Staff was super from arrival till departure.Although the hallway rugs were dilapidated the bed and bedding was very clean and new. Confortable sleep with windows that actually open. Breakfast was very generous and fresh.

This was an okay stay.

Pros, clean room and common areas, staff was great, beds comfy and had a mini fridge and microwave in room. Free parking and breakfast.

Cons, this is a dated hotel, but the worst was the pool area. Sauna not working, hot tub has a very odd design and no really comfy way to sit or enter, and there was significant dirt all around it and inside. I left it right away sadly.

This is the second or third time we book at this hotel - they renovated over the years and the staff are great. I wish they had better parking control because when we arrived from our evening the slot assigned to our room (we paid for a drive-up room) was taken. Overall consistently decent experience every time we go.

We had an enjoyable stay. We felt well taken care of. Nice breakfast and we enjoyed the pool area as well.
Pool water was very cold, though.
However, the hot tub was great.

Well here we go!! 15 hour trip and ended up at the Days Inn Wyhdam, in Fredricton NB, after booking quickly with Expedia. Check in at hotel was quick and pleasant! We dragged our very tired middle aged bodies to the room with most of our luggage. The bed LOOKED amazing however when we turned down the covers, thats when it went downhill. There were short black hairs over all the pillows and various black hairs on the bottom sheet. We are white haired and red, NOT black! It was late and we were very tired so slept on top of the bed with some car blankets. Upon checkout the next am we informed the manager politely and asked if she could make it right with a partial refund. She would not budge and said because we booked through Expedia, there was nothing she could do. Additionally she said we should have alerted the staff the previous evening however we had been extremely tired and didn't relish the thought of moving room and luggage. Rhe mamagwr blamed Expedia for a lack of any return or compensation! Upon exiting the lobby, another patron stopped and told us, hey man, i just heard that and we had the same thing on our bed last night.
So am i happy, NOT BLOODY LIKELY! Oh, and just in case you think i am a prima donna. I have never had to write a bad review, I have always tried to find positive things to say and experience. Visitors beware of this hotel, the Days Inn at Wyndam in Fredricton. Oh almost forgot, here is a photo of the clean ( Not) toilet seat.

Be advised that \"pet friendly\" for a fee means they only have 1 type of room available with ONLY double beds. So even though I paid for 2 queen beds, I was informed that wouldn't be what I was getting. The \"pet friendly\"room had wires hanging off the back of the TV, the volume didn't work so we had to call the front desk and a nice gentleman (who was terrified of dogs) came and wiggled a few wires to get the volume to work. The light fixture above the sink was hanging off the wall and I would say the local restaurant uses the grass area in the back of the hotel to dump their restaurant grease as my dog found this and rolled around in it leaving her coated in grease all weekend. You get what you pay for...I suggest spending your $150+ per night elsewhere!

Uncomfortable beds, no noise cancelling in the floors, people upstairs walked around until 1am both nights making it impossible to sleep, staff called me a liar, in behind beds looked like they had never been cleaned, old furniture, I wouldn’t even allow my children to use the pool/hot tub.

The front desk staff were very nice but the hotel is very run down, the bed sagged in the middle, I could hear road noise through the vented heating system. The cleaning staff had black garbage bags in many places and no carts to clean but grocery bags to carry supplies. The breakfast was fairly good and staff there was friendly. We had a hard time finding parking when we got back in the evening. Fredericton was busy this weekend so I think the hotel was full. I would not stay again.

When we got to the room we found beer cans, belongings from another person, we left them in the room when we checked out a day early due to not wanting to stay any longer. Staff was not very helpful or professional. I called front desk to ask where the towels were for the pool i was told that i had to go to front desk to get a towel due to covid, the hot tub was cold and i no matter what i did i couldnt get it warm, the whole pool area looks very unclean i left the pool area after being in there less then 20 min, the restaurant was gross tables were dirty, as im dried on food, the floors looked as they have never seen broom or a mop, the bar area was dusty and gross looking. And the bar tender spent more time on her phone then anything else. The breakfast its self was great and it closes at 10:30am which is fine but the guy taking care of the area tried to shut it down early he came up to my child and i as we were eating at about 9:50 asked if we were done or if we wanted more food then he started packing everything up even when other guest were coming to eat as it wasnt 10:30 yet. My over all experience was horrible and ill never stay there again.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast delicious and bountiful. The room clean with obvious upgrades, some other upgrades needed, but did not hinder our stay or experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. I loved that we could park right outside our room and were able to come and go through the outside door. But also had a door connection to the hallway inside.

the entire site was covered in ice - the outside rooms such as 306 where I stayed I slipped and fell at 7:30am Saturday morning - went to the office too report this and it was like a who cares attitude - I asked if they could please put some salt down - left for the day and upon my return at 8:15pm the same night NO salt had been spread on all the ice

This hotel is very outdated. There is no elavator anf all of the carpets througout the hotel are awful. I rented the delux suite . There were fruit flies in the room in what seemed like an infinate amount. There was what looked to be a large urine stain on one of the sheets near the bottom of the bed. There were sketchy looking people smokjng right outside of thre side enterances. I dont remcommed.

An older hotel the lobby and entranceway could use some updating. I think the biggest thing is to get rid of the carpet. There is a musty smell upon entrance. Having said that, though my room was excellent the carpet had been removed and there was laminate floor the bathroom was spotless and had a bath fitter shower. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely return.

Staff did nothing about the noise throughout the night. Two teams stayed at hotel and ran up and down hallways and pounded on doors randomly all night long. They even played hockey in the hallways. Cameras everywhere, wasn't like the staff couldn't see this happening

Honestly what did go great?? There was mold in the pool bathroom. The ceiling was falling in the bathroom. My bathroom door didn’t shut in my room. There was hair on the walls. There was gunk in my tub. The light switches were flipped??
Honestly I would never recommend that place. It’s disgusting. And the hot tub was nasty. There was a live wire in the hall.

Room was clean but very small.
Very little room between the end of the bed and dresser/fridge/table area.
There was no carpet or even rug by the door. It is winter therefore the floor was quite wet from the snow from our boots that made a mess. And you can’t avoid it as the front door is right next to the entry way to the bathroom.
We reserved a room for 4 and there was only 3 towels and couple face clothes for everyone to share.
Coffee machine but no stir sticks or spoons to even stir your coffee. Just minor inconveniences.

Also found it noisy, kids running up and down the halls till 1030.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I had early mornings so did not get a chance to try it. A breakfast on the go offer would have been nice. Only real issues was the fan in the bathroom was loud, the hair dryer did not work (forgot to tell then as had my own) and the heat pump was loud. The common areas could use an upgrade asbits been touched up only. The front desk staff were super nice and accommodating with staying an extra night.
