The room was clean, comfortable bed, with great temperature control. It was perfect for us two. If you have mobility issues, (walk with cane, crutches, walker) I would go with a bigger room. Great room. Outdoor entrance and lobby was very classy. It provided health supplies (brush, toothbrush , toothpaste, skincare products, tea, coffee) if needed. Staff was very kind and let us store luggage for an hour after we checked out and even called a cab for us. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Great location…shopping, restaurants, and train station within walking distance.

That was a pleasant 3-night stay at Hotel Plumm in Yokohama. We really liked the hotel’s location and how clean everything was. I would have given more stars if there were a more affordable breakfast option or at least complimentary drinks during breakfast.

We also had an issue at the airport — the airline broke the wheel on our suitcase, and we asked the Plumm staff if they could dispose of it. They agreed, but we were charged 5,000 yen (around CAD 50) for disposal. We didn’t really have a choice, so we paid it.

The laundry service costs 500 yen and only accepts cash, which also felt a bit pricey.

Other than that, it’s a nice hotel overall — clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

Public bath on B1 was great. My wife had an issue with one of the cleaning ladies who more or less ignored my wife’s request. My wife reported her attitude to the front desk. My only complaint was the toilet paper. The paper was so thin so you had to use a lot otherwise your finger would break the paper as you are wiping your OKOLE.

The hotel located in an area accessible to the train station. Not very close to the tourist area though. The hotel offers a public bath. We didn’t use it but it looked nice. The rooms are decent for the price. Staffers are nice and friendly. Overall a good experience.

Great staff who spoke English very well. They were very helpful making sure that our taxi driver knew where we wanted to go! Close to train station 5-7 minute walk. Would return in the future. Breakfast was extra (yen) but it was worth the money - lots of food and 3 choices (English, Chinese or Japanese style).

I stayed for 6 nights and it was really amazing stay! The room is actually spacious for one person. Walkable to lots of places; restaurants, mall, and to Yokohama station. There's construction around the area, but it's not a bother at all. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. One thing though, the vending machines seems don't accept the new bills. Overall, I had a great stay, and will surely stay again here!

Only had a short stay, 3-4 hours but the hotel fulfilled all our needs. Quick check in and the girls on front desk were very helpful and decent in understanding and speaking english.
Even had a scales for last minute checking of our luggage in the lobby.

The hotel is well located 10min from Yokohama Railway Station. Room was quite small but clean. The twin bed was pushed against the wall and thus not comfortable to get in and out for a second person.

It was a nice property within 15 min walking distance of the nearest trainstation. The personal showers were amazing. Bed was comfy. The vending machines were a bit lacking in what you could get though. Toilet was not fit for someone above 5'6, as a 6\"2 man it was a little akward but i could make it work.

All the staff was amazing. Most speak some English so it's not that difficult to communicate. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. The hotel itself was not far from Yokohama station and very conveniently located. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Japan!

Also, they will store your luggage before check-in time and help you ship it to your next destination!

10 min walk to Yokohama Station, not an issue if travelling light. Comfortable bed, clean facilities, nice amenities, convenient coin laundry, enjoyed the public bath. Only thing is I wish we had 2 keys so my roommate didn't have to come along or wait in the room to open the door when I wanted to go to the bath, for example. The key is required to have power in the room. Maybe they would have given me an extra if I asked? Anyway, perfect and affordable stay. Friendly staff.

Short distance from the Yokohama Station. Walking time about 8-10 min with luggage. A lot of shops and 24h food stores around. Nice little small room. Just nice for one person. Available public bath in basement floor. Room service and cleaning only on request. Stayed only 2 days, so no need. Will hope to choose this place again in future if I return to Yokohama.

Quite close to Yokohama station in what sees like a business area, I was only here for 1 night ahead of a cruise but a very nice hotel. They took in my bags before check-in and had taken them up to my room when I came back at check-in time. Nice breakfast, choice between Japanese and Western.
