was a result of humans being loud. Honestly I did not sleep very well at all and suggest any guests request to be on the front side of the building. The staff are amazing.. they actually moved me to that room upon my request because my first one/headboard was against the laundry room and I had to go to bed early. Both staff I've encountered were the nicest people, very apologetic, very accommodating. But they need to get those tenants in-check or evict them.

I never made it to my reservation, i called to cancel due to a snow storm, and was charged full price. I was going to travel a few hours to stay there for a wrestling tournament that was canceled due to dangerous weather. I made the reservation, and tried to cancel not even 12 hours later, and was still charged. I will never used that hotel or Expedia again!! As a single mom, i won't be fooled again by these awful tricks.

Lacks maintenance. Most lights in the room where out. Power outlets next to the desk are not working. Drain in the sink is blocked. You get dirty fingers opening the window. Doona without washable cover.

Idk about pets, i was waiting to the breakfast open at 7 and won't open. Then I left at 8 a.m and still closed, In the sign by the door say 7 a.m until 10 a.m the breakfast. If I paid I must to had my breakfast. Another thing i cannot sleep peaceful, i heard to much stuff around, children cry, teenage fight, adult scoring. I never will come back!

We couldn't get the heat to work right, couldn't get the descriptive audio turned off the tv, had to move the bed in order to see the tv from where it was and discovered the bed was put there to cover up flooring coming up and they have never cleaned under it

The staff was so friendly! Our room was clean and cozy and quiet. It reminded us of the Mom and Pop places we used to find along the highway on our '90's road trips--unpretentious, inexpensive, friendly and comfortable. Hot water was great, good wifi and tv reception. Breakfast was basic but everything was fresh and tasty. We'll definitely be back!

Floors were dirty, it needed to be swept. When using the faucet for the sink and shower you have to let the hot water run for 5-10 minutes. I had a shower and didn't have to use the cold water at all. Bed wasn't comfortable, but you get
What you paid for. For that price you can't beat it. Staff was friendly I will say that. Also WiFi at the room I was staying wasn't really accessable. It was free but the signal was horrible. But like I said it was cheap.. if your looking just for a place just to sleep and don't care about anything this is the place to go.

Staff very friendly but unfortunately do not speak English well enough to understand. The first page advertising the motel says \"Dogs & cats allowed.\" with no mention of a fee. I was surprised to arrive and be charged $20/night for my dog. Now that I look at more details on Expedia, I see that they charge $15/night. This should be clear on first page. Dogs & cats allowed for a fee.

The property is old but the units have been renovated to be decent. However, there is lots of room for aesthetic improvements of the property and to clean up garbage and cigarette butts from the weird long term residents.

Breakfast is only served until 9:30 and should be available until at least 10am on weekends. We did not eat breakfast at all there because we were ready at 9:30.

THERE IS NO INTERNET. They seem to have many different internet accounts to use. We called and texted a total of 6 times Saturday night. However, in the end, I gave up and we had to watch a movie from our smartphone. I asked for my pet deposit back to pay for the inconvenience and the manager smiled with no answer.

This motel was horrible the rooms smelled like smoke I couldn't stand it,q and the floors were literally shaking cause of drunk people next door. Also the tissues and towels were so dirty, And they expect us to drink from the tap water?? No it was dirty so great no water for me I guess. Also please change the smell my mom is alrigic to smoke and the room was filled with smoke I sprayed the whole room with perfume and still could smell it it was a disgusting smell.

Paper thin walls , parking spot infront of our room was taken by other guests that partied til 4:20am.Bathroom fan was hilarious sounded like a basement monster then the motor just moans probably a fire waiting to happen.But I guess for $113.00 that's what you get.

The Inn is very close to airport and UNB. Not far from shopping centres and downtown. We enjoyed our stay. We were given an upgrade from standard room to a suite which was nice to have a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, keurig, and sofa for the 5 days we were there. The rooms are very clean. They are working on renovating all the rooms. The breakfast had enough choices, too. Oh! and it had coin-operated laundry. Owners and staff very accommodating. We even gave them our milk, cream, water and drinks that we didn't open and couldn't take with us because we were flying back to Winnipeg. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

Staff was very friendly, although I only seen one staff member our whole stay. The room was fairly clean, sheets were clean. My only complaint was the smell of musty cigarettes upon arrival to the room. As well as the wafting smell of weed and cigarettes throughout the night. Not sure if the smoke was coming through the bathroom vents from outside or someone was smoking in a nearby room, but it was very strong.

This is an older motel that has been adequately maintained. It was clean, nothing was broken, but it is very basic. There seem to be some longer term guest that hang out in the parking lot. Lots of folks there smoking and chatting. We had the police banging on our door at 6:15am, as someone had reported a fight in another room and they wanted to know if we had heard anything. It was an experience, to say the least.

The first room we were offered was at the back of the property. The online photos are of the front of the motel. The back is nothing like this. It is dirty smells of cigarettes, alcohol, and weed. There looks to be some permanent residents around the back. The rooms are supposed to be non smoking, but the first room smelled of cigarettes. We asked to be moved and were moved to a room at the front.

The floor slopes towards one side and bounces under foot. The flooring isn’t laid properly and some boards are higher than others, the sheets smell dusty, the bathroom has mould in the grout, the TV didn’t work properly.

Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else

The staff was so friendly and hard working, but this was way overpriced for just the stereotypical not nice motel. It wasn't even in a convenient area to make it worth it. The rooms were super outdated, the window A/C unit was so loud and rattling all night, the sink was coming off the wall, and it just felt run down.

Lincoln inn is located perfectly for travellers that want to go to different places everyday. It is 1.5 hours from the Bay of Fundy and a little over 3 hours from PEI. Whale watching is a little over an hour away also. The price of accommodations makes it well worth it.

When we arrived at the stay it was raining and the staff did not even bother to open the office door for us. They asked us to get the key from under the doormat!!

When we opened our room it smelled very stinky. The bathtub smelled of mold and was dirty. The bedsheets were so dirty and one of the beds had insects on it. The pillow covers had stains and smelled. We were on a 10 day road trip and none of the places that we stayed were this worse. We are regular travellers and have stayed at many places but this was the worst experience ever!!

They mentioned that their breakfast was not fully open yet but some refreshments would be available. There was only bread and coffee and the bread was stale!! The toaster was so dirty.

Never stay at this place!

We checked in, got the key, went in the room, stayed for 20 minutes and then left… Hairs, crumbs, stains, you name it, it was probably on that bed. Grass and other random things were on the carpet. Stains of who knows what on the headboard. Overall if we could rate this place a 0 star we would. We stayed in room 27 and after being in there for 20 minutes and looked at some other reviews, we found a couple more horrible reviews about this same room.
