The room was extremely hot and stuffy. The bathroom had no hot water. Asked for the front desk to fix the issue while I was out with clients at dinner. Upon my return around 10 pm I checked in with the front desk and they said everything fine, please make sure to run the water. Well, nothing was fixed and no hot water in Shower or sink. A separate bath had barely warm water just to get a quick rinse. Dining checkout, I complained that there was no hot water. The person at the front desk could care less about the issue and didn’t even apologize or offer any discount. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past with no issues. The hotel rooms are a bit dated and its batter days are behind them. I have told our team in Korea not to use this facility in the future. There are 3 hotels in the area (Sheraton, Holiday Inn and Orakai) that would be a much better alternative.

The hotel is old. A lot of the furniture is broke or old. It is not modern and needs to be updated. It’s great because everything is close by. Room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The HVAC system will not allow you to control it. I do say it’s not worth the price. The gym does not have enough equipment to train.

Hotel looks quite elegant but is lacking in maintenance and upkeep. The room clearly showed its age although it had elegant touches.

We wanted to sit in the lobby but we're told ALL sofas and chairs were broken. We tried to sit in the café in the lobby but we're told we had to purchase something in order to sit down... so ultimately we didn't have a place to sit and wait for the time to catch our taxi.

Staff was nice, buffet was balanced in selection for breakfast food, although the food was cold or warm.

Overall the stay was satisfactory but nothing exceptional

they had roaches / I killed 4 while I was there for 3 days but missed some… no roaches were on the bed - just crawling out of the dressers and bathroom area….overall beautiful view, bed was cozy and it was cheap… but they need to exterminate!

There was mold in the washroom. The chair had broken finishings that cut my hand. But the main thing was the room was hot like a sauna, with no real options to cool down. We had to request a fan which wasn’t promptly provided and did little to cool the room. We were able to open a small crack in the window, but when you removed the room card from the slot, the window automatically closed, which result in us coming back to a sauna room after a long day. Having to leave the window open, left the air dry and resulted in one of us getting a sore throat.

Bed was comfy tho. And room was spacious.

The room was very clean. The carpet in the hallway could use updating but otherwise clean.
The front desk clerk name Dae Kyoung Kim was very helpful with getting us to our cruise ship terminal.
The hotel was close to train station. It was about 7 minute walk. Also easy access to buses.
Many shops nearby, but don't open till after 10 am.
Otherwise great location.

The stay here was quite enjoyable. The view was excellent, the room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and there was even a bathtub jacuzzi which was an unexpected surprise. It was close to the subway station and several bus stops, with a number of shopping areas and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Definitely spend some tine exploring the area, and absolutely visit the Incheon Information Center that’s about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

We decided to make this hotel the point of departure for all our excursions. The subway and buses can take you anywhere you need to go in Seoul.

I do have one suggestion for the hotel mgmt.(which is why I could only give 4 stars): Please provide reading lamps! The ceiling lights aren’t really conducive to reading, and lighting the whole room so a single person can read isn’t really a viable solution.

Great hotel as usual

Very good location. Easy access to transit, shopping, site seeing etc. Parkview room was exceptionally great to overlook the Hanok village and Central Park. This hotel is quite old and may need some upgrades but still in good condition. Only one thing that gave me negative impression was A staff at the front desk who was quite rude to tourist. But I guess he had a bad day. Other than that I will definitely go back again when I am in Songdo area.

It was inconveniently located near Central Park and the train station. Windows and glass wall bathroom enclosure needs to be cleaned better. Lots of windows were cleaned to a certain height and the rest was pretty dirty in the breakfast restaurant. Our bathroom glass wall enclosure had water streaks or stains on the bottom half behind the bath tub, but very visible from the bedroom side as it is the wall of the bathroom.

Very rude staff at reception desk. We wanted to have dinner on the opposite side of Central Park, and was told that we have to go all the way around because of the man made lake, even though we later found out that there is a bridge that we can cross and it was only a short walk to the restaurant.

The hotel looked very grand and prestigious in photos, but the rooms were not very well designed. For example, the drawers and closets were very hard to open. And such a small closet for a big room! Disappointed..

The hotel does not provide service to carry bags to your room. You have to do ir yourself. The staff is not friendly, every time you ask for something it seems like you are bothering them. One of the elevators had a really bad smell and I am the one who had to ask the staff to clean it. The plugs on the night stand do not work. I had to use a plug on the floor close to the toilet. I would not go back to this hotel.

I like that is quite old school charm the hotel. Near to the Hanbok village, next to the Central Park for jogging and easy to walk to the malls for shopping.

The part I guess to improve on is the facilities. The floor heater not that warm so during winter can be chilly. And there’s not enough socket for charging 😬

Good potential but poor quality and management

Ornate looking hotel with cheap workmanship. The shower overflowed, and the dressers and closets were hard to open and close. My room had good views of the park and the bed was comfy. Make sure you bring all the room keys when checking out- the front desk guy made me go back to the room to get my other key!!

This was like our third or fourth time at this hotel, but our first in several years. The surrounding area has been developed in a positive way. Our room was fine, but the front desk staff could be more friendly. We had to ask housekeeping to clean the floor, but it was fine. I'd say the biggest complaint I had was lack of bidet, as most other hotels have it. Still, we'll stay here again the next time we hit Incheon.

The sevice was good, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Only one thing detracted from the stay. The odor from the water coming ouit of the faucet in the bathroom was odorous and smelled like old pipes. While i did not get sck from brushing my teeth with that basin water, it certainly was distracting and unsettling.

The place is brand new, and is probably also the reason for the problems I’ve had:

The lobby was still under construction the whole time I stayed, and made the lobby lounge basically useless. There’s also not much going on nearby other than a huge park right in front of the hotel.

The night before I left I asked the staff for the airport shuttle, and was given a piece of paper with the exact pickup location on a map. Yet when I went there the next morning it turned out to be about 100 metres away from the right place, so I missed the shuttle that runs only every 2 hours and had to call a taxi and spent extra $50.

Until all this is fixed I can’t recommend the hotel to anyone else.

The room was below average in terms of condition and cleanliness. When I checked-in, I found a half eaten walnut and toothpick on the floor, there was hair in the tub, and there were red stains on the hand towel in the washroom. The room door was also very clunky (I had to slam the door every time just to close it properly).
