Easy check in, thankful for bilingual staff. Room was clean and quiet. Gym was sufficient, although the WiFi signal does not work in the gym, and the exercise bike is broken. Area surrounding hotel seemed safe. Also a great paved lane along the water goes for miles, with access if you wanted to walk on the sand. The breakfast buffet had many great Korean foods to try, and ample coffee, definitely worth the money! Easy to Uber from the airport. Did take an Uber about 15 minutes to be available when I wanted to leave.

Great Hotel in Incheon

I dropped off guests from Japan at this hotel. The staff spoke Japanese quite well, which immediately began after reading their passports. Those guest told me they had a great stay. This hotel is a bit more expensive than others, but it seems to be worth it. The shuttle to the airport is also very convenient.

Mediocre - felt more like a hostel than hotel

The beds were very old spring mattresses & super uncomfortable. I used all the spare pillows to lay on to bed able to sleep. It was disappointing. I didn't complain as I knew there was nothing they could do & I wasn't sure they'd fully understand me. The front desk staff were lovely. But the staff at breakfast were abrasive. There was confusion from them on our room number on the first morning & instead of politely asking to check our room number I got nearly yelled at for not paying for breakfast & they were going to charge the room (which would have been the wrong room). I had to go over & look at the sheet myself & point to my name before he understood, even though I said the room number to him 5 times. Then I got a half-effort apology.
The breakfast was mediocre. The coffee wasn't pleasant, the restaurant is in the basement & was cold. subsequently the food was cold also. The bread was too sweet for a Brit like me, & the overall choice wasn't great. on 2 out of our 3 breakfasts they didn't have enough food for the amount of people. The staff cleaning up were lovely, & very friendly & they appreciated us clearing up after ourselves.
Our room was warm & the water & underfloor heating is controlled by the same panel so if you want hot water you'll have a hot room too. Opening the window helped a little at times but the outside temp dropped a lot on our second day so we didn't need to sleep with it open all night.
Free shuttle bus to the airport was fantastic though.

Little gem .. for location and price

I had the balcony suite facing the harbor it had a good size patio chairs and table nice .. the bathroom had a free standing amazing shower and a deep soaking tub . The toilet was in another room with personal sink. The room was all dark paneled wood .. they could lighten it up a bit but after it was warm and cozy. Your right across from the water and boas a very short walk by small cafe and 7 elevens . The hotel has bHC korean chicken cafe on site in the front lobby just by the front desk it’s yummy. Their is a sweet cute bar as well in front lobby opens at 5pm .. the staff was excellent and they went the extra mile making sure their was transport to the Airport with free shuttle. The staff was great, room was clean, and I would stay again.

Airport pick only available from Monday to Thursday which it isn't be mentioned when booking. Transportation is not convenient from airport to hotel. Only texi is available and taxi is expensive. one the way go from airport cost me about 19 CAD and back from hotel to airport cost almost double. Because the hotel called an expensive taxi for me. And communication in English's in hotel is not so easy.

Very quiet unique neighborhood with a pretty park on the back and walking distance to the shoreline that’s surrounded by traditional Korean sea-foods eating places. I really enjoy the staying for a few days. I would recommend it to everyone who would like to stay in Incheon.

New hotel. Fitness center, free shuttle to airport, convenience store and restaurant in building were all nice features. One strange event - the light controls in my room had an issue that caused them to keep coming back on automatically after awhile. I would be trying to sleep in a dark room and suddenly all the lights would turn on. I shut them off and then a short while later it recurred. After three tries the lights remained off.

The room was so hot. The AC was so poor, I was sweating so much that it was difficult to apply my makeup. We only stayed 1 night so I didn't really say to the front desk. I didn't know if the AC was broken or just that's how it's suppose to be. When we opened the door, the hallway was cooler than our room. This should be addressed. Otherwise, the staff was great, room was great, bed was nice. Bus to the airport leave every 2 hours on weekend so keep that in mind.

