¡Un hotel maravilloso! La construcción y la decoración son luminosas y modernas en todo el establecimiento. El personal fue muy amable y profesional. Me sentí bienvenido y respetado.
Las habitaciones estaban completamente limpias y bien equipadas con ropa de cama limpia, artículos de tocador y edredones adicionales. Me tocó una habitación grande y muy cómoda, con bastante espacio de almacenamiento.
El único inconveniente fueron los enchufes: solo había uno debajo del escritorio y ninguno cerca de la cama.
Me encantó el menú del restaurante y la calidad de la comida. Hay muchísimas opciones para elegir, incluso para una estadía de una semana. También me encantó el área de asientos en la azotea.
Además, el hotel está en una ubicación muy conveniente: hay un casino a una cuadra, así como dos farmacias y tiendas de conveniencia cerca.
Me dio mucha pena tener que irme del Libre Hotel. ¡Muchísimas gracias por recibirme!

Breakfast OK, many places locally with wide range of choices.
I found that I could not access the internet unless i switched off VPN. No such issue in cafes etc

We stayed for one night after completing the Cusco Peru circuit. It felt like slipping back into a comfy, luxurious cocoon. The room was big enough for 3 people, TV channels in English and a well appointed bathroom. Each floor has hot and cold water dispenser which was great as we didn't need to buy water. We could just refill.
The breakfast was not very varied but it was enough. Might get boring if you had to have the same thing for a few days.
The location is quite convenient. We walked everywhere but taxis are just as easy!

The service was friendly and polite. We felt like valued guests.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I did not like was that my room’s bathroom had a bad urine smell when I arrived. I let the concierge know and they sent someone to clean it and mop the floors. Other than that everything was good.

Average hotel in terms of basic room and service, in good location for miraflores. Check in - friendly and helpful staff.... slow to respond to messages on WA and hotels.com, had a problem with my ac remote and had to wait a day for someone to come... never fixed the problem as it was intermittent... workers in my room when I returned from being out, not notified in advance and they came back again and bothered me when I was trying to rest and had the do not disturb sign up, but they were very friendly at least... staff generally not that friendly, didn't greet you coming in or out usually... breakfast was good, varying selection...

The hotel was good, it was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was what’s usual in Peru but okay. When we booked the room with balcony we were hoping to sit outside in the evening with a nice view and a glass of wine. Well that didn’t work. Because the „balcony“ was surrounded by walls on all sides and a lot of floors above us. I took a picture but don’t know how to attach.

We changed from Arawi Miraflores Express to move into this hotel and we are satisfied with it. The hotel is updated, convenient location, and has filtered Hot, Cold, and Room Temperature water cooler on each level by the elevator which is highly appreciated. I have stayed at Arawi Miraflores Prime in the past and I think I prefer that location over this one but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I always look for 4 things when I stay in a smaller hotel. Good safe location, sound proof rooms, good comfortable beds., and A/C. This place seemed to cover what I look for, but I stayed on the 7th floor. They have the roof set up like a nice terrace with several lounge settings. I did not know they hold events up there so loud music until 11:00 and then at 7:30 am they start cleaning up rolling stuff pounding. Really terrible for a guests that want to rest.
Beds are hard and uncomfortable.
Shower was not working properly or super hot water or cold water.
Some outlets are old so they are lose. They have a mix of American and European outlets. So you need adapter

Courteous staff:
staff is courteous and friendly. Especially Renato during breakfast was very polite courteous and making sure we had all we needed to have a pleasant breakfast. Laura at front desk always smiling,and help me with several things I needed during my stay.
Good location
Located close in the heart of Miraflores walking distance to most all points of interest in Miraflores. Larcomar, parque Kennedy, restaurants shopping all around.

I was debating between 2-3 stars. Renato and Laura were so nice during my stay, thanks to them this place got 3 stars.

Great hotel in a great location, big room and bathroom. Shower was very powerful and the Wifi was fast. I was in room 207 which could be noisy at times due to the room above it, i heard chairs regulary being moved for cleaning the floor and banging.
I would still recommend this hotel though. You'll also find a water point on each floor.

We definitely would stay here again. Hotel was in a great location and the customer service was excellent. Breakfast was fresh and a great variety of items to choose. The only negative thing we could say and the reason it does not get an overall 5 star rating was that the hotel rents out the rooftop patio for private events, which occurred while we were there. There is no view from the rooftop so it wasn't someplace we would have spent any time, but the event was so loud the music could be heard all the way to the lobby. The way the hotel is designed with the other buildings around you could hear the music down the street. In our room we could not take a small nap or even hear the tv because it was so loud. When we left to go to dinner, the police were there but nothing was apparently done about the noise, and when we returned 3 hrs later the event was still going on. The event did end at 10 pm which we were thankful for because we had to get up at 4am to go to the airport. Other than that one issue the place was great and the staff were wonderful. The front desk person also recommended the restaurant nearby Punto Azul which we ended up eating at twice during our 3 night stay because it was so good and the customer service was amazing!

Nice staff, clean space. But the building did not have heat, it’s winter in Lima and they don’t have central heating? They brought up a small personal heater for me, but the fact that the facility lacked such a basic necessity when it costs close to $100 a night is wild. Would not recommend!

We loved this hotel! We stayed 7 nights and we had an amazing stay, felt very safe and the staff was friendly and helpful with everything. May I mention the breakfast??? The breakfast was 5 stars, fresh fruit, milk juices, cereals and some Peruvian flavors in breakfast too. Location was great, about 10 minutes walk to parque Kennedy and to all the Miraflores stores, they can arrange for taxi to the airport. We recommend this hotel not 100 but 1000 percent!

Hotel was quiet, super-modern, chic and centric. 2 blocks from the Metropolitan that got you into downtown Lima. 2 very close supermarkets so small fridge was handy for snacks or quick lunches. We had room 609 - you could not hear street noise and it seemed well insulated from other rooms. Free hot breakfast was delicious and varied every day. The only small flaw is that during almost all of our 7 night stay our room was cleaned very late in the day (past 3) and no amount of requesting got it done early. It was, however, cleaned very well.

Breakfast was very good and schedules were accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel for adult travelers, not very suitable for kids.

We loved this property. It is exceptionally clean and modern. It's in a great location and the breakfast is wonderful.

The problem is that we didn't sleep well either of the two nights we were there. The first night we were in a room on the 7th floor, directly below the terraza. Just after we'd fallen asleep, probably 11pm, people decided to hang out up there. The scraping of chairs and tables on the floor above woke us. Then around 3am, we were woken again by a group up there.

The following morning, we asked to change rooms, thinking this would solve the problem and we'd have a better night's sleep. They moved us to the same room, but on the 3rd floor. All was good until very early morning (maybe 5amish) when we were again woken. To be honest, I'm not sure if it was others in the room directly above us who were excessively loud for a long time or if it was the people in the building next to us. It was hard to tell.

Regardless, though we loved the hotel and the staff, after two disrupted night's of sleep during our vacation time, we wouldn't stay again.

We ended up asking hotel to arrange for airport transfer since we had a group of 5. Breakfast was tasty. Appreciated the filtered water machine that has hot, cold and iced water.
