The reservation was a little spooky, no response when I text him regarding if I could take you in at 4 AM, but check-in was definitely smoothly. It was a self check-in kiosk. The room was a nice size. The balcony of view was beautiful. The bathroom was nice. We only spent one day here, but when I go back to Seoul definitely recommend staying here. It is really far from everything cause it’s near the airport.

Please be aware for Ondol Room.

I booked an ondol room for 3 adults for two nights, but the room only had bedding for 2. When I complained to the front desk, the staff said the hotel only supports two guests and blamed Hotels.com. The hotel employees were also unhelpful — they looked away during the conversation, and seemed more interested in avoiding the issue than solving it. Hotels.com customer service couldn’t help either, saying they don’t speak Korean.
As a result, I had to sleep on the floor without bedding, which left me with back pain. It’s inappropriate that the booking system allows 3 adult guests if the hotel cannot accommodate them. I hope this gets fixed so future guests don’t suffer the same problem.
Other than this, the view from the room was great, the sheets were fairly clean, and the overall stay was good especially within the price range. However, there was thick dust near the AC vent that should be cleaned.

This hotel has a water view and walking trails in front of hotel. Many dining options are available in the area. But this hotel has no hotel employees and check in with Kiosk only. Room is clean and equipped what the travelers need. But rooms needs more instructions in writing each controlled buttons. I had a on-dol room but I did not know how to control the temperature. I figured it out after I wake up several times at night. This is the reason I didn't give full 5 stars.

Our trip was great, your hotel is ok, but would have been better if there were people easily to get a hold if, at the front desk. Everything had to be done by cell phone or computer, we are old folks, but we were real happy with the room and the Ocean view. You need to add a couple of nice coffee cups to your room, those little cups were not coffee friendly… Overall, it was great.. We will come back in a couple of years…. Thank you

Lack of Employees

I was not impressed with this hotel at all. We only stayed one night but we didn't see an employee the time we were there. There was a kiosk for check in and check out. It had an english option but half of it was still in Korean. So I had to guess at the buttons to check in. But we got checked in and found our room. We were able to sign in to the wifi so we could use our translator. The sign said you had to sign up for the shuttle to the airport but no instructions on how to do that and no one at the front desk to ask. There was a phone on the front desk that had a button that said help but the phone didn't actually work. We didn't have cell service so we were unable to get a taxi to the airport and again no employees to ask for help. The shuttle returned from the airport run (which we weren't on because again no information) and so there was finally someone who ended up calling us a taxi. He was very friendly and helpful but we weren't even sure if he was an employee of the hotel or just a contracted service. Now I do understand I went to a country where I don't speak the language and it is not their responsibility to communicate for me but we stayed at two other hotels during our visit and managed with the assistance of the employees at those hotels. My complaint wasn't the language barrier but the lack of employees to even get more than the one towel that was in our room. We stayed in an Ocean View Deluxe King room and it was small but the view was great!

호털이 다 똑캍지요 저는 나름데로 후런트에 있는 남자직원이 친절하더군요 인천공항하고 먼것이 문제점이지만 저렴한 호텔이 그정도면 괜찮은 편입니다 감사합니다 그리고 저는 일년에 한번이 방문하는지라 7.8.정도니까

仁川空港からタクシーで15分くらい、
目の前が海でレストランや散歩できる場所も多く、でも夜は静かな場所でした。
部屋はオーシャンビューでベランダに椅子とテーブルがあり、ゆっくり景色を楽しめました。
ホテルというよりリゾートマンションのようで、部屋にキッチン（巨大冷蔵庫、IH、電子レンジ）、ドラム型洗濯機までついてました。
浴室はシャワーのみです。
あと収納がびっくりするほど多い。

マイナスポイント
①部屋にUSBコンセントがなく、またその貸し出しもなく、変換プラグをロビー自販機で購入する必要があった
②タクシーは自分で呼ばないといけない（フロントに人がいるときは、お願いしたら呼んでもらえました）
③ウォシュレットがない
④部屋のリモコンなどは全部ハングルなので翻訳アプリ必須