We stayed one night for layover , 15min by car from Incheon airport, they have free shuttle bus service , room and facilities are excellent only negatives are receptionists , poor English and service,they didn’t explain how it works the lift, you have to scan your room key in order to press a floor number you want to stop otherwise you never be able to stop!
We found out when we saw other guests scan their room key before press a number where they want to stop until then we went up and down couldn’t reach to the floor where our room located!
definitely value for money I would stay again now I know how it works the lift.

Amazing and Wonderful hotel near Incheon Airport

I like the quiet surrounding, of course the hotel is around remote area but still it is an good experience, not too deserted. Can see that there will be in future a lot of efforts to develop the recreation area .Surprisingly on the way for the return free trip to Incheon airport, there are quite a lot of beautiful, colorful and hiphop buildings very nearby. Maybe the hotel should consider to include a one stop at these building for meals or shopping, I believe this stop will definitely improve the popularity of your hotel's brand.
I am delighted that both receptionists on duty 19th Dec and 20th Dec are friendly, courteous and professional. The shuttle bus drivers as well.

As the Instruction for the meeting point at Incheon Airport is very little, we had hard time to understand where we should look out for your free shuttle bus.For improvement, may I suggest in your website n all three partners booking websites, add in your free shuttle bus's photo,. And I must compliment that your bus is comfortable and simply brand new.

Lastly keep up the good work and applaud on your staff's commitment to make our stay very wonderful and memorable. I will surely look forward to stay again on my next visit to Korea in future

We were disappointed with the size of the room. It was a little too small for 3 adults (myself & 2 adult children). Though the bathroom was bigger than the other hotel we stayed in Seoul but the bathroom door was a slider and it had little privacy.
The tonight before we were leaving Korea, I could not find my passport. So after searching the our room & suitcases, I had my son go down to the reception desk to ask for a copy of it because when we checked in they took my passport to check in. The girl forgot to give it back to me at that time and not only that she did not leave a message that they had it at the desk. which would have solved a whole lot of stress. Very disappointed with the service.

American Traveling to Asia for the First Time

I highly recommend staying here if you are staying for one night and want to grab some local food like fried chicken and beer or local seafood.

The hotel itself exceded my expectations. I stayed overnight for a long layover and spent some time walking around the area nearby.

It was not crowded at all, and traffic was light. The hotel has very nice amenities and is very comfortable.

The hotel shuttle service to the airport was very helpful the next morning. Shuttles start at 6 am and require you to sign up in advance. It also only goes to Terminal 1.

Nice hotel, modern, clean. My only complaint is that the front desk person was totally talking to somebody else entire time I was being checked in and they barely made eye contact with me. Pretty rude but other than that, the hotel was definitely the best balance of price and quality for the money when compared to all the other airport hotels because I feel like the closer you get to the airport, the crappy or the hotel guests.

The hotel is located in a remote area. I booked a room that is supposed to have an ocean view. It ended up looking into mud ponds. Dissappointed. The area is still in the development stage. Hopefully another 2-5 years it will be better. But not now.

You advertise this hotel as an airport hotel it was 18 miles away the people wouldn't answer their phone to get the shuttle cost me $18 even though I called during hours of the shuttle started at 9 p.m. shuttle ended at 11 they never answered the phone very rude on check-in wouldn't help. Manager said was sorry sorry sorry I think you need to take care of this. Really what a joke!

Amazing hotel on the tip of Incheon. Calling this an airport hotel is a stretch, as it's like a 15 minute cab ride from the airport (about $15), but once you're there, it is a WONDERFUL choice for the price. There's also a 24 hour CVS attached to the lobby

A very clean hotel with great staff.

We moved from Daejeon to Yeongjeong-do (Island with the airport) and checked in here very late with the moving truck coming the next morning to our new home. The staff spoke fluent English and the room was waiting for us. It was clean and quiet with nice underground garage parking.

Front desk service was fast and friendly. The room was super clean and modern. We appreciated the free amenity kits the front desk provided. The bed was pretty hard/firm, but not surprising as that’s fairly common in most Asian countries. WiFi was fast and stayed connected. The shower had a big rain style head and was nice and hot once we figured out the hot/cold indicator was backwards. My husband checked out the fitness area and wasn’t impressed. Overall we were very happy with the experience, especially since we weren’t expecting to be in Incheon overnight. We would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

Absolutely LOVED my stay at this hotel. Conveniently located near ICN airport, very reasonable priced, free airport shuttle and breakfast buffet was delicious.

