Albeit the room was clean however the entire facility was really dated. The room AC was very load along with the bathroom vent. The hallway had a very bad smell like it was very old and musty. The pool facility was also dated with mold on the window frames near the hot tub. I’m not sure why they made you get pool towels from the front desk but left the wet towels in the pool area.

Clean room, wonderful friendly staff, excellent breakfast, free parking. Within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Only charged us a fair $10 extra for our little 10 lb dog. Would stay here again.

No elevator and few entrances made access to the convoluted floor plan inconvenient. The queen room was small, cramped and in need of renovation. However the rates were low and the included breakfast was good. Controls on the AC were so awkward the only way my wife could reach them was to stand on the desk!

I thought the breakfast was unusually good for this class of hotel including real dishes and cutlery (not the disposable ones), fresh fruit, eggs, waffles, sausage etc. and good coffee. Continuously replenished during the rush.
Helpful staff. Cold mini fridge. Hot shower with lots of pressure.
Just a brief stop enroute to elsewhere but more than met our needs.

This place is not known for its cleanliness. We found our room was dirty. The towels had dirt marks on them as well as BLACK CURLY HAIRS. Disgusting. Staff were very nice though, it's a nice property. But I wouldn't say clean.

It is a dated hotel but ok for a night while traveling. Room was fairly clean and bathroom was excellent. The hallways needed up dating and cleaning, there was a smell of cooking in the lobby. Breakfast was very good with hot food options.

Was disturbed to have the cleaning staff trying to come into the room with a sign on the door. They knocked and then started to come after we said we were still using the room. A member of our family was still sleeping (they work night shift). The cleaning staff were also loudly talking across the hallways at 9am in the morning. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable (maintaience hours being 9am-10am was inconvenient timing - prior to the pool opening or after checkout time would have been better). The pool bathroom and showers (right after maintenance time had yellow coloured paper towel pieces on the walls, bathroom floor, and shower floor and there was yellow liquid around the toilet. Breakfast lacked a variety of fruits, the eggs were very liquidy, and there were no dairy free options for coffee or cereal.

Room clean but very outdated. No real communication with staff other than the check in which was average. Breakfast i went in and cold breakfast along with scrambled eggs and waffles. How ever the kitchen staff was seen standing out side kitchen door with latex bloor gloves on smoking a cigarette, then reach to the ground picked something up and toss away. Blue glove on when I went in. Parking adequate. Wouldn't recommend this particular stay

I was far from pleased with my stay. The photos of the deluxe suite are far from what the place actually was.

Floors were marked up & beginning to raise where the boards were connected.

The desk & bed frame were both scratched up awful.

Listened to the plumbing all night long from other rooms.

I was embarrassed by what the room was, trying to have a nice get away with my partner while in town for a wedding. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

This hotel was rated as good on the website that I booked it through but it was an okay place. Older hotel that is in need of upgrades. It was clean but doesn’t look clean as it is not well maintained. Breakfast was decent, parking was fine, close to restaurants & shopping. Staff were very nice & helpful.

Property was not clean at all. I stayed long back in one another property of Days inn, but after this stay I will try to avoid staying in days inn. Pool was dirty, hallways were not clean, even open pool at back of the hotel was left open with water in it, this could create more problems for people staying there as it is not maintained and very dirty.
Breakfast area was very small and doesn’t seems fresh.

I stayed at the Days Inn in May,2026 as I had some business to attend to in Fredericton . The hotel is a little tired but the rooms are very clean and the staff is great. I had booked this thru Expedia for 3 nights and I finished a day earlier than expected. The hotel manager graciously credited me for the 3rd night. The included breakfast had scrambled eggs, toast, fruit and juice, etc. I did not eat at the Resturant. The rooms are clean, the desk is functional and the bed and chairs are great. If I was to complain about anything it would be the internet. It was slow and was down for a while on the last day. It's likely I will stay there again, which might be the most important part of this review.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The pool and hot tub water were not clean, which made them not usable and the breakfast was also disappointing. The overall upkeep of the room was poor, with damaged flooring and sections coming apart. For the price, the property did not feel well maintained or worth the cost. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Unfortunately this hotel was very dirty. The air conditioner was blowing out massive chunks of dirt. The heat register was FULL of dirt and hair. The linens were all stained. The stair cases had dirt, chunks of things, and the walls had holes in them and dents. The pool had a large, thick layer or grime on the tiles. I didn’t even go in it. The hot tub was green. If the hotel was clean it would’ve been fine but it was very dirty and it was as if the hotel has been taken over and just let go and doing the absolute bare minimum.

Carpets from front desk to rooms smell so bad!! They need to be ripped out and replaced with laminate flooring. Unfortunately we had to walk through motel then up a couple of flights of stairs. I have mobility issues. The room was clean but very out dated but what was worse, the toilet is sooo low. Not hip replacement friendly or anyone with mobility issues.
The breakfast was very good. Hot foods. Attendant at breakfast very helpful and friendly. Decided not to stay a second night due to room and bathroom facilities.

Low toilet- I have mobility issues and have extreme difficulty if I sit on anything thats los.

Mattress needs turning. One side of bed was used by people getting in and out. You had to make sure you slept in middle of bed so as not to roll out of it