乗り継ぎのため仁川空港に深夜着、午前便で日本へ向かう際に親子3名で利用しました。
深夜のチェックアウトはレセプションに人がいないと知り不安でしたが、タッチパネルで問題なくチェックインできました。
深夜着のせいか周りに開いているお店はありません。（空港のコンビニは開いていました）
お部屋は清潔で快適で、窓から仁川大橋が見えてとてもきれいでした。
到着日はタクシー利用、翌朝はシャトルバスで空港へ向かおうと思いましたが予約制とのことで利用できませんでした。
レセプションでタクシーを呼んでもらい空港に向かいましたが、出発して数分後、レセプションの方が私のスマホの置き忘れに気づき、タクシーのドライバーに電話をしてくれて、ホテルに引き返しスマホを受け取ることができました。
レセプションの方は日本語も英語も話せるとても優しい有能な方でした。
大変お世話になり、助けていただきありがとうございました。

주차장, 방 모두 좁고, 무인 체크인, 작동하지 않는 인덕션.... 가족여행 왔는데 도쿄 출장와서 묵은 모텔인 줄. 어매니티가 모텔과 똑같은데 가격은 두 배네요

전반적으로 만족

3인 온돌 객실을 사용했음.
객실은 저렴했으나 3인 객실임에도 이불이 1채 밖에 없어 2만 2천원 추가로 주고 이불 1채를 더 쓸 수 밖에 없었음.
그 외에는 깔끔하고 편안하고 풍경도 좋고 좋았음.

뷰가 좋습니다.

프론트는 무인으로 운영되지만 전화하면 대응이 가능해서 문제는 없었습니다. 여러 업체가 레지던스처럼 운영하는 건물이네요. 뷰는 훌륭하고 근처 카페, 편의점 위치하여 편리합니다.

성수기에 가성비로 굿

9월 주말 기준 카드할인으로 7만원대. 아주 나이스한 가격. 전형적인 오피스텔 구조라서 오피스텔 전체 안내방송도 방에서 들림(창밖에 뭐 던진사람 나와라 등등..) 조식 없지만 건물 3층인가 있는 브런치집이 아주 나이스함. 무인체크인 키오스크 사용하기 쉽고 근처에 걸어서 다 이동가능. 깔끔했지만 수건리필이 안되서 아껴씀 ㅠ. 재방문 의사 있음.

레지던스로 알고 갔는데 식기와 수저저분 조리도구 아무것도 없었습니다. 인덕션 작동 안되는건 덤이구요. 문의사항 있어서 전화문의 드렸을때 호텔측 응대도 너무 불친절해서 처음부터 기분이 상해서 갔고 청소상태도 깨끗하지 못해서 한번더 실망했습니다. 이 모든 불편과 불쾌함 감수하고 싼 가격에 바다보고 하루정도 있다가 온다고 생각하면 마음 편할것 같고 섬세하신 분들에게는 비추입니다. 1층에 베이글카페만 가세요. 베이글카페는 훌륭하더군요.

청결이 조금 아쉬웠지만 좋은 가격과 ocean view 로 만족

청소하시는분이 꼼꼼히 청소를 못하셨나봐요…. 침대옆 side table 밑에 떨어진 음식물 찌꺼기가 보여 tissue 로 닦긴했는데, 옷장에도 먼지가 좀 있더라구요…..

그래도 ocean view 로 너무 오랜만에 만난 친구와 맘 편히 좋은 가격에 부담없이 지냈습니다.

このホテルで1番驚いたのは洗面台の鏡付きの棚の中に前の宿泊客のパンツが残っていたことです。
仁川空港からタクシーで23,000ウォン程で行けるので乗り換えまでの宿泊には便利だと思います。ただ、無人対応なのでフロントサービスや質問があっても対応してもらうのは期待できません。しかし、すぐ隣にコンビニがあるので非常に便利です。また、バルコニー付きのオーシャンビューの部屋に宿泊したので朝は景色が良く清々しかったです。
ただ、それ以上に客室の清掃不足が気になりました。床はホコリやチリがたくさん落ちていて、ベットシーツにも髪の毛が付いていました。パンツが未回収なのは私の部屋だけかも知れませんが前宿泊客の残したものに関しては他のレビューも参考にした方が良いと思います。
アメニティはハンドソープの固形石鹸と備え付けのシャンプーなど、そしてドライヤーです。スリッパは使い捨てではないので気になる人はロビーの自販機で買うこともできます。
チェックアウトはルームキーをポストに投函するだけで済むので便利ですが、やはり清掃が不十分な部屋に当たると残念かもしれません。

