Stayed in 2 bedroom penthouse, expected clean and operational appliances. Cabinets and counters wiped down but just smeared surfaces, stove not working, had to figure out how to reset stove, bidet not working, reported to front counter, didn’t fix or visit the room to repair, stayed 7 days. Didn’t clean room or dump garbage, when inquired was told clean every 7 days or if requested by going to front counter.

My only complaint was that it's difficult to get complete darkness in the room to sleep because there are little lights on the electronics. I wore a sleep mask.

Such a nice place for such a good price. There was a laundry machine, huge fridge, microwave, silverware and dishes along with a really nice balcony area overlooking the city for very cheap. There’s a big shopping complex right below the hotel as well in case you need anything. Great place

Property was clean. Four star rating was because there was no trash bin or trash bag in the bathroom, no bath mat and there’s washing machine but no laundry detergent included. We were just for 2 days stay so there was no point to buy a laundry detergent which usually comes in liter containers. Smart Control was all in Korean. There should be English translation.

The hotel is close by the train station, bus stop and airport there restaurants , coffee shops and convenient stores right down stairs from the hotel. The room was nice with kitchen and washer machine. Very nice view the only thing I didn't like that the hotel is central air conditioning so you can't set the thermostat they told us that between the months of October until July they have it on heating and July until October its on cooling. We went on the month of April and the room was hot we open the windows and they provided a small fan. Other then that everything was nice

I stayed two nights at ‘November Stay in Landmark (hereafter NSL)’ and after two nights of stay (August 20-22), I found that my parents were not feeling well. I had to come back home and check their condition. Their overall health condition looked fair enough at the moment, so I booked two additional nights with NSL for following two nights to manage my work (August 23-25).
The following day (August 23), unfortunately, my parents condition got bad, so I had to call NSL to cancel the reservation which I just made. NSL manager said, “we have to charge a full amount because it's less than 24 hours notice\". I explained all situations and even tell them I can show evidence of my parent’s illness. NSL manager told me she will talk to the President of NSL and will back to me. About 30 mins later, answer was still \"no\" – no exception can be made under any circumstances.
The worst part was, another manager called me around 10pm at the same day, and ask me \"sir, why you are not checking in?\" I presume that NSL's front desk has two shifts and another manager who are on night duty called me. This implies that there is no \"take-over\" or any kind of updates regarding what happened with customers. Very unprofessional, zero-flexibility on policy, do not concern about customer’s situation. NSL's only goal is to take every penny from you. I never plan to stay this hotel never again.

Wow, they're not kidding when November Stay says you get an entire apartment. This place is not a hotel in the traditional sense. It feels like a studio apartment (officetel) building that couldn't get enough buyers, so they quickly repurposed it into a \"hotel\". Brilliant! We stayed in the Deluxe Studio Suite, which was suitable for our family of three (our third is a toddler). The closet and chests of drawers were attractive and spacious. The veranda was a nice area to relax and have a quiet Zoom meeting while my family were on the other side of the glass doors. We only stayed a few nights and think our room would have felt a bit cramped if we had stayed much longer. But if you're young, single and low-maintenance, this place is perfect!

객실 침구 및 청소상태는 좋았어요. 다만 화장실에서 물을 사용한 후엔 냄새가 좀 심하게 나네요. 주차장에서 외부인이 레지던스 엘베를 탈수가 없었고, 주차장내 안내가 없어 미리 리뷰 읽지 않고 갔다면 3층 로비도 못 찾았을거 같아요. 그 외 이용은 모두 만족했습니다.

객실에 문제가 있어서 교체를 요청했을 때, 유선성으로는 교체가불가능 하다고 확인차 올라와야 한다고 해서 좀 짜증이 났었는데, 올라오면서 만약을 대비해 교체 할 호실을 바로 준비해서 가지고 올라와 주셔서 제가 로비까지 안 가서 편했어요.

처음에 올 때는 숙소 로비 찾기가 많이 어려워요. 헤메는 외국인도 자주 봤는데 익숙해지면 로비가 3층에 있는데 오히려 복작거리지 않아서 편해요. 밤에 전화 연결 않 되는 부분도 고쳐서 편하구요, 이것도 밤에 체크인 하는 외국인분들이 고전하는거 몇 번 봤는데 전에는 아예 연결이 않 되더니 이제는 전화번호를 배치해서 오류를 줄였어요. 소소하게 바뀌는 부분들이 편합니다

A1620호에 머물렀는데, 에어컨 청소를 했는데 마감이 덜 된건지, 에어컨의 왼쪽 접합부가 제대로 안 맞아있어서 틈이 있음. 지난번도 이 호실에 머문적이 있는데 그때도 그러더니 현관 보안카메라가 계속 켜는 상태라 패널을 눌러도 패널 자체가 계속 고장상태로 환해서 뭘로 가리고 있어야 했음. 이 부분들은 수정이 필요해 보이지만 그 외는 나머지와 같아서 편하게 잘 지냈어요.

이 빌딩에 윤슬스테이, 어반스테이, 랜드마크 등등 여러개가 있는데 청소는 다 거기서 거기에요 ㅠ.ㅠ 스테이마다 다른데 어반스테이는 욕실 줄눈이 너무 노랗고...랜드마크는 에어컨이 켜면 쿰쿰한 냄새가 너서 힘들때가 있어요. 그래서 에어컨 쓰기 싫을때가 많은데 그 와중에 노벰버는 옷장에 선풍기를 넣어둬서 편합니다.

송도에 볼 일이 자주 있을 때 집을 구하자니 아깝고, 호텔에 머무르기는 불편해서 싫을 때 자주 이용하는 오피스텔 형 숙소에요. 3층 로비에 가면 어반스테이, 랜드마크스테이, 노벰버스테이, 모두의 스테이였나? 다 모여있는데 방들은 다 거기서 거기에요. 그 방구조를 어떻게 꾸며놨느냐의 차이일 뿐인데, 랜드마크 스테이는 안에 구조가 잘 되어있고, 어반스테이는 비품이 편하게 구비되어 있는 반면 전체적으로 욕실 줄눈들이 노랗고 지저분해서 사용할 수록 별로이고, 노벰버의 경우는 평범하고 가성비가 좋은 대신에 관리하시는 아주머님들이 청소 할 공간은 많은데 시간이 없으셨는지 눈에 보이는 것들만 정리를 하고 나가신 방을 만나는 경우가 많아요. 그래서 가끔은 먼지가 쌓여있거나, 주방 벽면에 음식물이 튀어 있다거나, 화장실 나방같은게 돌아다니거나, 냄새가 난다거나, 바닥에 물티슈로 닦으면 그냥 닦이는 것들이 있다거나 하기도 하는데 그냥 이 오피스텔 형 숙소 네 군데가 가의 다 그래서 솔직히 별 차이들은 없어요. 딱 하나 노벰버는 체크인 기계가 따로 있어서 늦게 체크인을 해야 할 때 번거롭게 업체에 전화를 해야 할 필요가 없어서 그게 네 군데 중에 가장 편한 부분이에요.
