Excellent breakfast. Rooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. Nice size room with everything we needed. Train station below. Lots of restaurants near by. Great for walking - all flat. Parking under neath hotel. Tripple street a couple of stops away on subway.

Staff was rather unpleasant when we first checked in. I was blatantly told by one of the reception ladies to bring the luggage up to my room myself. She even mentioned that she could lend us the big trolley cart meant for luggage!

Shocking unbelievable from someone at the counter. First impression already shattered the rest of my stay over there.

Another shocking incident is that some strange people banged at my door at 2:05 am saying that we went into the wrong room. They just walked off after realising their mistakes.

The location was great for walking in Central Park and there were numerous restaurants to choose from. Taxis were plentiful. The true stars were the staff. Everything tufned up better than I expected. The location was very good gif us. We landed at the International Airport in Incheon and had to leave 2 day later from the Incheon Cruise Terminal. Everything was close. The whole neighborhood was also very beautiful with parks and many cafes and restaurants

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, and for a bargain price too. Staff is top-notch and very friendly. Cost of breakfast is a bit spending day, especially if you only want coffee and a bagel. But if you’re hungry, it’s the way to go. Nice room, very clean. Hotel feels very welcoming. I would stay there again and highly recommend.

Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel. Le gym est spacieux, propre et contient suffisamment d’équipements. Le lit est super confortable. Le check-in s’est fait rapidement et amicalement. Les employés à qui je parlais comprenaient l’anglais. Je n’ai pas profité du petit-déjeuner (montant à débourser). Attention, il n’y a pas de buanderie en temps que tel, c’est plutôt un service de buanderie. J’ai donc fait mon lavage à la main et le séchage sur la corde à linge incluse dans la douche. On a le contrôle sur l’air climatisé, donc la température était très confortable dans la chambre. Un excellent emplacement pour marcher, faire du jogging, manger des mets coréens et prendre des photos.

Have been here before, usually its ok for this brand, but our room wasn’t completely clean with trash from assuming a previous traveler along side of the bed. Obviously not well cleaned in between stays. Really disappointed. The hotel room was not cheap. A large room with the full wall of window.

Holiday Inn Incheon was perfect in every way, except one; they turned off the A/C. When i called down and told them it was 23.5 degress Celsius in my room they said open the windows, which crack open about 4 cm. They gave me a story about people being cold, which i responded t\"they can turn off their A/C,\" He finally relented and turned it on for two hours to cool off my room. Leave the option for A/C or heat on 24/7,365 and charge more for the room if that is the problem. I should always have the option when a hotel comes with A/C and heat.
Otherwise great staff, breakfast bufffet, local shopping and a Hyundai Premium Outlet a couple stops away on the subway.

Uncontrollable 25.5ºC Air-conditioning

Staff were amazing. The hotel is clean and organised, but the air-conditioning was lousy. It is a centralised system set at 25.5ºC and cannot, apparently, be adjusted. So, my sleep quality was poor and I am leaving feeling shattered after two restless, uncomfortable nights.

We stayed here for 2 nights in room 1207. Room was cleaned tidy and met our needs. Toiletries were complimentary Dove products and water was also provided. Walk in shower was a bonus and large with rainfall shower head

Close to shopping centres, outlets and Costco as well as many restaurants. Close to the Cruise port terminal which is why we stayed here

Staff organised taxis to take us to various places which was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Attend wedding in Inchon

From check-in to check-out, super clean rooms, Fantastic breakfast buffet and a professional and helpful staff, FANTASTIC!! GREAT central location, short walk to Songdo Park, the river walk and wonderful boat tour on the river. Our next trip to Inchon, we will certainly make our reservations at the Holiday Inn. I always stay in this hotel during my Incheon business trip. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Easy access to subway. Near to Hyundai outlet.

Great stay!!

The hotel area was nice and had many restaurants and cafes nearby that were within walking distance. There were attractions that you could walk such as central park and the tourism center were close by.

The hotel staff were very kind and our room was clean and the view was nice. We will definately be returning to this hotel!

Disappointing service. Went to the rooftop bar/restaurant with our 3 children. Ordered and waited almost an hour and still no meals. Had ordered fish and chips and fries so not that hard to cook! Attendant was not apologetic, simply brushed off and asked us to wait. Ended up leaving, no dinner. Rooms are ok, but the bathroom doors aee apring loaded and noisely crash closed every time. Area around the hotel is pretty dirty, a few dining options but nothing special. Will stay somewhere different next time.

Enjoyed our room and stay. Some furniture worn/desk chair had sharp edges on casters. Great access to Central Park, shopping, art, and restaurants. We would enjoy staying with them again.

It is pretty typical holiday inn, clean and comfortable although the property seems a bit old and dated. It is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room we were originally assigned had stains on the carpet and had unpleasant odor. We had to wait a little to be moved to another room but the staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate us.

An excellent holiday located in a great area opposite Central Park offering some lovely walking options through cherry blossom and beautiful gardens. Lots of eating options at your doorstep. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and a nice roof top bar. Shopping galore is 3 subway stops away with the subway entrance at the hotel doorstep. A top choice for Incheon!

Super convenient location, connected to a subway station. Costco is across the street and you don't need a membership to buy from the food court (you do need cash though). Lots of food around the hotel and eaay access to everything via the subway. Friendly staff, allowed me to check in 2 hours early. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay this hotel and we would book it again with no hesitation . The breakfast was amazing ! I wish they would have allowed visitors who have paid for their breakfast in their hotel package the choice of taking their breakfast to their room to eat . When trying to get use to the time change it’s hard to get up and make it to breakfast on time .

Stayed 3days and on and off to Seoul and Bucheon to meet friends and something else, very convenient to go to the other side Seoul and restaurants around the hotel so could get food easily. Subway station is just outside hotel gate. Employees amazing.

Quiet place. Nothing much around the hotel. We had to walk quite a bit to get food and shopping. There is a nearby Costcos but we couldnt get anythg there because we are not members. The hotel helped us get a taxi to the city, but we were cheated by the taxi driver who didn’t use meter and charged us 25000 won to the city which was only about 8km away. He ‘pretended’ he didn’t know where to go even though hotel has translated to korean for him, on a piece of paper. Will I stay here again? Nope. Will I go Incheon again? Nope… don’t waste your time in Incheon. Plus there are dishonest taxi drivers there.

It is very conveniently located near the Central Park Exit 2 subway station. Great location to grab food as there are restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The central park is just nearby for a good stroll.

Hotel check in service is fast but doesnt seem to have concierge to help me with the lugguage (i got a few bags on my hand). I actually said i may need help but the receptionist could have not heard it (not sure though)

Property is generally very good except that the powerpoints are a tad to stiff and is so hard to plug in and out the chargers
