Clean rooms. Excellent water pressure in the shower. We asked for our rooms to not be made up during our stay. They not only honored our request but they left fresh towels and bottled water at our door.

Stayed one night at this hotel for a layover. It was ok for my purposes. Check in and check out process was simple and easy. When I was on my way from the subway station to the hotel, it was pouring rain, so I ended up soaking wet when I arrived. I wished the front desk offered some sort of condolences and/or towels to dry off when I was checking in.

I stayed a standard non smoking room with 2 twin beds. The Expedia pictures might be a bit outdated as there were stains couch and not quite realistic to the actual room itself. The washroom sink had mold on the outside, which was unavoidable due to the design of the sink and angle of the water from the tap. The lights were a bit dark, so not the brightest room. I don’t recall hearing any sounds from the rooms next door, so that’s a bonus. Note that there is no electrical outlet for Type A and B (120V) nor adaptors that suit north American electronics.

Location is accessible and within reasonable walking distance to the subway and restaurants. When we were checking out, we asked the front desk to call a taxi for us. She was nice enough to do so, and it arrived within 1-2 minutes.

This is not what I would consider a four star hotel. None of the staff would help me with my luggage even though I told them I had injured my wrist. The carpets were dingy and the room did not look anything like the pictures. There was no room service and the one restaurant only had two options for dinner, neither of which was appealing. Would not recommend.

The room was neat and bed was comfortable. Standard room. Carpet a bit stained. The main hall very attractive and welcoming. Breakfast was expensive but very good and deliscious. Restaurant in the same complex. Location was not ideal but close to Incheon Cruise port. Chinatown was walking distance. Not too many stores, mostly local restaurants. SEOUL was quite a distance. Worthbthe drive! very easy to get a taxi, staff helped and very pleasant. Fairly priced.

Bel hôtel, mais ce n’est clairement pas un 4 étoiles selon les standards américains. Mon 3 étoiles à Séoul était mieux. Somme toute, le prix était correct. En fait, c’est un ancien Best Western recyclé. À noter que la piscine n’existe plus même si on la montre sur les photos.

No one at door to help us with bags. Entrance was hard to maneuver the front entrance because you have to push the open button while handling several pieces of large luggage and then go to the next on the other side because there is rope on the sliding door closest to the first door. Carpet had a lot of stains on it in the room.

The room was nice. Very clean. Had a mini refrigerator with 2 bottles of water. The tv had it so you could connect to youtube or netflix which was very convient. 711 is downstairs in lobby. Nearby dining options other thsn hotel restaurant was limited. If you have foreign credit card, you can download the Shuttle app to have food delivered.

Short Notice Rescue

Due to travel problems, we were forced to spend one more day in the Seoul area. Since we were already in Incheon, I immediately searched the Harbor Park Hotel, and I had a reservation less than one minute later. The one-night stay was just as good as the previous experience. Harbor Park will forever be my \"go to\" choice in the Incheon area~

New Top Choice

Quick, two-day stay in Incheon visiting friends. Had previously stayed in Songdo to be closer to the airport shuttle, but my first stay at the Harbor Park proved to be a great new alternative. Close to Chinatown and the Incheon nightlife, the Harbor Park is now my top choice in Incheon. Quick, easy check-in, clean, modern, comfortable room, great location, and friendly staff were all top notch. The Harbor Park will now be my top choice for my 6x/year visits to Incheon~

We requested a room with a horror view on an upper floor. We were rewarded with a room on one of the top three floors with a view of our cruise ship.
The area is spotless and quiet. Our room is immaculate. We love the rain-type shower. The YV is large and modern.
The staff at the front desk is friendly, but their English is limited. The thermostat instructions were all in Korean, but the front desk explained what the settings were when I asked them. There were not many restaurants open before 9 am in nearby Chinatown. There is a 7-11 in the bottom floor of the hotel, which is nice.
Overall, a fantastic experience at a good price.

My only complaint is that the show door never closed tightly and thus the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The hotel just looks run down and aged. Only consolation is that the cost is very affordable in busy area of Incheon and near the Chinatown.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the property. The hotel is nice, clean, and safe but it is very far from Seoul.

The only con is that there is no conditioner nor toothpaste and toothbrushes provided.

If you have a need to be in the area, seems the only decent option. Chinatown, Jayu Park nearby. Not much foot traffic in the area, so it does not particularly feel safe at night. Old property. Some mildew in shower and lotion bottle seemed contaminated. Minimal amenities.

This hotel is walking distance to china town and the Sea train station. Which you can easily go to Wol Mi do. Also right across street from Art district I was able to visit many galleries to see some artist’s work for free. Many places to eat and visit without a car. I was staying 2 nights they gave me a room in 11th floor with a harbor view. The room was tiny ( compare to where I’m coming from) but had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly especially, Mr. Ko ( front manager) speaks very good English and helped me get a taxi to my next destination when I checked out.
I would recommend strongly for people want to visit China town and Wol Mi Do before heading to Seoul from In chun airport.
Forgot to mentioned that 7eleven is on the first floor so very convenient to get something you need at night.

Wonderful room and was very comfortable. Only down side was a disconnect between the night staff and the day staff. We asked night staff for late check out and they okayed it (my partner is Korean so no language errors), but when we called the desk in the am to confirm what time late checkout was, we were told it was impossible as they were fully booked. When I mentioned to her that we were told the night before it was ok, she tried hard to give us an extra hour, but as someone who has worked in top level customer service, I could tell it was going to be difficult, so we checked out at normal time.

This was our second stay. We loved the location. We were the party of four and got two twin beds non-smoking rooms. The floor were dirty (we found long hair and little trash) and window had hand prints everywhere). We smelled cigarette smoke in one of the room and complained. Front worker offered febreeze to spray the room.

Good but can definitely be improved.

Stayed one night here. Location is really good, super close to the china town, within walking distance from Incheon station and Wolmi-do theme park. Room looked nice, too, with a stunning view of the port. We especially liked the curtains that closed entirely without a gap between them, and how the airconditioner was located.

We thought that it could do with a little more care for the hyginene, though. The fact that they didn't register us for anything at the reception while Covid is still prevailing bothered us quite some bit. Also, we spotted some hair on the bathroom floor.

Overall, we enjoyed ourselves while staying at this hotel, quite recommendable.
