Room temp control was not working even after switching the room. The USB charge port did not work in the room and in the switched room too. Bad smell in the room, which caused me to ask for a room change. The new room fixed the odor problem. Overall, the hotel need renovation as things look pale and old. Definitely not a 5-star.

You need to change the elevator on the floor 36. My key did not work for the elevator and/or for the room. This happened 3 times. I was scared 300 meters above land, my heart pounding. I almost had a heart attack. Staff was not interested in customer's needs and insensitive to the trauma experienced. I wanted to speak to the manager, he never contacted me. I met him after I checked out. He acted very routinely, saying sorry. I should report them to the fire department for violation of safety.

Service was great, the view and location was amazing. Only problem was that we had a water dripping from ceiling on our last night there. We had to change rooms because it was really stuffy in the room and they had to turn off the heater because the water was coming from hvac system. We had to pack and unpack in the middle of the night wasting our precious vacation time and affecting our schedule/condition for the next day. They did extend the check out time to make it more convenient but we would have much rather have had a better night sleep without all the trouble. Hope they can figure out this water condensation dripping issue soon. So surprising since it’s such a nice hotel.

The stay started a little rocky, because I was not able to get proper help with my luggage as I first entered the hotel. The staff acted as if I did not belonged there, and the staff in the front desk also acted the same. But later other staff members redeem my trust and it all went well after that.

Room in below average condition with materials used that can’t be cleaned easily, such as carpets drapes and couch which were all dirty. They have pluming issues, water pressure is low, on top of that, the shower hose had a leak spraying water from another side too. The sink drain was very slow and sink would fill up. Staff not friendly and do not help with luggage’s. Overall not recommend!

Meh… no attention to detail, disappointing customer service, made me feel like just another customer which is different from other hotel in Korea. Busy hotel with the cold ‘executive’ type of atmosphere. Full kitchen was good to have but we didn’t use it since it was just an overnight stay before our cruise. It was a ‘nothing special’ stay.

I have stayed at the Oakwood Premier for many years, and i'm very happy with the services.

In particular, the sales manager Kevin Choi and his staff are the best.

The 65 Panoramic bar has the best bar staff in Songdo-dong.

Even if i'm not staying at the hotel, I will visit to say hello, and have a nice cocktail.

Housekeeping are pleasant and friendly and very efficient, notably, Ms. Han Yumi is very, friendly, proficient and diligent with her work.

The front desk have the best people working to take care of all the intakes and the discharges from the hotel. This is truly a blessing.

Overall, I would give the Oakwood Premier a rating from 0 to 5 as a 10! Everyone goes above and beyond.

방과 호텔이 매우 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 하나 아침에 식사로 과일류가 좀더 나오고 빵이 좀더 맛있는 것들이 나왔으면 하는 아쉼이 있었습니다. 그리고 식당이나 concierge 에서 일하는 분들이 좀 더 미소 지으며 일을 한다면 좋았겠다 하는 생각입니다. 호텔은 5성급 최고급임이 분명한데 손님대접 수순은 다른 5성급 호텔에 비해 좀 떨어 진다는 생각이 들었네요. 다음에 인천에 머문다면 다시 paradise city 아니면 여기로 묵고 싶습니다.

We spent two days in a fantastic room on the 40th floor overlooking Central Park. The room was comfortable, with an extrordinary view of the park. The surrounding area, and especially the park, was quite walkable, with multiple restaurants nearby. Our concierge, Ethan, was friendly, and amazingly helpful, suggesting several nearby restaurants, and arranging a ride for us to the palace in Seoul. We would highly recommend this hotel, and especially our concierge - Ethan.

Oakwood premier is located in the heart of Songdo Incheon Korea. It is the tallest and iconic building in Songdo. Hotel lobby is located on the 36th floor and hotel rooms are located between 37 and 63 floors. Restaurants and cafes are located on 36 and 64/65th floors.

Our stay at the 2 bedroom residence suite was beyond our expectations. It has full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils/pots/pans and so on. The 360 views were immaculate from the suite. The suite also has large dining table with seating for 6 guests. The room also has 2 full bathroom - albeit one is connected to main room and another is separate with a shower. The large soaking tub with its own TV for the main bedroom was a bonus!

The main room has King size bed while secondary room has queen size bed.
The mattresses were comfortable (not too firm or soft). Simply put, the suite looked and functioned like a penthouse suite. Our room was located on 59th floor - so the views were breathtaking.

Another plus is that that the hotel is located adjacent to Lotte Mart - which you can easily walk over through its Parking lot( B1 level), connection or via outdoor ( via 1st floor). Takes about 5 minutes from hotel.

Nothing negative to say other than it requires elevator transfer between 36th floor (hotel main lobby) and to your room. So takes abit longer to reach the hotel room.

We will definitely stay here again while visiting Songdo/Incheon Korea.

I really like this hotel but I have a few complaints:
1. The elevator situation is horrific. I timed it and it takes at least 5 minutes to get from my room to the ultimate lobby. And vice versa. This is painful
2. The HVAC situation is equally painful. At first, the room was nearly 30 deg C with no ability to impact the temperature other than a very odd upper window that could be actuated. This then makes the room frigid. I don't understand why the room temperature cannot be controlled other than this prehistoric method
3. Food costs are outrageous. So much so that my boss would not let me eat!

This place is like a residence room. There is a full kitchen area with all the utensils like dishes cups microwave electrical stove full size fridge and freezer. The bathroom is huge with a bathtub and seperate shower stall. There are 2 huge closets with a drying rack luggage rack ironing board with an iron. also one of the closet has drawers next to it. there are 2 night stands with drawers. sofa area with a huge coffee table and desk with a chair and a huge mirror. the view is outstanding. lobby is ok the 36th floor with a restaurant next to the elevators. carpark space comes with the room that your car can be parked on level B1 and B2. the carpark is shared with sheraton and lotte mart also with posco office building. There is a starbucks and GS25 convenient store at sheraton. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Breakfast buffet was delicious and made it more better with a view on the 36th floor. Gym is available on the 37th floor.

The cleaning staff are amazing and made the room very spotless and clean.

Staff were very nice. Especially the male staff at the concierge desk on the 1st floor and the elevator area on the 36th floor. Verg polite with friendly smiles. The ladies st the front desk area friendly and helpful with a friendly smile.

It was a very comfortable stay and definitely recommend others to stay at this hotel.

There is a local bus stop nearby. The nearest metro is at Incheon University Entrance station, which is around 15 mins walk.

The room was clean and spacious, but the fit and finish was showing signs of age. The shower/bath floors are extremely slippery when wet, and only one tiny rubberized bathmat is provided; Anyone with balance issues, be very careful. The check-in staff are unctuous and pretentious, and not all listed services are available: Although they advertise a limo/shuttle service to the airport - and there are several small, medium and large buses parked outside, when you ask they say \"No, sorry, ask the building concierge to call you a cab.\" The restaurant is way too expensive for the quality of meals provided; go off site, there are a lot of good eateries within walking distance.

層可直通旁邊的Lotte Mart,非常方便,後面是會議展覽中心，有餐廳超市cafe，很方便
對面是松島中央公園，很漂亮，適合帶小朋友來走走，很休閒的民生區，沒有商業味。

酒店職員會說英文，大部分都友善，但reception counter有一位女職員很高傲,我詢問另一位男職員有沒有行李磅時，男職員問她的時間，她眼都不望你一下，望著前方只說一句沒有，很不禮貌。

整體很滿意酒店，下次帶小朋友來會再入住。