모기와 동침

작은오피스텔같습니다. 셀프체크인을해야하고 엘리베이터가 오래걸리는게 단점입니다. 최악은 모기와함께 잠을 자야합니다. 벌레 방역방충이 너무나도 허술합니다. 하룻밤보내다 몸이 모기밥이 될것같아서 방 교체를 요청했지만 거절 당해서 밤12시에 2시간 운전해서 집에 왔습니다. 주말여행을 망쳐주셔서 감사합니다. 다시 방문은 없습니다. 기본적인 고객응대도 못하는 곳은 호텔운영을 하지말아야 합니다.

공항 나가기 전에 묵는 호텔로 괜찮은 듯

호텔은 그저 잠을 자기 위한 장소로는 굿이었음.
온돌방으로 가족 3명이서 묵음.
월미도로 가는 구읍뱃터가 호텔에서 가까웠던 것도 굿.
(netflix 같은 스트리밍 서비스는 없음)
인천 공항까지 시간이 맞으면 셔틀 이용 가능. 택시로는 2만원 정도.

가격대비 최악(스위트룸 기준)

스위트룸에서 묵었었는데 최악이었어요.
와인잔,기본컵, 가위 같은 물품이 없는 건 그렇다 쳐도 호텔측으로 전화해도 안받으시더라고요.
객실 내 써져있던 070으로 시작하는 번호 및 네이버에서 조회되는 번호 둘 다 해봤는데 안받았고요.
침대가 매우 더러웠어요. 무슨 빨간색 얼룩이 있던데 찜찜해서 그 자리에 누울 수가 없었어요.
일반 객실도 아니고 스위트룸인데 이 객실만의 장점을 모르겠네요.
한파때는 스파이용이 제한된다지만 한파가 아니었음에도 불구하고 스파시설을 이용할 수 없었습니다.
게다가 호텔자체가 엘레베이터 이용이 너무 불편했어요

하 진짜 사진 첨부하고 싶은데 pc버전이나 모바일 둘 다 올릴수가 없네요.pc는 올바르지 않은 사이즈라 뜨고 모바일은 걍 눌러도 응답이 없고 답답...

체크인 데스크 태도

체크인할 때 1층 데스크 여자분의 태도가 너무나 건방지고 불 친절했음 겨우 시간 짜서 여행 갔는데도 기분이 정말 안 좋았어요
일하기 싫으면 일을 그만두든지 월급받고 한다면 프로 답게 일 해 줬음 해요 그분이 혹시 여행지에서 같은 태도를 당하면 기분 안 좋았을건데

스파가 더러웠음... 때가 껴있었고 근처엔 과자조각이 널브러진.... 근데 뷰는 정말 좋았습니다. 그리고 코로나 때문인지 프론트가 무인이고 전화를 잘 받지 않아요. 카페랑 프론트를 직원 한 분이 공동운영하고 있어서인거 같은데....

추천 / recommendable hotel

i satayed one night at 1811 with terrace spa. it was a little bit cold than i expected even in middle may to use the outdoor spa but the hotel was very convenient to go restaurants or parks nearby. the room has a nice view of yeongjong bridge and clean. (though it has lots of negative reviews of room cleaning.)
스파가 가능한 룸이었는데 5월이라도 조금 춥긴했습니다. 18층이라(1811호) 전망좋고 멀리 영종대교 뷰가 좋았습니다. 주변이 바로 산책로와 레스토랑들로 연결되어 편했습니다. 청소상태에 대한 불만 리뷰가 꽤 많아 걱정했으나 방 청소 및 스파 청소상태는 대체적 좋았습니다. 스파욕조가 3인은 족히 들어갈만한 크기라 아이가 있다면 주의가 필요할 것같아요. 전자레인지와 싱크가 있어 편했고 테라스 스파로 연결 된 문이 자동잠금이라 닫고 스파이용하시면 룸으로 못들어 옵니다. 꼭 조심하세요!!!