Subway to Downtown Seoul: cheap and it will take you to the heart of the city within an hour. There is an express (non-stop) train departing from the airport for 8,000 wons more (~$8 USD) but it gets you there only 15 minutes faster than the cheaper option- which starts at around 1350 wons (~$1.30).

The only disadvantage of this hotel is that it's not walking distance to a train station and you must have reception call you a taxi (Ubers are insanely expensive). Taxi cost us around 6,000 wons to the nearest subway station (Unseo station). You can take a hotel shuttle to the airport for free, then take the train from there if you're on a tight budget. However, shuttle timings are not often- almost 2-3 hours gap between each shuttle and make sure you book it ahead of time as it does fill up.

There is a convenient store attached to the hotel- similar to a 7-11. Some restaurants and coffee shops within a 5-minute walk.

Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Shower is very relaxing.

I arrived 30 minutes before check in and, even though the hotel was clearly not full I was dismissively told to wait inThe lobby until exactly 3:00. Not exactly good customer service. Hotel is lovely. Room was very nice. Nothing todo around the hotel. Small fishing village. Looks like they are building up a lot in the area and I expect that the area will be very different in a year or two.

it was just convenient Hotel to stay near by airport.
Hotel is located in quiet newly developed area so no eatery or shops near by you need to call taxi to
get to nearest eatery and shops. taxi fare costs only $3.00 but taxi drivers are not happy to give you short ride from the Hotel...
Hotel had free shuttle to the airport, when i ask for service they said i need to notify them at least two days in advance?
but there was no specific rules about that in their hotel info.
i only stayed one night, so what about people whom only stay one or two night, their free shuttle service was useless....

Has great customer service! Place is new and is really pretty. There's not a lot of shopping or food options within walking distance but I'm sure the area will be developing. There is a area with food and shopping within 5 min by taxi. The front desk will call you a taxi if needed. I started off my trip here because I wanted a relaxing first few days. This was a great pick.

ワクチン3回打ってない人は現地で自力でPCR予約して陰性証明しないと帰国出来ないという不運に見舞われ帰国できず急遽予約しました。料金も手頃で仁川空港からタクシーで15-20分くらいなのでとても便利です。空港までの無料シャトルバスが朝6時から運行してるようです。
ホテルの人は日本語ができ、チェックインの際に朝5:30にタクシーを予約して頂き、10分前にはタクシーが待機してくれていて、5:35には無事空港に到着する事ができました。帰国できずとても不安でしたがこのホテルのおかげで無事帰国することができました。とても感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

불편했어요.

난방도 제대로 되지않아서 너무 춥게 잤고, 세면도구칫 솔도 구매해야하고 전망도 그리 좋지 않고 가격비해 너무 안 좋았어요. 일단 추워서 잠을 제대로 잘 수가 없다는게~~너무 화가 나네요

가족여행에 좋은 가심비 호텔

산책도 좋고.
CU편의점이 1층에 있어서 좋아요.
1층에 베트남 커피도 굿이고요.
방이 조금 작은거 빼고는 다 만족합니다.
주차도 지하주차장 다 차면 건너편 공용주차장 무료이고요.

청결이 부족하다는 후기가 있었는데 가보니 그런 점이 아쉽긴 하더라고요 욕실도 물만 뿌리는지 첨에 들어가면 물비린내가 심하게 났엇고요 다만 바다뷰였는데 경치도 좋고 암막도 잘되서 아쉬운점 빼면 하루 잘 자고 나왓습니다

객실이작네요.

객실이 너무작습니다. 프리미엄방이라고해서 좀 클줄알았으나 생각보다 작아요
새호텔이니 깨끗은 한것 같고
슬라이딩도어 화장실문이 매우 불편합니다.
프론트직원이 그렇게 전문적인것 같지 않습니다.
조식을 하지 않아 실망이었어요
조식땜에 간것도 있는데 예약시 분명 조식한다고 했거든요ㅜ
